The software always booked the wrong time. Support was unable to figure out the issue and they would not provide a refund AND were not able to turn off automatic billing. The only solution was to delete my account immediately (and lose the next 10 months) or wait and delete my account right before it auto-renews.

Pros

The scheduling dashboard is nice. There are good customization options.

Cons

The software always booked incorrect times due to daylight savings conversion. Support was unable to help and no refunds are provided.

It’s easy to schedule appointments and choose times based on everyone’s availability. Simple UI

Cons

Didn’t get an email confirmation when choosing an appointment. Would have like it to at least give me an option to download a calendar event file to add to my calendar.

Thanks for your review, Christopher! OnceHub is all about easy appointment scheduling, but there's not much point to it if you can't diarize your meetings automatically, right? From your comments, it isn't clear whether you are a user of OnceHub or scheduling with a user of OnceHub. Either way, you should at least have received an email confirmation and calendar event. And, as a OnceHub user, you don't even have to download a calendar event; your calendar is automatically updated with all your meetings. ### "Time saving and efficient scheduling tool!"

The tutorials are very helpful, and the support team is awesome! I used Chat Support to help me set up my Schedule Once.

Pros

I love that this software looks at my calendar and only offers clients slots that are available, and slots that are available among different offices on different days!

Cons

It was a little confusing seeing it up initially, but the tutorials and the support team walked me through it, and it works great!

Easy integration/sync to Outlook calendar.

Cons

Users cannot add or delete scheduling page contributors unless they are an admin. Once made an admin, any changes to the corporate ScheduleOnce account will be auto-notified via email.

### "Perfect scheduling app for product demos"

Pros

Integrations with calendars, CRM, conferencing software, and email all at once is amazing. A customer can choose a date/time for their appointment and everything else is done automatically.

Cons

It is a little complex to use and set up. Sometimes it's hard to figure out where certain settings are at.

ScheduleOnce has saved me a step in needing to separately set up a Zoom meeting for a client or prospect call. Because of this integration, I'm using ScheduleOnce instead of the in-house calendar program in my CRM.

Pros

The fact that clients and prospects can schedule easily is, of course, a plus, but the fact that it automatically integrates with Zoom is what makes it a necessity for our company.

Cons

It's not as easy to use and find where to edit things as I'd like. I usually have to fumble around for a few minutes if it's been a while since I've been in the interface.

ScheduleOnce was recommended by my website designer, and I liked the user experience.

### "Can't seem to get the hang of it"

Often times, when a unique appointment type is needed, I have found myself forgoing the use of ScheduleOnce and taking the old fashioned back and forth method of scheduling simply because I know it is going to take me longer to configure a new appointment type to offer. At some point, I suspect we will be making the switch to Calendly

Pros

It seems to have many different event types and configurations available to offer clients and prospects

Cons

It has been, at least for me, extremely difficult to figure out and configure appropriately. I feel like we are constantly having people schedule at times that we thought were blocked off, or worse, not seeing an option at all!

I like the booking confirmation email to the advisor and the client.

Cons

I hate that you cannot override the settings for one off appointments. Setting up a whole other booking page is not helpful since I don’t want to give access to clients.

### "Best Calendar Software I've Tried"

I use it as part of my marketing funnel for lead generation. It integrates nicely with ActiveCampaign to set up a good one two punch for getting new clients.

Pros

I've tried most of the major scheduling software out there and ScheduleOnce is the one we ended up going with. The ease of use, the simple GUI on the prospects ens to schedule an appointment and the ability to integrate it with labels was a big selling point.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind right now. Overall great product and great experience.

Makes it easy for my customers to schedule a call. Sends reminders. Backend is complicated. Customer support sends canned responses sometimes that don't address the questions asked.

Pros

What I liked more about this tool was the flexibility of the tool and the support I received from every member of the company I spoke with. We needed to set up the account in very short term and they we're extremely helpful and available for us.

Cons

The only feature I'm missing today is being able to limit the amount of bookings per team member per day/week

I also connected it to a free webinar in ClickFunnels so the people who book a call are already familiar with me and with my approach to helping women with IBS.

ScheduleOnce has been a game-changer for our business. We are in the internet marketing space and use it for inbound appointments. Their product is incredible, and their service is just as good. We do approximately 300+ bookings a month on multiple booking pages. The only thing I wish they had is an "app" because we travel a lot and would love to make changes on the fly. They are mobile-enabled, but an app would take it to the next level. Let me be very clear...there is NO OTHER scheduling tool you should be using. We've tried them on and you get what you pay for with ScheduleOnce.

This is awesome for our clients to easily schedule through our website. It integrates great with different calendars and our CRM. Recommended for all office sizes.

The ease of use is amazing, the functionality is great too! I love the concept, to have others book their appointment with you avoids all the back and forth with this product. They have an integrated option where you can have people answer questions before they book the appointment, and everything is automated and integrated into your calendar with google. Perfect!

ScheduleOnce is a solid scheduler and offers a lot, especially through its other branches of OnceHub. I didn't find it intuitive, but others might.

Pros

ScheduleOnce offers an amazing free plan. While other schedulers put things behind a paywall (multiple events, payments, etc), ScheduleOnce includes those in its free plan. The feature set is very robust and you can customize a lot of things, such as receiving payments.

Cons

I couldn't easily find everything and figure out how to set things up. The basics were obvious, but each section had multiple parts to it and it made it difficult to get up and running quickly. Because I don't have much time as a solopreneur, I eventually moved to a more intuitive scheduler.

Pros

This software takes the pain out of trying to coordinate schedules to set up a meeting with our clients. I can send them a quick link and they can choose a time to speak with me. Great control over the schedule and plenty of settings to mess around with.

Cons

The options and menus that you need to work through to get the settings exactly the way you want can be a little bit convoluted at times.

The feature set is absolutely perfect for every workflow I've ever tried. It saves TONS of time when setting up meetings, and it's easy enough to embed where it needs to go.

Cons

The admin UI is awful. It looks like an internal corporate tool from the early 2000's. No mobile interface either, which is insane in 2018.
