Pros

Everything integrates well. Overall the software is very powerful. The built in electonic prescribing works well as does the greenway patient portal.

Cons

Intergy is written in an older programming language. The encounter note functionality can be vastly improved.

keep the billing department on top of issues. reports are easy to view. lots of user on one system

Cons

the cost we are a non-profit. so in order to update our system, we must get approved for grants. Not easy these days.

Every bit of information that goes into review of past due accounts is provided on the screens in the Collection module This is so very helpful compared to other programs and enables me to review accounts very quickly.

Pros

I really like the Collections Program! The practice I work for is small, however the patient data base is huge. I have found the programs on Intergy help me keep close track of past due accounts. There are several different reports that give me options of what information I am looking for when reviewing the accounts.

I've used 2 other electronic medical records at other clinics. Intergy is faster, cleaner in appearance, more clinically logical, and easier to learn.

Pros

Integration between Practice Management software, EHR the clinic record, and Practice Analytics for reporting. Good workflow for staff and providers. Always looking at ways to improve customer service. Customization of the clinic record appeals to providers.

Cons

Just like all of the other electronic medical records on the market, it would be nice if it costed less. Training on new features could be better.

Although the practice management software has some great features, learning how to use them and find them is only for the extremely motivated , diligent and highly paid front or back office employee. Your employees will be unable to get support without hours on the phone and/ or waiting days to receive a response. With each new vendor that has acquired the product, now Greenway Healthcare, the customer support has declined significantly and the cost for the support continues to sky rocket! The customer support reps are young and inexperienced; lacking professionalism and the vision for the needs of a medical practice. If you have that diligent employee, they will often resolve the issue before intergy support will. I suspect that this company has created a product with so many problems that in an attempt to salvage their economic vitality, they hire inexperienced customer service reps in all departments and then increase their fees relentlessly regardless of your contract terms which they will either reinterpret to their advantage or lose the documents so they can get you to sign a new one with even more unfavorable terms. This was a great product many years ago, now I would liken it to an abusive partner.

I would recommend this product to other medical facilities.

Pros

The Greenway system is very user friendly. When you need help and have to call the customer support center the technicians are very helpful and courteous.

Cons

The canned reports in the base Intergy system do not give all the information you need so you have to utilize the Practice Analytics system. The Practice Analytics system is not user friendly.

Overall spent innumerable hours training for setup and very step of the way, they leave you to your own means to do your actual set-up. The quality of trainers is very variable and I lost count the number of times I was tole "I do not know that. Let me get back to you" and there was no follow-up. Integration with their so called partners is very cumbersome and they might have an interface but they are NOT integrated. Most of them are stand-alone other web-based products. The billing team is good but the billing software workflows are archaic. Stay away!!

Pros

Nothing whatsoever. The fact that in 2019 you have to use a remote desktop connection to get to your emr kills it!

Cons

Remote desktop connection makes using the product a very clunky process. Sales person glazes over the importance of this.

Highly robust system. The billing aspect is by far the best feature of this system. Lots of customization.

Cons

Not intuitive. Hard for clinicians to navigate for what we do. Some reports do not run out of the main system, which seems like a feature that should just be a given.

I have been using Intergy for over 10 years. It is easy to use. The enhancement request process is good and customer service is knowledgeable and dedicated to resolving issues.

Cons

Most forms, notes, etc. are built with primary specialty in mind. Has less diversity for more specific specialties

We've been using the software for approximately two years, and our experience has been generally poor. Our setup has consistently been done incorrectly by Vitera, and every turn results in more high cost support add ons. The software has never functioned correctly, from LOINC codes not being installed, to HL7 interfaces not set up correctly. The total cost of ownership has been so high, that when I complained to our customer service rep about it, he jokingly stated that internally they refer to the software as "Greenbacks Intergy". We have talked to other customers, who while they have had more success with the software, they have had similar experiences. My advice: stay away.

Definitely worth the investment after the support team has been overhauled since Vitera took over.

Pros

New EHR is spectacular. Base product is still pretty much the same and stable. Product flexibility is built in and has a great deal of options for meeting meaningful use.

Cons

Need to buy new server hardware , so initial investment might be a little more than expected.
