We were storing documents and things on google drive and slack before we started using the portal, but now almost everything is in the portal. Therefore, I am rarely being asked for logos or other types of files on a daily basis (at least not most days). I can link multiple languages of pdfs together, therefore I will never lose the french version in the folder system. It just takes less stress out of my workday. **Pros:** Facial recognition works amazingly well when finding people, which I didn't think would be possible. I also love that if I am having issues, I can contact staff via email and they won't send me off to those auto-links that are always popping up. **Cons:** Every single time you update your software, you charge for it. Also, when I search for something specific (ie- a red backpack) the AI option is absolutely terrible. Sylla N.
