Pros: Very good software on a really reasonable price, it can support multiple email accounts and it's well integrated with multiple social media outlets. It's quite easy to use and it gets the job done.

Cons: We find it difficult sometimes to quickly synchronize the emails and some functions need a bit of improvement( mobile version mostly)

Pros: Relatively inexpensive for what you get. It quickly built my social media around my contacts. It also supported multiple email accounts for me (rather than just one email interface). It tracked my emailed very well and alerts you when someone opens/clicks on the email which was nice

Cons: No facebook message capability nor email tracking. The mobile app could be better - it's spotty when you are offline. Has limited formatting/organizational tools.

Pros: This is so easy to navigate and very friendly in the eyes. Very dependable all is outstanding! Thank you Nimble

Cons: All is great, I cannot see any cons for now, all I know is that I was able to navigate it very smoothly which is very important to me.

Pros: The best thing about this tool is that you can use it from anywhere in the world, which represents an excellent utility during travels. The program is super organized and the search function is perfectly optimized. It connects automatic with social networks, which is essential in the company. It integrates very well with our payroll software (Gusto)

Cons: Sometimes contacts can not be synchronized from other programs, so it must be done manually, I would suggest changing that.

Pros: Greatly simplifies your company's social media presence as well as customer/client communications for those non-experts or beginners in the social media world.

Cons: Lack of integration with emails services and Facebook Messenger; doesn't quite offer super robust project management capabilities

Pros: It is very useful for organizations because of the exchange that exists between the company and the client, allowing the status to be improved, and NIMBLE has the peculiarity of operating without complications, allowing to update information and other skills easily and without any problem. It should be noted that NIMBLE also has a large number of applications that allow us to link them to the account.

Cons: NIMBLE, although it is a very good tool, it would be advisable to work on the improvements to carry out more efficiently the completion and completion of more businesses, in addition to the synchronization of the email that is sometimes a bit difficult.

Pros: It helps me as a company to be in contact with my clients and know more about their needs and offer them what they need improving my image and reach more places through social networks.

Cons: Not much to say against the truth has helped me get presence and strengthen my image in the networks and thus reach more customers.

Pros: NIMBLE reaches other levels when it comes to content management, I like its interface and the fast loading of files, it does not matter if my internet is slow, it always responds quite well.

Cons: what I do not like very much is that the mobile version is not compatible with my iphone 4 / s. They should improve this.

Overall: recommended to the entire community a CRM that will surely leave you surprised.

Pros: I set up Nimble with my assistant watching. It's a time saver! I am so impressed with how much I learn about prospects and current clients!

Cons: It took me a few minutes to find the email templates but that was it. It is super, super easy to understand, fun to use and intelligent software! So many integrations!!!

Overall: I learn about my prospects and my current clients with this being a social crm. I don't waste time going back and forth between platforms. This one does it all!

Pros: I've tried a number of different CRMs in the past and Nimble was near the top of the list for me. Lots of features and a good design. I hate CRMs that are too clunky and seem almost overwhelming.

Cons: No free plan. Kind of wish that the social media listening feature was included in the entry level plan but overall the basic plan has a good amount of features.

Pros: I could ramble on and on about Nimble but I will keep it short and sweet, Nimble was the best investment I made last year for my company.

Cons: I have not one bad thing to say about Nimble, my team and I are still blown away by how efficient this is.

Pros: What I like about Nimble is that it updates itself with relevant information for it's customers from numerous sources.

Cons: While Nimble is gathering my teams contacts, I am a little concerned about who has access to that information and can anyone access that information.

Pros: I like the simplicity of the software. Compared to Dynamics CRM it is a very light weight.
Main components are easy to use and are already integrated into the main mix.

Cons: With light weight comes less power and flexibility. No easy way to configure or pre-configure scripts.

Pros: If you are in the sales world or definitely working with prospects and clients on the run, you have to work with nimble. The Nimble apps also allow me to update information, leads and contact details directly from within the Chrome web-browser.

Cons: I once had issues accessing my account, I contacted the customer support they didn't help me much.

Pros: Simple to use, good way to save info and easy to access info I have saved. Didn't take long to learn how to use.

Cons: Tried Nimble for free. Can be expensive for paid plan. Would be good to have an option to download contacts.

