The OCR feature is amazing, it feels like having Google search for all your office files. And I use it all the time. Pros The best part is that how easy it connects to Microsoft programs. It fits right into Outlook, Word, or even Windows folders. Making workflows was easy once we learned the basics, and we quickly converted manual tasks like approvals and document storage into automated steps. Header & Footer can be set, and auto revision also will be amended according to the latest info. 5. Submission of Obsolete revisions of documents can be eliminated and more advanced if clients use our M-files. 6. Every annotation comment is traceable if there is a need to check. 7. Responsible person, pending for reviewer and approver, active comments, delays info is traceable from M-files. 8. Manual E-Signature is not required a click on approve will automatically generate the signature through password protection. 9. Foldering or viewing can be amended according to user preference.
