" June 5, 2018 5.0 Pros I like that I can see patient treatment options & notes down to the day, time, and provider recording them. It helps to inform patient management decisions. Not a steep learning curve. The flowsheets are easy to use and provide easy charting functionality. Overall this is the best EMR that i have used. Pros Known by many in the industry. One of the largest Electronic Medical Records systems in the country. This makes training easier, because many in the field already know it. There are many other things I need to learn, but it will take another year or two. Pros It has a lot of good features: quick access to note by other providers who use the same program and Macros = SmartPhrases. Cons It is hard to learn because it is so complex. A little cumbersome with stuff you are unfamiliar with (learning curve) but overall great program. Pros the ability to create short cut /dot phrases for documentation the robustness of the options and the connectivity from one EMR to another was very nice. Great product Pros Once you learn the ins and outs of this software the opportunities are endless. Dot phrases can significantly cut down on documentation time. Easy to use after some training! No, but still pretty good to use" July 20, 2018 4.0 Pros Great interdisciplinary system - gives phone numbers for other providers, lets you know if someone else is using the patient's chart when you want to use it and gives you info so you can contact the person - nice to have the whole patient record in one place Cons there is a lot of redundancy, at least in the department that i'm in - we have to enter dx codes every time we see the patient even if we see them weekly for the same service.
