I really love the offline backup, it give me a sensation of fully comfortable protection.

Pros

Altaro needs very simple configuration activity, and by return give you an absolute sensation of protection.

I have really no complains about this software

The backup storage reduction is very impressive. Thanks to the ease of use, configuration errors don't happen on this platform.

Pros

Very easy to setup and use, absolutely off-the-charts deduplication and compression (inline!) second-to-none technical support on the rare occasions it was needed. The cloud management console is the awesome cherry on the cake...

Cons

Nu physical server backup solution. No possibility to have multiple schedules for backups

Cons

No backup of SharePoint in 365 yet, although this is coming in June / July.

Compare with other product, I feel the Altaro much earlier to use and the price is not much higher. They have a quick support to solve my problems.

Pros

It's very ease to use and fit our needs to backup all of the VM server.

Cons

Although I don’t like the backup method of cloud services, But I have to say that this is a very good feature

Has been great overall support has always been there when needed backups are easy to setup as are restores.

Pros

Easy to setup and use love the way you setup schedules and backup media.

Cons

Have had a few odd issues where backups have become corrupted but this may be due to our backup media.

Pros

The software makes backing up Virtual Machines a piece of cake. The features like de duplication really cut down on the amount of storage needed for multiple backups.

Cons

I would like a little more options for backup locations. The two options for a single VM (local and offsite) are nice, but at times I want more.

Altaro makes me feel like I have control over the backups of my environment, and I feel encouraged that I can continue to trust this software.

Pros

I'm really impressed by how easy it was to get up and going with Altaro. Setup was very straightforward and it was simple to get all the pieces in place and get going.

Cons

I haven't really run into any issues while using this software, so as of writing this review, I have no cons to contribute.

We can backup many copies of our VM to different drives and offsite so we are more protected if a disaster hits.

Pros

Very easy to use from day one. I like the drag and drop of VM for adding to backups and it compress the overall file size down a lot.

Cons

I could not back up to Backblase cloude storgae.
