TrueCommerce has met all of my needs. They keep the process working and issues are very rare. We have been with them for many years and have never experienced any down time. Maintenance has always been done during non productive hours with no impact our our communication with our trading partners.

Pros

True Commerce has meet and continues to meet all of our EDI needs, integrating will all of our Trading Partners. Issues are rare but when one does come up they are quick to handle it. Tech Support is knowledgable and pleasant to work with. They are quick to respond to emails and for emergency issues they are only a phone call away. The system is secure, we have had no issues with security or data breaches. I feel we get good value for the cost of the service. The integration saves me considerable time and is worth every penny.

Cons

I have no complaints about TrueCommerce. Any short coming is on my end with a lack of knowledge to understand the complexity of EDI and the many ways it can benefit my company.

When I joined the company I noticed the platform was being under utilized , once I understood how it worked and its capabilities and with True commerce support team, my department became way more efficient.

Pros

Our company can rely on the tools that this EDI solution provides and the technical super is great.

Cons

I have been really happy with the platform and service. When we have technical issues the support is great. When i am looking for solutions, there is always someone to help.

My overall experience with True Commerce has been 10 out of 10. I have worked with True Commerce EDI Solutions for about 11 years! Through this time many of the staff have offered their knowledge and helpful tips that have not only helped to maintain JTM's excellent partnerships with our customers and brokers, but also helped me advance professionally.

Pros

The support staff and user-friendly platform is what I like most about True Commerce EDI Solutions. The knowledge regarding integrations with JTM's specific ERP system is extremely helpful when we run into integration issues or certain mapping difficulties. The platform is so easy to navigate that the other users on the platform had no issues learning how to process transactions.

Cons

I do not have very many negative things to say regarding True Commerce EDI Solutions. Probably the only issue I have run into is when a support case gets picked up by the team in a different country. It is hard to get issues accomplished sometimes when we cannot communicate in real time. That is a VERY small issue in comparison to how many support cases we log.

We integrates EDI to our SAP HANA system and we are thinking to extend to more of our customers to this platform.

Pros

Our company has been using TrueCommerce EDI solutions for one and half years, only when we first went live, we needed to reach out to the customer support for some small issues, the support process was very easy and the response was very quick.

Cons

We took on a massive project with moving from our old ERP to an SAP system and working hand-in-hand with True Commerce to develop and test the mapping for over 80 trading partners. At the same time a migration project was taking place with getting trading partners off our old VAN and onto True Commerce in a limited amount of time. I've been pleased with the success of both projects.

Pros

The integrations team assigned to our migration to SAP did a fantastic job with mapping, partner set-ups, and customizations. Now that we are live, the True Commerce customer support team has been quick to respond with resolutions. I feel like their Foundry product offers very good value for the cost.

Cons

Since going into production, there is a limitation I've noticed. I would like to see an option developed to automatically move specific file types for specific trading partners from the Inbox to Received without exporting them.

All the staff at every level are a pleasure to work with. Their knowledge and expertise is ever present on each need presented.

Pros

TrueCommerce software is easy to use, simple click and send solutions for our order processing. Combine the ease of use with visibility to the data and their services are unmatched.

Cons

Honestly, it is difficult to find something that is a not a positive experience with TrueCommerce. If i had to point one con out it would be i wish we could implement more of our order processing through them.

Pros

Great EDI partner connection service. Great support service. Product is dependable and works as expected. Portal is easy to navigate.

Cons

Web portal can be slow to load pages of data. User security setup is a little complex until you understand how it works.

Ease of use. Tech support is really fast when you need it. Have recommended it to a lot of people.
