Have been using Appointy software for a couple of years now in my small Massage Therapy business and have migrated from the free version to the paid one. I have only had a few minor issues in that time, and each has been dealt with quickly and professionally by Yaju, via screen sharing or live chat. The software is simple, elegant, and actively supported by the developers and their staff.

It takes a time to get used to the system, but in the end it's quite flexible and allows you to do the most important tasks when dealing with clients! the fact that they can organise their appointments directly on the system makes life much easier for us! would be nice if they could develop an app for clients to install in their smartphones, rather than having to use it on a browser.

So far, it's been easy to set up and use. I've only had one glitch in the system, but the customer service helped me resolve the problem. I love that the basic features are free so that it's affordable also to starting businesses and entrepreneurs. Every new interface has a learning curve, and I'm definitely still getting to know this system and how to best use it in my business.

I used Appointy's free version when I first opened my business three years ago. It was exactly what I needed. It allowed me to book clients and send reminders. It also showed important statistics on my dash so I knew exactly how many new clients were coming in vs retaining. Once my business grew, I upgraded but this is great for just starting out because it's so easy to use.

Cons are that it - Freezes! It often freezes in the middle of performing administrative operations. Sometimes fails to send notification emails (reminders or cancellation). Maximum 30 days report data Business hours page could be made easier to work Pros are in its - Overall simplicity and the fact that it sync's with gmail. Customer service always on hand to assist.

Took som time to set it up, but if you set it up correctly it really works by it self. If you get stuck, the customer support helps you all the way!

Pros

Great to customise for our needs.

Cons

Its hard to make it feel like a part of our own webpage so the customer dont feel like they are going to third party application.

I am running a trial version and the customer service chat is awesome. She answered all my questions and was VERY patient and helpful. PROS- easy to use and mobile version is great! Basic free version comes with some nice features. CONS- Limited functionality unless you upgrade. Recurring appointments not available with the free version.

As a yoga instructor and business owner, I was highly impressed with the amount of options that appointify has & the cost is affordable. I've been looking for a scheduling system that is within my price range and offered more than enough options to my clients. Thank you to Yaju for helping me out on getting set up, it would have taken me hours!

I'm on the free trial for the 'pro' plan and needed to change some custom-code related issues. I entered the live chat and was surprised to encounter such a responsive and efficient assistance, even on a Saturday morning. I would recommend this plugin to anyone just for the customer service alone!

Pros. easy to use and updates, client friendly and quick at updating change made making good flow in service. Cons. not great a synching with Google this makes times difficult. When updating your site it messes up my sight and I always get complaints that it will not come up to make appointments.

It looks like it has all the features I need. Seems robust. Forward thinking. Shares data on what % of bookings come from using a given feature, etc. Crazy good live walk through from staff. Very patient, and helpful with my data migration, and questions. Off to a good start, here.
