It's very stable, flexible and reliable solution allow multiple file formats and protocols, simple integration with modern and legacy systems, monitoring and alerting. Initial setup was simple with some minor issues resolved with Cleo support team. Since that it's just works. February 10, 2017 5.0 Our (E-Com) association with Cleo started about 10 years ago with the usage of Lexicom as a secure FTP tool. The alliance grew stronger with the purchase EDI translation tool, Clarify. The tool is complex and we do need a formal training to get a better understanding of the product. The Account Manger and the Technical support engineer are very helpful in providing overall insight about the product and services. Pros Translation and communication capability.
