### "Kickserv CRM - Good product"

Very Positive. We have been using product for 6 years. Has improved overtime. My whole company uses the product. Field service people track time on it.

Pros

Covers most aspects of running a Service Business. We use it to schedule manpower, Sales, Accounts receivable. Very responsive if there is an issue. Very easy to use. Good value for cost.

Cons

Needs better though out permissions. Specifically in their mobile app. Needs to track expenses better. Needs to have more active development cycle. Calendar and other such management functions should have better filtering

### "Kickserv does work well enough for the most part"

It has all but extinguished the need for constantly telling people to let me in their homes for the dogs. I estimate I save about 40 hours a month on the mundane admin tasks, it’s immensely relieving. The quoting system enables the customers to choose bundles, so I do not spend all day explaining everything.

Pros

Automated “on my way” texts are fine since I do not have to communicate with clients as much. I was amazed that the client hub did not crash when one of the clients made a payment for a $49 Virtual Quote today.

Cons

I do not understand why I have to create an entire quote just to utilize a template for a very simple invoice. The snow routing is completely unworkable at 1am when I just need the guys to have a simple list of tasks to complete and not some type of route optimization.

### "Terrible Customer Service "

They made a huge change without notifying us, without offering training on the changes, we have 42 subcontractors and more than 300 regular customers who are being impacted by the big mess you are causing. We report this anyone fix this error, we waiting for 3 days and nothing. The customers of the day are showing up the day before, I have 42 people works with me calling me lost and nothing has been resolved so far. I can't wait for this, with 1 day of delay in payment you start removing functionalities from the system and there are 3 days of this horrible delivery service with the new system and no response.

Pros

When I started use everything doing well but every implementation they did is a disaster for clients.

Cons

The error persists! They made a huge change without notifying us.

when I call in with a problem, they answer, if the techs dont know something they will get back to you and they do. the platform is reliable and resonably user friendly.

Pros

the two boys down is Texas that are tech service for my area. Know there craft, personable. This makes me feal like I'm dealing with a small town mom and pop shop and that keeps me as a customer, Should you guys remove or change people like this. Please let me know and I will kindly take my buisness to an othere venue. thanks Oh and the product is resonable.

Cons

acount search engine should have search by name, address, type jobs performed, and to account for misspelling. and flat rate billing or contract billing, that will auto adjust for taxes.

Kickserv is great for organization of my business needs and user friendly. I like that my data is safe and what I want to share with employees and customers I can easily do.

I'd like it to have a section for inventory and correct numbers with multiple items and tax.

I love that they are consistent and available. I also like how they set up the calendar. Very attentive when you contact them, especially Abe.

I really dislike problems with signing in - which occur fairly regularly.

How each part of kickserv works together without much issues.

Cons

The way services and items is set up. That could have been a lot better. If you search up something you should have been able to tick witch items to add so you don't need to search up 10 times for the same thing to add 10 similar items.

I have had only one technical problem with Kickserv and the issue was caused not by Kickserv, but by an Android update on an a specific phone. The day I reported the issue I received a telephone call from an English speaking representative in the United States to gather more information. The problem was resolved within 48 hours and I received a follow-up telephone call from the same representative to insure the issue was resolved. Kudos!

Pros

I have used other service industry apps and Kickserv is by far the most user-friendly, feature packed app I have found. I hate paperwork and this app makes it basically paperless. Bravo! I would whole heartedly recommend this app to any business in the service industry.

Cons

The app is all server-side, so accessing any data is 100% reliant on having an internet connection. It would be helpful if the data were synced and also kept user-side.

It has been great; KS doesn't let you proceed when adding customers in if something important is missing, which is excellent.

Pros

How easily you can look up your customer, whether by account number, last name, address. You cant go wrong.

Cons

At this point I have not come across any snags, and when I do I use the HELP button which is great.

Overall, for the price, I am happy. I recommend Kickserv to anyone getting started with their business. Small businesses, especially! I will continue to use Kickserv- they are constantly doing updates to fix little bugs here and there.

Pros

This software is user-friendly for the most part. It provides all the basic features you need to schedule, create a work order and assign to employees, invoice customers, and sync to your accounting system.

