Pros Honestly I didn't think this type of web app existed, until I had to help a client integrate and manage it. Kudos to them for finding a niche, this web app is a time saver for managing dry cleaning businesses. The best part is tagging, this way you can easily track the clothes clients left and let them know what stage of the process they're at. Offers a lot of integrations with the most useful ones being Whatsapp (real time notifications) and obviously the payment ones (used Stripe). Cons The 3rd party integrations don't always go smoothly. Had a bit of trouble integrating Stripe with it, but in the end with a bit of help from support it worked ok. Also, you actually need the Premium package which costs more/month than the starter one (close to $80/month paid annually).
