Value for Money

Pros: The implementation team was outstanding. They are knowledgeable, available, take on extra work to ensure a smooth transition. They were great to work with as we first implemented OnShift, then had a payroll vendor change. They went into the new payroll software for us and actually wrote the report we need to transmit data to and from payroll and Onshift vs. just telling us how to write the report and then test it. Going above and beyond like that makes them a valued partner.

Pros: It's very user-friendly, and simplifies shift scheduling and picking up extra shifts or requesting to have a shift off. As an employee, it's a very convenient application for creating, viewing, and editing my work schedule.

Cons: While it does give you the option to see who you're working with and how many others in general are already scheduled on a particular shift, it does not seem to have this option when viewing potential shifts to pick up. It would be more helpful to know how many people are already scheduled, to see if it's even worth requesting to schedule yourself for.
