Pros: I like the way I can manage all aspects of the customer engagements in one place. Also the customer care team is greatly supportive.

Cons: It didn't solve the main purpose. Over commitment and under delivery seems to be the case here. Not so encouraging.

Overall: Considered it to manage the events from start to finish and share valuable data with those who need it.
