Pros

  • Overall, we absolutely love this platform. The pricing is very competitive, the platform works flawlessly, and it's perfect for all of our needs.

  • I love the simplicity of the look and feel. I love the fact the free version provides some of the pro features with limitations but grateful for what is available.

  • The tutorials are very helpful, and the support team is awesome. I used Chat Support to help me set up my Schedule Once.

  • The ease of use is amazing, the functionality is great too. I love the concept, to have others book their appointment with you avoids all the back and forth with this product.

Cons

  • Complex customization of emails and if you do a warning tells you that it might not work in the future if you custom outside of their standards.

  • Our scenario is unique but this is a frustrating part when you are trying to configure 5 different accounts to all work together for bookings. These 5 accounts aren't all people.

  • At some point, I suspect we will be making the switch to Calendly.

  • There is no way I can downgrade the plan for a limited duration. As in I cannot pause usage of this account if I am sure I dont use this for a month.

"It works well and is very cost-effective"

Overall: Very good, straightforward "tool" that I have recommended to a few other friends.

Pros: Simple to set up and the integration with my underlying primary calendar is very good.

Cons: For what it does I have no complaints, "IF" I wanted to use it as my primary interface for my overall calendar management, I would likely have additional input.

Reasons for Choosing OnceHub: It simply works and integrated easily with my pre-existing calendar.

"Complicated and still doesn't run particularly smoothly"

Pros: When it works it does what it's supposed to do, but we believe there are more user friendly systems out there and our trust in the system has deteriorated over the last few months.

Cons: We have had issues with calendar syncing, the manual block off isn't ideal, we have had reservation times showing as available when they weren't - this has been a stressor having to double check our calendar regularly. Our second biggest issue is the payment portal failing intermittently and this has been happening more frequently lately and tech support hasn't been particularly helpful.

Alternatives Considered: Acuity Scheduling
Reasons for Choosing OnceHub: At the time we preferred the way the scheduling looked on the website/client interface - but we are now considering going ahead with Acuity if our syncing/payment portal issues continue.

"A good calendar software that's better than nothing, though a bit enterprise'y"

Pros: A great calendar management tool compared to sending emails and asking people if a set of times "works for them". Just send them a link and they can pick a time that works from your calendar. Compared to the email route, ScheduleOnce is incredible, and I used it for years.

Cons: Calendly has entered the marketplace with a product that is more user-friendly, more human, and has a great free plan (whereas ScheduleOnce has no free plan). When putting these two side by side, Calendly wins on all fronts, which makes ScheduleOnce irrelevant for me, personally.

"Came highly recommended "

Overall: I’ve been ver pleased so far! It does exactly what we need.

Pros: It’s functionality is exactly what we need. I particularly like the ability to have a combined booking page but control the flow of appointments to different staff as well as the calendar integrations.

Cons: It’s robust and that’s a good thing but there’s a bit of a learning curve to figure out where to find what things. I could see that being challenging to anyone who struggles with new platforms.

Alternatives Considered: Calendly
Switched From: Calendly and Acuity Scheduling
Reasons for Switching to OnceHub: None of us like acuity as much- it doesn’t feel intuitive. Calendly is great and works with Kajabi but didn’t seem to have the level of features we needed. Ultimately, ScheduleOnce/ OnceHub came highly recommended by successful entrepreneurs in the field.

"Great Scheduling Tool "

Overall: Overall, it's a great tool at a good price.

Pros: ScheduleOnce is a great scheduling tool that allows prospects and clients to book appointments conveniently. It saves me a lot of time going back and forth to locate a mutually good time.

Cons: I am good with technology platforms, but not an expert and I prefer user-friendly tools and good customer support. The tool takes a little bit of time to understand how to customize the setup of the scheduler to your needs. Once setup, it has required very little maintenance on my part.

Reasons for Switching to OnceHub: The prior service didn't offer the level of functionality that I was looking for in a scheduler.