Pros: I like the simple web features. Much easier to receive notifications and manage relationships compared to more complex applications.

Cons: I really don't have any complaints at this time. It's not a tool I use on a daily basis since we have another implemented.

Pros: Nimble storage is fast with very low latency and proactive customer support.De-Duplication and compression feature is good and effectively able to save the space under utilisation.Web GUI is straightforward and easy to use. other thing is it is very compact in size and significantly save your rack space.Chrome plug-in and it's feature/ability to pull social and contact data reduces the amount of data we need to enter manually.

Cons: power button is easily accessed on the front chassis. This button should be covered. Homepage can be improved further.Deal management aspect is relatively weak.

Cons: This is a great tool but i would love if they could support other apps like google docs just to have more options.

Pros: -Constantly updating, really liking the new 'today' page
- Very easy to build up your contacts from other platforms.
- Very good customer service

Cons: - Not much to complain about, users need to be careful of overloading themselves with contacts when they import from their platforms, especially from Twitter.

Pros: Very nice CRM for small businesses with the ability to connect to social media! The user Interface is nice, super easy to use and it has great workflow animation. Very robust CRM!

Cons: The e-mail automation is not very good, and it's not entirely designed to help you make more sales and or close deals. Nimble is great but may be slightly expensive for small businesses.

Pros: I like the ease of use and customer service support available. It helps keep conversations and contacts in one easy place.

Cons: It takes a little while to learn to use the software but once you do it's smooth sailing from there.

Pros: Nimble is able to manage our storage well with their software and equipment. They are able to check files for duplicates and filter out unnecessary space needed, so you can use all your space very efficiently. Their support is the best I've had, they will send out parts that are needed, and even let you know if things are going wrong with your equipment. Always very helpful over the phone.

Cons: Few things that I didn't like are, the console page on the web uses alot of flash, so certain web browsers won't work fully. Also, price is pretty high. But as they say, you get what you pay for.

Overall: Able to manage all of my storage in one place

Pros: Nimble is easy to use. They make it simple and effective at finding for us to find out clients' social media pages. They make communication simple and inviting.

The app is simple and intuitive to use. They like the ease and efficiency of pulling their clients social media information into the platform and communicating with them through social media channels using Nimble.

Cons: Sometimes customer service does not seem to be on the same page. Perhaps their training needs to be updated.

Pros: I needed something small and lightweight to organize my growing list of clients - what I said to them and how to funnel them into an upset, while continuing to create touch-points for leads to convert them into clients. Nimble was incredibly impressive at doing all of that, and gave me a dashboard to build those relationships almost 'automatically'.

Cons: Not much cons with Nimble for small businesses. For companies with hundreds of thousands of leads, I can see it starting to fall apart.

Overall: Setting up a lot of automated emails to build relationships

Pros: It was easy to load data and setup for use. I do have experience with CRM's so this was the typical setup process. I liked the features for the minimal cost

Cons: I had difficultly setting up my email with the system. It took IT department to make changes to our accounts for this to work. this may have been a shortcoming our IT people and not that of Nimble

Pros: Excellent customer relationship management application allows us to centralize a single database in the cloud to manage the data of all interactions between a company and its customers.
It has a very comfortable and easy to use interface for the user and we can easily use it from our computer from your website or from a browser widget or from our phone from your application in google play and in the app store.
with the smartfone application we can combine our contacts and calendars and allows us to create a daily agenda of tasks and meetings in an easy and fast way from your application and always be synchronized with our phone

Cons: we can try Nimble for free but it is a paid application and depends on its use it can be expensive, and if we take the contact record in your cloud we will not own them, you should have the option to download our contact list. It should be developed in more languages to keep growing.

Pros: Nimble CRM has some new features which even I, the person with more than 8 years working in sales and in many CRM systems haven¿t seen yet. I am talking about the automatic update of the information of the clients profiles through putting there some important materials that system need to have to do this job. And this feature saves the extremely great amount of time. Plus it is available on all the devices so it does not matter where you are anymore, you can contact your customers from everywhere.

Cons: I think that this CRM system must be more diverse and create some templates and environment oriented not only for sales but for some other spheres of the company, like supporting, HR management and so on and make it's more suitable for such types of people.

