The customer support has been personal and patient. I appreciate it! When I email I usually get a very quick response.

Pros

That I can send a link to clients that they click on to set up an appointment.

Cons

That a mass email takes multiple days to actually get delivered...

Easey to use. It's Free. The customer support was the best I have experienced in an extremely long time.

Cons

I haven't found anything that I seriously dislike. For a free service, the sometimes clumsy settings//options don't matter so much.
