### "A reasonably good, inexpensive option for online ordering"

I feel like it is a "you get what you pay for" situation. Overall it's not bad. With a little patience it is definitely an option.

Pros

I used Menufy by HungerRush. Menufy did not have a monthly charge - only a service fee per transaction that they charged the customer. The online ordering platform looked nice and payment was usually prompt.

Cons

Customer Service via email was inconsistent. Sometimes I got an immediate response with concerns addressed quickly. Other times it took days or even weeks to get a response. Online menus and menu times were often incorrect.

System is usually up and running no issues, online order system is user friendly and easily ties to the in house POS system. But the billing department is the worst. Tried to work with \[sensitive content hidden\] in their finance and got no where but circles with him. Had 60 day terms, then over night had 30 day terms, and turned off auto billing and then they turn it back on. And debit your account for invoices that are still within your billing cycle. Be cautious! Talk about being able to integrate door dash, but after updating, still not integrated. Your representative with the company also changes quite often, so be ready for that also.

Pros

System is easy to use, support staff is awesome. Calls are answered and they quickly fix any issues.

Cons

However billing department is the worst, change your payment terms, automatically debit your account when not authorized. Almost enough for me to say avoid, after using it for 7 years

I have been a customer for 4 years now, Hungerrush started out for us a bit disorganized, and the trend has pretty much stayed like this until recently. It has been difficult to make changes, to keep up with current trends and manage current hardware and services. I even traveled to an expo to pick another POS system last year as our contract is coming up and at the expo, I met with Hungerrush and the management team there. At the time I was assured if a better experience and more help, and soon after was given a new customer support team lead. However, this proved ineffective, and we still had issues unresolve. In the last few months, a new customer support person (Lisa) was given to us, and I really can't believe the difference. Frustrations I have had for years and finally being delt with! Very effective! In fact, as our contract is coming up for renew, I believe we may resign with hungerrush, the system really is amazing and can do what we would like, it shows me how important good personnel is to a business!

Pros

The system is very robust and capable. I love the online capabilities and the options..

Cons

Pros

We are thinking of upgrading our current Hunger Rush systems - \[sensitive content hidden\] have been very attentive and upfront. This is a breath of fresh air from previous experiences I have had.

Cons

Technical support sometimes can be lack luster - while I understand that sometimes issues can be user generated, they shouldn't go into a call thinking this is the case.

its been very up and down over the last few years but the last 6-10 months have been nothing but up and very strong positives which is why this very is so positive.

Pros

Doordash and Ubereats integration. texting the customer their order updates. \[sensitive content hidden\] is great, very responsive and always gives 100%. Employee of the year. Yall are doing great.

Cons

There is still a lack of menu consistency amongst multiple stores. There needs to be a "brand menu" but it still needs to have some customization to be manipulated for individual stores. EX: Food is the same at multiple stores but alcohol is different at stores. it would be nice to change one food item and it change at all stores.

I have been a customer for a very long time. My overall experience is an A- which is probably the highest rating in the business. No one is perfect but when something goes wrong they generally solve it VERY quickly and are always trying to inovate and integrate with new tech!

Pros

They have the most fully integrated options that are very dependable!

Still working on being able to integrate more.

We have used them for almost 10 years and in that time they have been consistent and always willing to help us out with any issues we have. They also follow through any tech issues until a resolution is found.

Pros

I like that is is all inclusive and is not like other POS companies that require you to piece it together one service at a time.

Cons

It's really hard to get ahold of the accounting department if you have any accounting issues.

We have a great relationship with them and look forward to the future. We changed from our previous POS company mostly dues to online ordering issues. Now our customers love their ordering experience both on our mobile app and regular browser ordering.

Pros

They have the technology in place to keep up with the fast changing digital world. They are organized in implementing new locations and updates.

Cons

There seems to be confusion when it comes to billing for different services especially with the new High Radius billing implementation.