Pros: In my previous work with Nimble, we organized many stages of work, which is especially important for an IT company. In fact, with the help of Nimble our management managed to optimize the work, fairly distributing the tasks and their payment.

Cons: The last time I worked with Nimble was 5-6 months ago and then there were too few integration possibilities with third-party services. As far as I know, the situation has not improved.

Pros: The integration with social for my contacts has always been a great innovation, and Nimble was one of the first in this space.

Cons: I could never justify this over Salesforce. Like IBM in the day, no one ever gets fired for recommending Salesforce. I would love to have seen a starter package to get hooked on the full feature set.

Pros: All in 1 functionality with email, email templates, tasks, contacts, etc. Helps remind me of most important contacts and finds additional contacts. After a short training it's relatively easy to use and effective.

Cons: It's built for traditional sales, but if you want a CRM for other types of business it's less effective. For example, we broker deals between 2 types of companies and its hard in Nimble to monitor this as effective as I would like.

Also, when it synced to my email it added hundreds of irrelevant contacts that it didn't fill in contact details correctly, so I would have to do a lot of manual work. It would be nice if it helped identify people to companies a bit better.

Currently, you can manage one business within Nimble but what many users will do is utilize tags and custom fields to support both of their businesses in Nimble. In regards to contacts from your email account, Nimble does not automatically import contacts but you can add them by clicking the "Import contacts" option and all contacts in your Gmail (for instance) will be added to Nimble. If you'd like to remove this group of contacts you can do this by locating the tag in your Contacts. Pros: The fact it shows what each of our team has written to our clients, and when each of them were last spoken to.

Cons: Love having the tags. However I think there could be a smarter way to organise them, or re-select certain groups, so you're not un-tagging each time you want another group of contacts.

Pros: Intuitive platform/ great social media and marketing integrations/ quick extractions and Filtering through tags/ great integration to Microsoft Outlook / Affordable platform for small to medium size businesses

Cons: Very limited reporting features / Duplicate feature & merger is not very powerful/ difficult to upload excel list, need to do a lot of cleanup in the fields first

Overall: lots of benefits: One central customer database, always updated with sales tracking.
I forgot to mention that the APP and the Business Card Scanning feature are super helpful while in tradeshows or at events!

Pros: Being able to set tasks for other members of the team. I like the idea that it can link with social media and build a large email list, we just don't know how to use it.

Cons: Not being able to copy and paste text from tasks that team members give. Extremely irritating. When another team members gives us an email address, we have to keep looking at the screen to copy it instead of copy and paste.

Pros: Once you become familiar with it, Nimble is easy to use. As an online data base, it does fairly well linking people with their pertinent information. As with all data bases, its success depends on the accuracy and diligence of the users.

Cons: The developers recently nerfed access to what should be standard features, and started upselling them back to their clients. Bad move.

Overall: We have used it somewhat for managing our contacts in one business

Pros: Scraping and the ability to keep up with social media profiles in the CRM is my favorite feature by far- it's what brought me to Nimble in the first place.

Cons: The phone app is getting there, but not as robust as the desktop version yet. Some of the email & social media history doesn't show up in the phone app.

Pros: I think Nimble is an amazing platform for any company owners who are committed to growing relationships via social. Monitor all social media postings real time with your key contacts and prospects allowing you to communicate and comment in real time. Nimble has an amazing Chrome extension that curates all the online information on the person you're connecting with, so that you can leverage areas of common interest and connection. I personally use Nimble to find, connect and develop relationships with my key contacts and prospects.

Cons: Nimble feels skewed towards traditional sales-oriented CRM. I would like it to be more customizable. Otherwise, the interface could be more intuitive and modern.

Pros: As a sales manager, I was more than happy to figure out that I can save so much time with this CRM system. Nimble is the well-planned system created to greatly simplify life for salespeople like me and give a chance to use working time much more effectively. Except obtaining a significant amount of time through simplifying the way of working with the clients I can also distinguish a quite convenient agenda which exists right inside the CRM and allows you to plan and do everything that you need without switches between tabs.

Cons: I was not very satisfied with only one thing. I did not want to spend so much time to understand all the processes and features of the CRM. So I recommend creating a detailed tutorial to help people easily sort out in this.

