Would highly recommend paperless to anyone looking at invoice approval automation system, the functionality is great & the support team are extremely responsive, knowledgeable & helpful.

Pros

It’s ease of use & compatibility with Sage, the ability to trace the transactions by project & the customer support is outstanding!

Cons

Would like to see it more accessible on a phone ie by an app - would be good if could drag & drop word & excel documents in rather than saving/printing.

The training and support is really very good and the software is very good. It is saving us a huge amount of time and we no longer have to struggle to find invoices.

Pros

What I like most about PaperLess is how much time it saves when processing invoices. The AI-OCR does a great job at capturing invoice data and it integrates really well with SAP B1. The approval workflows are also very helpful because our managers can approve invoices quickly from the finance side we always have a clear audit trail.

Cons

At the beginning there can be a bit of setup involved to configure workflows and make sure everything matches your internal processes.
