The training resources are top notch and always available when you need them. I also want to highlight \[sensitive content hidden\] , my rep, who consistently points me in the right direction and makes sure I’m getting the most out of the platform. That level of support makes a big difference. Overall, it’s been a solid tool for running and growing operations efficiently. Pros What I like most is how everything is connected throughout the entire lifecycle of a load. You enter the information once, and it flows seamlessly across dispatch, tracking, and reporting, which makes it much easier to stay organized and efficient. The ability to run reports and have clear visibility into operations is a big advantage, and the integrations really enhance the overall functionality of the system. It’s designed in a way that actually supports how you run your business day to day and it's been a very cost-effective solution for running operations efficiently. Cons I haven’t run into any major issues. On the rare occasion I’ve needed help or had a question, support has been readily available and very responsive, which makes a big difference. Also the learning center are really helpful to find more instructions step by step with videos and simple guidance.