Cons

I mostly suggest the technician app be updated. I have found that 100% of my technicians are great at labor work, but not so great at navigating apps and using phones. Maybe even just offering more education/user guides for techs would help. Also, wish there was more of a way to have intercommunication between departments; assign tasks to office team, to do lists, etc

Overall, the experience has been very positive. We're happy that we decided on this one.

Pros

Real time scheduling, mobile use, files attachments, work order creation

Cons

Customer portal to request service is cumbersome, bug reporting has become more difficult with the new chat robot. I usually video the issues to better explain the bug. I can't do that any more.

Kickserv gives me everything I need to run my business. My customers can request quotes from my website using the embedded contact form, I can manage scheduling, create invoices, track repairs and even share regular updates with my customers through the customer center.

Pros

Kickserv makes it easy to create customer databases, work orders, schedule repairs and invoice customers. It’s the easiest to use that I’ve found and covers everything that a new business needs on a day-today basis.

Cons

There is no ability to log cash or check payments in the free version.

The biggest benefit is time saved. We run a small, family locksmith business. My husband and son are out on the road and I'm in the office. We've expanded into a home watch business as well. Kickserv is very efficient and cut my labor time by at least a third. Plus, the techs out on the road can pull it up on their phones and don't have to call in to ask questions about jobs.

Pros

Ease of use. We looked at several options and Kickserv has the best quality for the price. We use the product differently than intended. The color coding intended for services we use for our technicians. I look at the calendar and I can see where each one is by the color. We do use some colors for services such as active jobs or jobs on hold. Kickserv integrates smoothly with QuickBooks online which saves a lot of time and work. We do our invoicing in Kickserv and it syncs with QB immediately.

Cons

I can't think of anything right now that I'd change.

My son did a lot of research and we had three top choices. We all chose Kickserv and we're very happy with it.

Just having everything in one place is great! My boss has more experience with account management software and he really likes this one. He likes they are updating their software frequently and adding new features that help us, like the dispatch and map feature.Early on, I talked/chatted with your customer service reps and asked a million questions. They were great and were very patient with me. I haven't had to bother them as much lately, but they are always accessible and helpful.

Pros

Easy to use.Easy to change products and prices.Love the reminders option and scheduling option.Love the response time and advice from the team when I ask crazy questions!

Cons

The mobile part of the software could use some help, from our perspective. We have issues with attachments and being able to view them in the field. We realize that some of our issues could be user error.

Pros

I like the calendar, the scheduling and invoicing. I also like the fact that you can recall your customers yearly maintenance appointment by the month. The most important for me is that the technicians when are on call, if the office is closed they have access to Kickserv to check a clients history.

Cons

That we had to pay extra for the clients recall. They have since changed that to a lesser monthly fee.

Easy appointment scheduling, which is our main goal. We do not use it for tech in the field, but we do print our work orders for them. Customer service is quick.

Pros

Ease of appointments and overall layout of the calendar makes using the appointments end of the program easy.

Cons

We back all of our info into Quickbooks. You can not start an estimate in kickserv and sync it to QB. Only invoicing can be synced. If you do an invoice and sync it in kickserv, you can not make a change to the invoice on the kickserv side.

Pros

I like the ease of use as well as the customer service.

Cons

I wish I could modify some of the forms. The font is so small many of my customers are older and can’t read it very well.

### "Love this program!"

I absolutely love this program and highly recommend it. The best CRM I have ever used, I have over 20 years plus experience with CRM programs so that says a lot.

Pros

This program talks with Everything! Your QB software, and has an app for out in the field. I can do everything start to finish in this program.

Cons

I would love the ability to color-code technicians out in the field on the calendar.

### "My pocket assistant..."

Kickserv helps me solve a problem or answer a question daily, whether it's using it to read the estimate or navigate to my appointment.

Pros

Kickserv is a very user friendly product I had no experience with prior to my current position. Without Kickserv, the learning curve would have been much...curvier. This allowed me quickly find which projects I needed to collect on and which ones I could start immediately. I could also refer to my contact list and projects so I didn't have to rely on paper files or memory.

Cons

I would like it to be more automated on calls and emails made through Kickserv to capture the email or conversation and last touch.
