The app is easy to use and won’t let you submit incomplete bill! It couldn’t be easier to use and takes a minimal amount of time!

Pros

This app is easy to access and even easier to use! It takes the headache out of finding diagnosis codes!

Cons

Sometimes adding a patient manually takes me an extra 1-2 minutes but it is a rare occurrence. Not much to complain about!

It has now been updated, with a list of common used diagnosis - each diagnosis you us, will appear as your fav

However, I don’t think it can save more than 10 diagnosis, so still I have to type other diagnose used regularly over and over. I wish to have a list of favorite group diagnosis unlimited

Very well rounded app and user friendly

Pros

easy to use at work and is quickly available through phone app

Cons

sometimes the diagnoses are captured but do not show up saved. Not sure what issue is going on. It hasn't happened to me when using desktop version. only mobile with my colleagues

My overall experience so far is great, it is user friendly and easy to follow.

Pros

One of the things that I like most about this software would have to be that I am able to scrub and edit any charges before dropping them over to our EHR system. It makes posting my charges more efficiently and promptly. I also like how there's different search options to look for a patient that has been seen previously.

Cons

I think the only thing would be not being able to enter the units. It would be helpful if we could enter the units it would be very helpful when it drops over to our system for when we post the charges, it would save some time.

A bit apprehensive when this was first introduced but the product is a good one that allows the providers to bill efficiently. It is so easy to bill when using your mobile phone.

Pros

Works well to allow users to be efficient about billing. Works great on the mobile phone.

Cons

Does not work as well on the desktop since not all patients are loaded on the weekends and a provider must search for the patients.
