Smooth and easy implementation, system uptime is excellent- never had a problem with it not working as expected, true integration of all portfolio processes, smooth integration with Moody’s and other tools, a real one-stop shop for managing our portfolios.

Pros

With the Allvue solution we save enormous amounts of time—tasks that used to take hours get done in minutes—and best of all for us, our team members don’t have to be concentrated in one place. Integration was the most important factor for us, and now because of Covid our teams are working from home and the ability for us to quickly move deals forward regardless of location or time zone has resulted in a big improvement in our internal processes. Bottom line is that Allvue’s system has streamlined these processes for us- data gets automatically uploaded and with the click of a button we get the data aggregated, with any calculations done automatically. The system is also configurable and allows us to customize reporting—we can generate multiple types of reports based on investor requests, which we’ve gotten a lot of since Covid happened. Finally, from a technical perspective Allvue’s system has excellent uptime—we’ve never had a problem being able to access it—and again, our folks are located all over the place. Also, the implementation process went very smoothly—the Allvue team really listened to our needs and developed a plan and timeframe that they stuck to, and this helped manage expectations throughout the firm. Overall, it was an excellent experience and the system has exceeded our expectations in terms of how we’ve been able to streamline work and move more quickly when it comes to jumping on deals

Cons

There is nothing on the product that we do not like.

Reasons for choosing Allvue

Superior product, Allvue team’s vision for their solutions matched what we wanted and needed in terms of integrated portfolio management software.
