I had no issues with it but did come with a large learning curve. Pros This was for a large hospital practice and it absolutely served large massive customer bases. We were able to do cloud hosting, it was used with Epic Practice Management super easy, and had no issues with EMR charts. Cons Very expensive because it is used in such a large capacity. Cons It’s not always easy for patients to find the sign in portal. It doesn’t pop up via search engines, so clients need to save it. Honestly, i have used Epic for four months and never faced any bugs and issues. It is good value for large hospitals and health-care facilities. Cons No negatives from my end, sometimes I would find the process of logging in a little delayed since it would always sends codes to your phone, it feels secure but double process.
