Really great tool for creating online paid registration for workshops and events.

Pros

Love how easy it is to set up workshops and also be able the categorise them.

Cons

There was some confusion initially with setting permissions for different roles of those using Rezdy.

Pros

Easy to understand. Customers can book online with ease 24 hours a day. Lots of options for payment gateways.

Cons

I didn't really find any problems. Only change I would like is to not take payment details for the waitlist option.

Overall it has been just as hoped for and even more. As I also do the SEO, Rezdy has the tools to help in this endeavor as far as tracking and analytics. Great platform!

Pros

Rezdy has been a great addition to this company website. It has been very dynamic and pretty simple to use and create.

Cons

Over the past 2 years of use, there really isn't much negative I could really share as it is doing exactly what I was hoping it would do.

I now have a modern, slick webpage with a reservation calendar. It builds customer confidence.

Pros

I like that my customers could book from me without an email or phone call. Lots of people prefer to book that way, and I'm sure it has increased my sales. Save me time too. Easily integrates with other platforms.

Cons

I think the user interface is kind of old-fashioned and ugly to be honest.

A fully automated online booking systems that I can connect to our website and social media sites that make booking our flights so much easier for our staff and our guests.

Pros

It does everything automatically! Great support services and business building tools! Love the SMS notifications and reminders for our guests!

Cons

Long set up but it's worth it! Training our staff is a challenge but again, once they're in the know, it's an amazing tool.

Rezdy is great for larger numbers and the best thing is that every single person pays before turning up. The rear end finance integrations make it an essential tool for me.

Pros

Rezdy is awesome for managing prepayments and for the management of larger groups and multiple events.

Cons

It’s difficult to learn all it’s features and benefits so you need to spend the time learning and testing and asking about it (but worth it)

I dont use it daily yet and have seen easier booking systems. Maybe it rates are available automatically I would like it better

Pros

Its has lots of tours and options available and its easy you can give the link to the customer from the activity.

Cons

Rates are not automatically available, sometimes it takes forever suppliers come back to you and then you don’t need it anymore. So the set up is not ideal.

Pros

It looks good and it works 100% reliably. Aside from that it has a really nice API which is well documented and even supports web hooks, loads of payment gateways etc.

Cons

They are a slow to push out small quality of life improvements (like different surcharge rates for different credit cards being suggested in 2012 and still getting upvoted but not done) and I wish they would go a bit further than tours and look at stuff like accommodation or general charter work. But all in all still very happy.

We found Rezdy for its scheduling capabilities of specific products we needed to manage online. This automated a lot of our processes that were done in-house using spreadsheets, Shopify, etc. On

Cons

Set up was a bit difficult without a lot of reaching out to the development team and customer service. Because it is a pop-up, it is difficult to track conversions for PPC.

Pros

Makes managing our bookings easier & has helped us to utilise markets that we have never used before. Also the constant upgrades & improvements help to keep up with the changing marketing requirements.

The model doesn't quite suit our setup however the support staff were able to help us with a workaround

Instant online bookings and notifications of online bookings, ability to work with agents online and very fast customer support.

Pros

Ability to share the one resource over multiple tours and it is easy to change the details and have the changes take effect instantly

Cons

Until I got the hand of using it things seemed a little complex at first (eg. remembering that when I create a product I also have to create a session or sometimes I forget and create an order but then remember I haven't created a session in the calendar first and I have to scrap the new order and go create a session and then do the order all over again).

really dissappointed that Rezdy havent managed to find a solution to the serious flaw. The Tour date should be the tax income date with the Xero intergration. Appalled at how poorly rezdy is dealing with this issue
