Pros

I love how efficient and easy it is to create loads

Cons

I do not like that all billed loads are archived and cannot be viewed by anyone other than accounting

I love the load board view and the functionality of the list views within each box. Also love the check call feature with location function.

Cons

lack of customer portal to send an electronic rate confirmation and have the driver digitally sign and return it.

Organization

Pros

Everything is organized efficiently and it is easy to input data and upload documents. There are also a lot of forms that auto-generate from the data entered.

Cons

Doesn't fully integrate with load board extras so I still have to use both. It would be more efficient for me if I could do everything from one window.

The company actually pays attention when you have a request to update/fix the software and addresses the issues in days and not weeks.

Cons

There was a bit of a learning curve but that is expected for most software I assume.

Pros

We like the ease of use and how simple it is to navigate. The software is robust and allows you to jump in and get started without hours of training.

Cons

I would like to see more information available at a glance. We asked for a field to be developed where a verbal POD could be entered with date time and signature so that it can be viewed at the load level.

Easy to use, i was able to condolidate all my drivers, equipment, and brokers in one system. No more going frim program to program to track expenses or people, when i turn my computer on acsend is at my finger tips and all my company data is in front of my eyes. I dont remember how i came across the software but it has been a great time tool gor me.

Document can be connected directly to customer files and to loads, invoicing features, load reporting abilities, ease of use, and simple factoring.

Cons

Slow navigation at times throughout the day, no record of emails that are sent out of the program, or any way to go back and see a history of emails sent.

One of my dispatchers happened upon your Free TMS and we started utilizing your system almost 2 years ago. The biggest compliment I can share is that I felt so guilty in not Paying for this wonderfully put together program for my Corporation that I reached out to rep to pay my fair share for the use of this TMS and also the Customer service is one of the Best that I have ever experienced. The real only issue I experience when I began using this program was that the type was quite small on the load confirmations and I reach out to support and they assisted me with fixing the issue. Fantastic and Thank You all!