Pros

Online ordering and delivery functions are the best part about HungerRush. The mobile app makes a difference and gives customers a more personal way to order from us. These features in addition to have a direct person to call at all times, \[sensitive content hidden\], help me run my concept.

Cons

HungerRush could benefit from creating a self ordering option such as a kiosk (mobile too) or QR code that we could use remotely if we are featured at a food festival, etc. Really hope to see text released this year to give our customers updates on their orders via text.

I have used several other POS at other restaurants and HungerRush is by far the easiest to use. Best in Pizza and delivery. Thank you \[sensitive content hidden\] for taking care of us!

Pros

Online ordering tickets print seamlessly in the kitchen making it easy for our kitchen staff to produce orders quickly and efficiently. Putting in orders from the POS is simple and prints easily for the kitchen staff as well

Overall we really enjoy the HungerRush Platform. If it wasn't for our Customer Success Agent \[sensitive content hidden\] always solving any issue we have, we would have probably switched to a different company. Whenever anything major happens she always sends the issue to the correct person and it gets fixed way quicker than waiting for customer service. She goes above and beyond all the time and we truly appreciate her!

I have found Hungerrush to be extremely user friendly and responsive whenever we rarely run into issues. I feel like Hungerrush allows us to focus on what we need to so that we can best be successful in our every day mission of wow'ing our guests.

Pros

Hungerrush makes my team's job easier which means happier team, happier guests! Customer service is top notch and they are truly invested in being great partners.

Cons

My only issue with Hungerrush was lack of kiosks. However, in true Hungerrush fashion, we are currently in a series of calls to discuss how that can be rectified quickly but correctly. Love being with a solution minded partner!

Absolutely WORST point of sale since 1990. Products that are not well thought out, roll out was awful and cumbersome, customer service was non existent and there was always an annual required upsell with products less than 5 or 6 years old sunsetting.

This system can be great, only if they can truly care about their customers. They care about you if you have at least 25 plus stores. The way they treat me: they really don't care about my business, I am too small for them. They need to stop advertising false claims about their system. They need to go back to their system and fix all the bugs before coming up with something new and don't let the new things run until you fix the problem 100% Am I happy? Hell no. Can they make me happy? For sure they can but they are more focused on getting new customers. If I already didn't have the Revention my POS would be Toast.

Pros

I have been using it for the last 8 years with 5 stores. At each store, we have about 4 stations with KDS. I really want to continue using it because we already have it and we know how to use it.

Cons

SO many problems. 1-Their credit card machine doesn't work 50% of the time it would say CC expired, yet it does not. They have no solution to fix that. We even changed the credit card machine. (Big company as Hungerrush, how that can be right? 2-Their apple pay doesn't work 3-Their online ordering has so many issues. Many customers can't order due to their address won't show up. It's also outdated. 4-No one in this company actually cares about the customer. It must be their culture. They only care about you until they make their sales with you. 5-Good luck if you have a serious problem with the system. Because their regular tech support can't fix those issues. You will need a call back from High tech. God knows how long that will take 6-They keep advertising they work with 3rd party delivery companies but yet I haven't found 1 that actually works with their system 100%. Example: Chowly orders were showing as Pick up instead of 3rd party delivery or Uber..etc (imagine this Friday night and u got 100 3rd party deliveries Pick up along with 100 regular customers to pick up. Disaster" I spent 3 months with Revention to fix that issue and nothing. Why would you advertise that Revention work with Chowly/Ordermark when it really doesn't 7- Never trust their installer to make things right. Out of 5 Installations, I only got one good installer who truly cared about what he was doing.

It has helped us because more proactive in building sales and profits. 360 helps us grow our technology as a brand without being a technology company.

Pros

They call it the white glove approach, 360 allows operators to concentrate on the business and still have ongoing marketing campaigns.

Cons

It is newer and there are still some challenges that we had to work through to fit our brand, but HR really works to address those issues as soon as possible.
