I've really enjoyed the software and customer service was great when I needed a function explained to me.
Overall, I did not have any major issues. Its a great product that's affordable for businesses.
It is great that TruckingOffice is cloud-based so I can access from anywhere.
Fantastic easy to use software. Love the edit function and cost keeping of the loads moved.
Cons
There are a lot of pertinent features that are missing from this software that is needed for the trucking community.
I have also used your IFTA and been told by the state of Georgia the figures were wrong for my 1st quarter. If I get another letter stating the same thing, I will have to cancel my svc.
It's not cost effective to pay the $50 fee for a late fee and pay extra for your IFTA svc. I have emailed cust svc about this twice with no response.
No Quick-books integration or import/export options available available. Can not use for Freight Brokerage.

Overall: I’ve been looking for months for a program to do everything this does. I wanted to know how much it cost for dead head miles and profit/loss per mile. How much am I actually making per trip. Reminders for tags, physicals, expenses, maintenance, etc.
Pros: Easy to use and understand. A few minutes a day keeps up with all my back office/accounting.
Cons: As a car hauler, I have several BOL’s, drop offs, and pickups along the way. At first it was a little confusing because it wanted me to clarify the route. I thought it would give the best option and then I could make adjustments. Every time I added another load to the trip, I had to go through the clarification again. I now, save the trip as a PDF, for reference, so it’s no problem.

Cons: Just some training from the company getting started. Maybe some improvement on the broker/customer information.

Overall: We resolve all of the our business problems
Pros: Their simplicity and good results, they allow to solve all the details that the producer transportation in trucks bears. The control of the payments to the chauffeurs is excellent, in short, it is very good system.
Cons: The products, do not have any difficult to use, it is easy to work with it

Overall: The most useful features for me are the dispatching, adding expenses via the ELD, getting accurate RPM via the integration. Overall I like the entire TMS, ELD setup, it's an extremely useful software for business,

Cons: The learning curve was slightly frustrating however support has been very good and very prompt.
"Member of Trucking Office for over 7 years"
Overall: When they first came to the industry with this software. I did not like it. After three years, I decided to try it again. I was amazed at how much they change in three years. So I started using it for my business. As I noticed things that they could add to make it better, I would send them a message. By surprise, the feature would appear as time came. This company is always working to make their products better and affordable for the small carrier. I still use it today for my brokerage and dispatch service. There are many features they could add to the system, and I see it is coming in the future. Great job [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and your team.
Pros: Business reports give you a real vision of your numbers.
Cons: Does not have a way to reconcile expenses. Without this, it is easy to double enter expenses.
