The training resources are top notch and always available when you need them. That level of support makes a big difference. Overall, it’s been a solid tool for running and growing operations efficiently. Pros What I like most is how everything is connected throughout the entire lifecycle of a load. You enter the information once, and it flows seamlessly across dispatch, tracking, and reporting, which makes it much easier to stay organized and efficient. The ability to run reports and have clear visibility into operations is a big advantage, and the integrations really enhance the overall functionality of the system. It’s designed in a way that actually supports how you run your business day to day and it's been a very cost-effective solution for running operations efficiently. Cons I haven’t run into any major issues. On the rare occasion I’ve needed help or had a question, support has been readily available and very responsive, which makes a big difference. Pros Is really easy to to figure things out in your own if you dedicate a a full day to get to know the system. Also the learning center are really helpful to find more instructions step by step with videos and simple guidance. Cons Some times the system log out a little bit fast if the computer are not in used and need to refresh the page to see some update what you have done, But not a big deal. As I mentioned, I shopped for several weeks before deciding on Ascend, and I have zero regrets. Pros The software is a breeze to use! I shopped several TMS systems for my company & AscendTMS stood out for several reasons. It’s fairly priced, great value, easy integrations, etc. The list goes on & on. Their customer service team is phenomenal as well. Cons I have no issues with Ascend. If you’re a new broker or dispatcher, this is an excellent choice for your TMS.
