We have more accurate data on daily and sales report. And it is easier to track the appointment status.

Pros

It is very customizable suits to your company need. And the customer service is excellent. Their live chat ready to answer your questions within seconds.

Cons

We cant categorize the customers based on our own classification and the price is a bit pricey compare to other software I have.

I was in need of an easy to use online booking system and had unfortunately spent many hours working with other systems that just didnt meet our requirements. was great from the outset, the customer support was second to none and on hand immediately to help. The whole system is laid out in a simple format and is excellent value for money. You really do have control over your whole schedule and making changes is simple and fast.

They even went as far as setting up my business for me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to increase their businesses efficiency. Automated scheduling for health and wellness classes.

Pros

Very easy to use, website integration, brand customization, AWESOME tech support, easy to navigate!!

Cons

I haven't encountered any real "cons" yet. I was a bit confused when setting up package deals for our fitness classes with instruction to do so with gift certificates. Perhaps a consideration for re-naming this??

I implemented software for an independent automotive dealership that was looking to schedule service for its customers. Appointy allows for the dealership to have calendars for multiple technicians and has allievated work for the front office when it comes to scheduling, Overall this has streamlined the apppointment process and ensures that that all the appropriate information is provided with every appointment.

Doesn't currently calendaring options to see multiple staff at a weekly view, only provides this at the daily view. Support staff has indicated that this feature is under development.

Solution for scheduling when phone engagement is not possible or desired.

Pros

High Tech Solution to scheduling appointments, Provides client with control over when they come in for an appointment, Can set up boundaries and restrictions on scheduling, Does not show calendar details to client

Cons

Takes quite a while to set up, Setting up Calendar scheduling restrictions is cumbersome, Could be more intuitive than it is

Customer support was amazing. I had a semi-complicated calendar schedule that I was just starting to play with when the I Can Help You message popped up. CS offers to help you set it up for free and from there she asked several questions to make it work. We both got confused on some of the Finer details so she called me and spent all the time necessary to explain how it works, answered my many questions and waited patiently on my super slow internet to make sure everything was working correctly.. booking on the site, WordPress integration, editing, calendar sync etc. This company is worth it.

It's exactly what I was looking for: Syncs perfect with google agenda, in 2 ways: It will fill in the appointments on my agenda If i put something in my agenda, it will take away this available time from my appointy.

The pros of this software is that it has great capability. Really think it can grow with you as you develop your business. The pricing is good because it allows you great flexibility without locking you into an annual membership. Customer service is great and I love the way you can share screens to really understand what you are doing. Their team seem to really know the product. I suppose the cons would be that I find the text quite small compared to what I was using before but I guess that once I get used to where everything is, it won't be a problem.

It is excellent. Customer use is extremely easy and saves me a lot of headaches. Employee and owner ease of use is fantastic. Promoting through it is a fantastic feature. It's a bit pricy but I think overall worth it. Customer service is very quick and accurate it is usually me and me not understanding what they are saying that is sometimes difficult. I might be nice that if I had an inquiry for a problem if I don't understand what customer service means it would be nice to be talked through it. But for the most part truly excellent.
