Despite the current limitations in self-help resources, SiteStacker is actively developing their knowledge base, which will make the platform even more accessible to new users. The powerful functionality and exceptional support more than compensate for this temporary drawback. For any nonprofit looking for an all-in-one management solution, SiteStacker is absolutely worth the investment.

Pros

SiteStacker has revolutionized how our missions organization manages everything from donor relationships to online giving. As a comprehensive platform, it allows us to handle online donations, manage supporter information, create professional giving pages, and develop automated workflows—all in one place. The donor management system seamlessly integrates with payment processing, making online giving frictionless for our supporters. Their donation page builder is intuitive and highly customizable, allowing us to create professional giving pages without technical expertise. The platform offers task assignment and workflow automation capabilities that can significantly improve team efficiency, along with robust reporting and business intelligence tools that provide comprehensive access to data with powerful visualization capabilities. SiteStacker is clearly designed with nonprofits and missions organizations in mind, addressing our specific needs with tailored functionality. The biggest standout has been the customer support team. They're exceptionally responsive and go above and beyond to ensure we're maximizing the platform's capabilities. When we've encountered issues or had questions about implementing new features, their team has provided personalized guidance every step of the way.

Cons

Although our small non-profit does not have an actual IT department, they walked us through the process of implementation and continue to provide ongoing training and support for their services.

Pros

Site Stacker has allowed us to automate many steps in our onboarding process and create a smoother, more professional user experience for both our donors and members. Most importantly to me, the automation features save time and streamline our onboarding process. It has allowed me to spend less time on " busy" work and more time focused on what matters to the growth of our organization.

Cons

Site Stacker can be daunting at the beginning due to the seemingly endless configuration possibilities. I recommend anyone wanting to take full advantage of Site Stacker's potential to watch the online webinars and training material.

Pros

SiteStacker has been instrumental in enhancing our organization’s operational efficiency. Its robust and intuitive interface simplifies our donation processes, manages our CRM, and supports our mission trip applications seamlessly. The customization provided by WMTek has been pivotal in adapting the platform to our unique needs, making it the core tool used in our day-to-day activities.

Cons

The most significant drawback of SiteStacker was the learning curve and a few issues integrating with some external applications we relied on. The complex nature of the platform and the relatively small size of the support team can sometimes mean slower resolution times for specific customization or support issues. However, the team at WMTEK is amazing and has helped us every step of the way to onboard the tools, train our team, and develop workarounds for any processes that were impacted by our transition to their platform.

It's really not site stacker it's the User (AKA me). They have so many functions that I don't even utilize that I think would make my job easier.

Very pleased. Should have made the switch sooner. Every dollar invested has been worh it.

Pros

We started out just contracting WMTek to build our website and online donations with SiteStacker. Then we expanded to using it for our online application process. Now we do our offline donations through it, have a dashboard for our members to see their account activity, and use it for donor management/CRM as well.

Cons

Not much I dislike. At times, when we have needed customization we have had to wait 60-90 days to get on their schedule, because they are busy. But that's nit-picky compared to the benefit we have received through these customization projects.

Pros

Our organization has been using SiteStacker for almost six years. It offers an excellent user experience related to online giving through our website. The online campaign feature is very helpful for our employees and volunteers to raise money for specific projects or initiatives. Where SiteStacker excels is in its automation capabilities. Although it does require an extensive knowledge of the multiple components in building out workflows, once that work is done, collecting applications and tracking the various items needed is very convenient. Whenever we have had an issue, staff have been easy to reach and responsive.

Cons

SiteStacker is a robust system, but it does have limited integration with other platforms. While there are several platforms with which it does integrate, if your organization has one which it does not, it requires manual data transfers which may not be sustainable. Regarding automation, you must be very careful if you change any of the triggers or steps in the process as it can easily break the workflow and cause frustration for the user. SiteStacker is also very reliant upon email notifications and lacks a dedicated mobile application which would be very useful in collecting applications.

We have been quite pleased with Site Stacker, and the abilities it has given us to become more efficient and productive with our donor management, fundraising, and recruiting processes. We are also encouraged to see a market, recent increase in development of increased functionality and look forward to continuing to grow with Site Stacker.

Pros

Automation and customization of workflows and record types.

Cons

The loading of data can sometimes be slow due to this year quantity of data, that we utilize in site stacker. However, we have been able to find some workaround to make it work more efficiently for us.

Pros

Site Stacker has provided a workflow system for our mobilization (recruiting), application, and pre-employment processes. The ability to trigger next steps based on various criteria has been a huge help to our applicants and mobilizers. Our staff use Site Stacker every day to maintain regular follow up with candidates and keep the moving forward. Site Stacker helps prevent any candidates from dropping through the cracks.

Cons

Sometimes, the reporting portion of Site Stacker is not as user friendly as we would like. To get good reports, we need someone with IT knowledge and expertise to write them. Gratefully, we have that, but not all organizations do. However, customer support is always happy to help when you seek them out.

We've encountered several card testing issues, and the SiteStacker team has been exceptionally proactive in assisting us by implementing various changes, even when they weren't strictly obligated to do so. Their dedication and willingness to go above and beyond have been truly commendable.

Pros

Sitestacker is user-friendly and easy to grasp. On the backend, the feature allowing me to impersonate an account and see what a partner experiences has proven incredibly useful. Filtering through a large number of transactions simultaneously using the Contribution application is another great tool. The support team at SS has been consistently excellent – reaching out with questions has always been a smooth experience. Overall, Sitestacker not only simplifies tasks but also ensures reliable support whenever needed.

Cons

My organization is currently using an older version of Sitestacker, which limits my access to certain functions and integrations. As a result, there are some features that I haven't been able to use or are not possible due to our specific integration setup.
