Pros: Very User Friendly. I like that you can email an invoice to a customer from the program. The invoices from the program look very professional.

Cons: I wish that it was web based instead of being software on your computer. If it was web based it would be easier for multiple users at a location to use it.

Overall: professional looking invoices from an inexpensive piece of software.
