At first there was a misunderstanding and that was my fault. I was just so stressed out from dealing with ability that I took out my anger on \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] my acc rep. I have to say they are professional and my training rep he is very good at explaining things and I have no issues. If I have a question they are available via phone and the emails are replied within minutes and then they help remotely Everytime which is awesome.

Pros

DME supply billing capability. It has what dme suppliers need to get claims billed and paid. Very Easy to use.

Cons

I have not found an issue or dislikes about the software.

They have DME billing capabilities and ability claimed they did and they dont.

EASY SYSTEM TO LEARN COMPARED TO OHERS TECH SUPPORT WILL CALL YOU RIGHT BACK IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES . CLAIMS STATUS AND ELIGIBILTY ARE VERY GOOD ADD ONS. THE ONLY TINY GRIPE IS WHEN YOU CALL IN, ITS ALWAYS A CALL BACK TO GET QUESTION RESOLVED BUT THE CALL BACK IS FAST .
