It was very easy to setup and users have reported a good experience so far. Can't beat the value for the price. Pros Ease of use, customizable, price Cons I would like to be able to filter by form status. For example, every form ever started or submitted is in the same list, so it's difficult to tell if the customer is still working on the form or they have submitted it (I do get an email when the form is submitted). Often send short 20-30 second videos that show exactly what to do. Techs go over and beyond to make this app workable! Also incredibly efficient phone app! Both computer screen access and phone app access excellent! Any detailed problems are addressed incredibly efficiently! Cons There are no cons to this app! Even on weekends, support available. I have used the product to produce a online form for applicants to apply for audition to the Norwegian production of the musical A CHORUS LINE were they also are able to upload their CV and picture. Before, when you tell applicants to send they applicants to just send their resume and info to a given mail address, they also tend to forget half of what we ask of them, but now I can "force" them to remember enclosing everything because they won't be able to send the form before all fields are filled in/uploaded. Cons This software could be more simplified in setting up the payment collection within a payment form. The monthly subscription just for having a payment form is pretty steep. I think they should have a lower monthly fee and take a small percentage of each transaction through the form. I haven't had any uses out of the form in 2 months but still paying a high monthly fee. Pros Amazing Functionality Easy to Create Many options Love the Google Docs plugin Awesome Customer Support The price is right Cons Other form systems we use look much nicer than 123 Contact Forms, but their functionality towers any competitors. So the biggest con is on design, not functionality.
