When we create the BOL info it's helpful that a mandatory line item stays red and can't be sent until filled in. Cons Searching for an order is nearly impossible and not being able to adjust the screen size on the website makes it hard to see all of the orders and their information listed. They are affordable and great customer service Pros It's overall a pretty easy system to use and meets our needs for EDI. The customer service is great, anytime I've had an issue they have been extremely helpful, and for the most part it's only been user error stuff, nothing at all wrong with the system. The sales team knows how to get you to buy there services. It runs under windows Cons Customization service is not competent. They don't understand automation of processes. Months after we stopped using the service, we are still receiving email notification, when we told customer service, they had us reinstall the program so we can go in our now inactive account to remove the notifications ourselves from system. The program is not mature, and the programmers couldn't accomodate our requirements after 9 months of work. Though they were made aware of our needs from the start. Review Source pH patricia H.