Cons: We have had multiple problems with connectivity to our Outlook. Nimble has been quick to respond to our requests for help, but the problem continues. It would be nice to be able to attach an email or documents into the notes.

Pros: The support! The Nimble support team is fantastic! The key features - email tracking, accessing social media and building a target profile. Nimble is just a great sales tool.

Cons: There is not function to keep the database up to date (i.e., as contact change titles, and companies). Nimble has trouble acquiring the right data from LinkedIn and populating the appropriate fields.

Pros: Nimble is a really powerful tool that makes it easy to import contacts from all your social media accounts. Since each of us have activity across each platform, it's hard to keep track of it all in a single place. I can engage with my contacts by email, or on Twitter, and even on Google Plus.

Cons: There are a bunch of interface issues that regularly bug me as a power user. But it's not enough to stop me from using it all day long.

Overall: It allows me to manage all my contacts in a single place. To automatically import them from email, and various social networks, and then to engage with them on the platforms that they like best.

Pros: It is very user-friendly which is a big bonus. I have tried several different software and this was the easiest to use and offer only what's required so less complications. The best feature is being able to add contacts from Gmail Account.

Cons: I have not tested all of computers but it does not work 100% on chrome-book so I could not use all of functions on Gmail window and it occasionally does not show on the right hand side panel where it supposed to show.

Overall: Very user-friendly and only offer what's really required so less clutter.

Pros: Being able to utilize it from any website when searching for new prospects. I like being able to add the prospects and save to my name and contact info all from the prospects website.

Pros: What I like most is that Nimble does the work in terms of populating lead information on its own. This saves me a great deal of time and provides information I would not otherwise have found. I also appreciate the ability to view an individual's social activity and interact with them through Nimble. Another powerful feature for me has been the ability to send group emails and view results.

Cons: When editing Notes I wish I could expand the box for viewing notes in order to make it easier to type and view notes.

Overall: Helps me organize my contacts for staying in touch.
I can interact with a person by email or social channels from within Nimble.
I can email relevant information to groups and track the results which is extremely helpful.

Pros: What I like most about this software is how easy it is to use and the flexibility it allows me. I can use it on my Iphone.

Cons: There really isn't much I don't like about the software other then there were times I had trouble with a drop down.

Overall: The benefits include easy access and easy to teach other users. Also, the company often emails you for tutorials and I like that. Once or twice I needed to actually speak to a human and they were very polite and helpful.

Pros: The two primary leading edges in CRM are Artificial Intelligence and Workflow Automation. Nimble is excellent at Artificial Intelligence. It is easy to use, the founder is a smart guy in this field and the team are all friendly and supportive. A very likable company.

Cons: There is no reporting functionality, no capacity to manage remote workers that I know of and there is no workflow automation. My other go to CRM only charges me 15 bucks a month and while it doesn't have AI, is easy to use and has all the reporting functionality I need.

Overall: ease of implementation, general ease of use.

Pros: Integration of email and social media into profiles. It's great to be able to see connections with my social nets. Email integration is good. Scan a business card feature on mobile app is great.

Cons: Search can be slow. App lacks some of the features of the web version and doesn't fill in a company name from "memory" when adding new contacts.

Pros: I asked for multiple pipelines and it happened! Good to know their R&D team is responsive. I chose it because it could open in my email provider (Gmail) and it was simply priced.

Cons: It was frustrating that there is only 2GB for email tho I don't need Nimble to store my emails, but some how Nimble needs to store my emails to work. I don't feel like that's my problem and I shouldn't have to pay extra for that. Updating a group of contacts is also difficult, and the easiest way is to re-upload and tag, then merge contacts, but it's quite tedious. It's imperfect for sure, and requires your own workarounds

Overall: Helps me stay organized, but sometimes leaves me more confused.

Our team recently released our multiple deals pipeline feature that enables Nimble users to create as many pipelines as possible, and add customized stages to each pipeline. After connecting your email account to Nimble, the last 90 days worth of your emails will sync to your Nimble account and continue to sync moving forward. These emails, and large attachments take up the majority of your storage. Pros: The focus on people and relationships is the strong point reporting is a week point. Also, the ability to quickly send e-mails and makes contact is helpful.

