Their remote help is valuable because it reduces repair times quickly and avoids transfers that cause delays

Pros

Fastviewer has been a great help, its remote help makes everything easier to fix and send, when there is something wrong with the system I contact support so that through Fastviewer they can make the necessary fix without having to wait hours for them to get to my site. Its use is very easy to do since with just one link I give them permission to enter my system and there they can handle everything properly

Cons

Sometimes it has happened to me that I cannot connect quickly, I have had to wait for the system to react and let me enter but it is not more than 10 minutes of waiting

Fileshare fehlt, weiß aber nicht ob es das als Addon gibt

We went from using a single common remote support software to offering our customers a more corporate image of our remote connection services, different approaches in different subprograms of the same package for the same monthly use price

Pros

Fastviewer allows you to create a more corporate image of the remote connection services between teams, giving different options such as remote sessions to support, allowing exchange the address of the connection to see and show as the case may be, can be used to give inductions of use of software, work meetings between different members of a group. You can customize the invitations that are made to the participants You can make connections between computers with different operating systems, thus offering wide compatibility in different work scenarios, or relationship supplier-client, tutor-student, etc.

Cons

It is a software intended for corporate use, and although it has several ways to pay according to use, such as purchase of a license, prepaid service by time or income according to its use, it can become expensive for a small business.
