Easy to use and effective to improve show rate and reduce how many calls and texts I had to send by hand as we grew.

Pros

It was great for entering appointments and having it go right to our Google Calendar. The automatic reminders worked well to improve show-rate for all kinds of events. It especially made it easy when they added multiple appointment booking. I could enter people's 2 week trials into it all at once, and they could reschedule themselves also.

Cons

It felt like other scheduling apps had more features, but slowly OnceHub was adding them. I think it would be great to have more customization and branding.

If you manage to get used to the system, OnceHub can be a powerful scheduling tool. But the lack of usability was a dealbreaker for me. I wouldn’t pay for it, because the constant friction made it more annoying than valuable – though for free use, it definitely covers the basics.

Pros

I used OnceHub for quite a long time because the free version offers a lot of functionality. As a solo entrepreneur building my business, that was extremely helpful. The tool has everything a booking platform needs: you can create different booking pages, sync with your calendars, set up scheduling options, reminders,....

Cons

The user experience was frustrating. I usually pick up new software quickly, but OnceHub felt far from intuitive. Options were often buried in complicated menus, and I frequently spent too much time searching for the settings I needed. The structure felt unnecessarily complex, and it slowed me down more than it should have.

Pros

Worked consistently. Lots of advanced features to customize things to your own liking, and integrate with other tools.

Cons

Too complicated and too many options to sift through when customizing event types, booking pages, etc. AND, was surprised to discover that to switch from a paid plan back down to their free Basic plan, you have to wipe your account and start fresh. Downgrading is not possible, yet they don't mention this anywhere on pricing/tiers page. To me this is very misleading and borderline fraudulent, especially since in their copy they imply you can downgrade after a free trial ends (but not once you're a regular user??).

To clarify, our policy ensures that plans are never automatically converted from free to paid; such a change requires an active choice by the user. This approach is designed to prevent any surprises regarding billing and to keep you in control of your subscription choices. Regarding the downgrade process, our policy of requiring a new account to switch to a 'Basic' plan from a paid subscription is in place to prevent abuse and plan hopping, except for a one-time allowance to downgrade at the end of the trial period. This approach helps ensure users don't exploit premium features temporarily without a long-term commitment, & it maintains the integrity of complex configurations and services designed for our paid plans. I work in private practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I have wanted to use a scheduling program, but, until I found Oncehub, I had never found one that has the customization I want, affordable cost, and HIPAA compliance.

Pros

It's a fantastic HIPAA compliant, packed with features and customizations, affordable for small offices!

Cons

I have not had any complaints while I've been using OnceHub.

Flexibility - you can literally do everything you want to. I do not understand why calendly is still a thing

Cons

Comes with a pretty steep learning curve, but it pays off

Overall a great experience I just didn't want to pay $40 monthly, so I went a WordPress plugin route that does the job for me.

Pros

Easy to use and I could create calendars for each of my employees from the admin account.

Cons

That the PayPal integration would not always refund people properly.

Pros

It’s easy to schedule appointments and choose times based on everyone’s availability. Simple UI

Cons

Didn’t get an email confirmation when choosing an appointment. Would have like it to at least give me an option to download a calendar event file to add to my calendar.

Thanks for your review, Christopher! OnceHub is all about easy appointment scheduling, but there's not much point to it if you can't diarize your meetings automatically, right? From your comments, it isn't clear whether you are a user of OnceHub or scheduling with a user of OnceHub. Either way, you should at least have received an email confirmation and calendar event. And, as a OnceHub user, you don't even have to download a calendar event; your calendar is automatically updated with all your meetings. Overall, we absolutely love this platform. The pricing is very competitive, the platform works flawlessly, and it's perfect for all of our needs.

Pros

User friendly, integrates REALLY WELL with what we use and our clients and potential clients find it very easy to use.

Cons

The setup was initially a little odd but we are used to it now and have no issues.