Cons: The social auto fills is a bit cumbersome to undo if incorrect. I would love to see a more robust reporting platform. Also the ability to when an email is sent, have the system monitor if there is a response, and if not create a task reminder.

Pros: The customer connections seem to be the biggest Pro. Looking at the history and being able to see if they've been contacted and the mass email features are really beneficial.

Cons: I think the whole task area could be vastly improved. Take a look at Asana. It'd be nice to have subtasks and make the whole process a lot smoother. Plus once you complete a task and then comment on it, it reopens the task last time I checked. Also recurring tasks would be very helpful instead of have to make recurring events.

Pros: For a small monthly fee, I am able to keep track of my contacts. It captures my email conversations with them. And it creates a profile through social media links. And again, being technologically challenged, it does work for me that I would never get to. It saves me time and energy. I am sure I am not using this product anywhere near it's potential. But it is definitely serving my current needs. I hope to grow into it in the future.

Cons: I get a lot of emails from Nimble staff. It isn't necessarily a bad thing because they are helpful. The company is providing tips, webinars, and support. But it is almost too much for me. So, I am putting it as a "con" only because of the volume. I do not want them to stop giving me tips. I do not want them to stop telling me ways they are there to support me. I just don't have time to explore as much as I'd like.

Overall: Keeping track of my contacts across all of my devices, tracking and creating emails through the app, and creating a profile, including a picture, through the contacts' social media apps.

Good contacts manager with potential thwarted by so-so UI, too much sales focus and persistent bugs.

Pros: I like the idea of an integrated contacts manager and the social function is helpful. It's also good for group emails. It's better than the sales-focused CRM software I've looked at, but still needs a lot of work IMHO. Keep in mind, I'm a startup founder and not a sales person, which seems to be the primary target.

Cons: Lots of unresolved glitches or not-great UX. For example, Nimble shows activity for an email being read if I open it, this should only happen if the recipient did. Also, the Nimble window in Gmail is inconsistent, sometimes it appears, other times it doesn't. Finally, it will mysteriously show hundreds of new activity updates, often for the same few emails, when none have occurred.

Another issue is upselling. I requested multiple pipelines since min-2017. They said it was in the works. When they finally added it, they didn't contact me as they said they would and also required a subscription upgrade to use it.

Overall, I'm not a fan of the UI. It's not terribly intuitive and dated. AngelList covers some of the same functionality, like pipelines and messaging, in a much more elegant and efficient interface.

Overall: Contact information. Group emails. Task tracking.

Pros: Ease of use and integrations with many different facets of the latest tools for communications i.e. email, social media etc.
In addition, the tracking against contacts is helpful for drill down and contact updates. Great for sales and marketing collaboration.

Cons: Missing - Integration with email software tools such as Mailchimp. Missing - impact and sentiment analysis in Social Media. Missing - Blog post impact analysis stats would be useful as

Overall: Quick monitoring of social media and ability to response swiftly to capture interest of followers, commentators and inquiries.

Pros: I like how it is easy link contacts to deals to actions. I also like how it goes out and pulls information from online sources.

Cons: Buggy, especially related to contacts... sometimes they are there, sometimes they don't show up in searches. I don't like the lag between updating a record and the refresh in summaries. It can be cumbersome to update records and deals. The over simplified queries mean I'm unable to run the reports I want.

Pros: Have been a long time customer of Nimble. Keep in touch function is the most valuable function. Living in China, nobody used Facebook or Linkedin. Nimble allows you to catalogue Wechat ids of your contacts and add their Weibo url. A dream would be for Nimble to explore more functionality with Chinese Social media, but it seems for now it is focused in Western markets.

Cons: Needs an Ipad version. I dont even use a phone anymore! Please!!!! The website is slow in China and often requires a VPN.

Pros: It helps me manage outreach in an organized fashion. It also helps me keep in touch with reporters and influencers on a regular basis.

Cons: It doesn't allow me to easily handle follow-ups, especially to group messages. Because of this, I pretty much have to handle follow-ups on a manual basis, which is less than ideal.

Pros: I liked the fact that adding contacts to data base was easy. The merging of contacts was a good feature.

