"Accurate and reliable time tracking, but interface could be improved"

**Pros:** What I liked most about Tempo Timesheets is how seamlessly it integrates with Jira. It makes logging time quick and natural within your existing workflow. The reporting is very powerful, with detailed insights on projects, costs, and team performance, and it really helps improve visibility and decision-making. It also saves a lot of time thanks to its ease of use and automation features.

**Cons:** What I liked least about Time Tracker by eBillity is that the interface can feel a bit outdated and sometimes not very intuitive, especially for less tech-savvy users. There can also be occasional bugs, syncing issues, or slowdowns, and some features (like integrations or advanced customization) feel limited. Pricing can also increase quickly as the team grows.

"Time Tracker"

**Pros:** It’s easy to use and functional. I never have any trouble explaining how to use it to others, and no major system issues

**Cons:** The log in process is a bit confusing to first set up but after your in the system there is no issues to report.
