Pros: I love reporting feature and ease of use. I also love the fanatical service they provide. Best thing is that they even built feature for me

Cons: I got everything that I needed. If something then, report speed could be better. I would love to see internet customized templates

Overall: I have increased sales and I have had better management experience. Creating seat charts was not a problem as at every step their excellent support team was there to help.