Cons: group messaging of sending 100 at a time. The subscription fees were introduced to be at a reasonable price yet extra charge for adding features

Overall: I think the software does not satisfy the job of a realtor. Since a realtor needs to put the contacts into an automated campaign and messaging...which Nimble does not have.

Pros: Am able to input data from any device, keep customer information together.
Has reminders on task being due. Able to break out the kind of work being done.

Cons: Cost is a little high since I need 2 users. a month doesn't sound like a lot but it is for smaller businesses. Would,like to have a discount when you add users.

Cons: I would love to be able to integrate Nimble with Send Out Cards to schedule and send cards. Also it would be nice if it integrated with more email platforms than gmail and office 360.

Pros: Connection to social media, email templates, customer service helpful via email, email tracking (opens & clicks).

Cons: 1. Contact social media don't sync properly. For instance, another person's image pops up in place of my assistant with the gmail nimble contact feature.
2. Doesn't always pull all the tags. Have to email customer support to fix. Terrible for pr that is fast paced.
3. Sorting - Can't sort by company or by the last time I contacted (only by team). Also, doesn't always sort correctly.
4. Page skipping on lists. If on record and use arrow to go to next record, it can skip multiple records.
5. No reporting or analytics. Have to use multiple apps to create what I need.

Pros: It scrapes so much useful information on customers, beyond simple contact info, saving me a lot of of time.

Cons: Some improvements could be made to search mechanism, sometimes it doesn't find what I'm looking for.

Cons: I love email tracking, but don't love that my own access to historical email shows up in the count. Filtering these out would be helpful.

Pros: I love the way Nimble let's me email customers directly inside the system, and even when I email outside the system these messages get picked up and stored in the customer communication history feature.

Cons: Sometimes the expanded editing fields are not as user friendly as I would like, although there is a new feature that I am excited to try soon for entering data from a new customer that might solve my concern.

Overall: Helps me be organized, and take follow up action steps in a timely manner, with a ease about gathering and storing customer data.

Pros: The overall layout of the candidate view is very intuitive and easy to use. I also like the search functionality. Very powerful, esp with proper keyword tagging.

Cons: Integration with LinkedIn used to be better. We used to be able to pull full profiles easily. now it often does not work and you need to select the persons name to grab their info, but it does not always work. I realize LinkedIN might have shut down part of the their API, but perhaps the data could be scrapped?

Overall: Candidate tracking and tagging.

Pros: I like that Nimble incorporates social media accounts, and the ability to keep notes in ongoing dialogues that are easy to keep organized.

Cons: It's weak on email campaigns. We had an issue importing leads into Nimble. Customer Service wasn't responsive to our CEO in time to save our account from moving to another CRM. I preferred Nimble for daily use and miss it.

Overall: Organization and insights from social media links were valuable to me.

Pros: The set up and dashboard are readable. Pictures show up well, too busy for the average user needing to enter info.

Cons: There are better versions (Free) out there. Does not always allow you to login, hard time making changes.

Pros: It collects a lot of information. Great way to track if someone has been emailed (sort of). Allows to merge duplicates.

Cons: If you accidentally swipe left it goes back to the previous page and erases everything. Nimble doesn't recognize duplicates (emails, people, social media links) & it collects a lot of incorrect and useless data. The nimble widget broke my chrome browser to the point where I had to delete and re-install. Also, it doesn't properly sync email so when an email is sent to multiple people then it nests all the emails for everyone even if none of those contacts are related. When selecting multiple tags from "show more", you have to click it and then it refreshes and then go back and click one by one (incredibly time consuming)! There needs to be some difference between an individual and company, all look the same and when downloading as CSV the software doesn't know the difference. Please fix!

I also like the social liking capabilities.

Pros: The software is cloud based, integrates with other applications through there marketplace. The contact management pipeline manament and contact information aggregation are all great features.

Cons: The software is finicky in chrome leaving a space in the browser where the app once was. This is certainly not critical but annoying.

Pros: Compatibility with social media. The value for the features I receive. The integration with email is awesome and makes it easy to upload contacts.

Cons: It would be great if it integrated with LinkedIn, but I understand that this is because of LinkedIn, not because of Nimble.
