Compared to other products such as Documentun, this is so easy to maintain, the admin console is so easy to understand and it adds a lot of features that, in other products, you would need a developer to do for you. Pros It is really easy to configure and maintain, it is intuitive and the Hubshare companion product opens your company's repository to external and internal users that have different access needs. Cons The way that the subscription model is organised, it means that for some features you need to move to a subscription level that is more costly. It fits right into Outlook, Word, or even Windows folders.
