Pros Easy to use. Anyone can submit ideas with pictures. Review and rating process is quick and painless. Owners can easily manage their idea statuses, collaborate with experts and provide updates. Data and graphs are easily available to show improvement trends. Support team response is fantastic and responsive to suggestions for improvement. Cons The workflow side of implementing ideas is a bit lacking in some respects. It is not as easy to find a way to report on idea workflow status in order to maintain accountability to due dates.
