Pros: I love how easy it is to manage time clocks for my employees and to integrate the time clocking software with my payroll software.

Cons: I like the scheduling factor, however it is a little hard to maneuver. It can be tedious to add shifts and change those after the fact.

Pros: My customers are in a multi-state region and have weather dependent businesses so the weather and mapping feature is invaluable. The app takes a little getting used to but the business card scanner is a real time saver!

Cons: Logging activity from the app is not initially intuitive. I would like the ability to search the text in activities.

Pros: Ease of Use, auto infill using social profile and email integration

Cons: The welcome dashboard - i want to see a calendar and tasks and social streams as soon as I open up NImble. But it's always empty and bleak looking, How can I make it more welcoming and useful

Pros: Interface promotes ease of use. Daily email reminders. Reminders of when to contact customers. Social media info.

Cons: Needs to have a drip campaign capability. Charging for extra memory and for group emails, especially the small number of emails, makes very little sense, other than to increase revenue opportunities. In both cases, most of your competitors have liberal memory capabilities and allow far more group emails, even when charging added costs.

Pros: A lot of interesting features that similiar programs don't offer for the same price point. With more tutorials, I would take greater advantage.

Cons: Not very user friendly and lack of easy to follow instructions/tutorials makes the system a little difficult to learn

Pros: Easy to use.

Simple to set up.

I like the daily email feature.

Price is fair.

All round was the best option compared to competition, though could be a lot better.

Cons: Email tracking needs to be integrated into the Gmail IOS apps for ipad and phone.

It could do with looking slicker - currently looks dated compared to the competition.

Website tracking would be a great addition

Business Card scanner is poor

Overall: Better tracking of my leads.

Pros: I like most that Nimble captures the social media accounts of people in my database. This makes it easier for me to catch up with a potential client right before I chat with the.

Cons: the website times out quickly. It is annoying to always have to be 'waking' it up.

Overall: Keeping track of interactions with my database. I know that I am not using the software any where near its potential, need to work on that.

Pros: 1. Nimble's ability to pull social and contact data reduces the amount of data I have to enter manually.

2. The Nimble Smart App for Browsers is the real point of difference. With browser extension you are able to hover over a person's name or company name, in say LinkedIn, and Nimble will build a profile of the person with position, social media profiles, of the business' company size and revenues (if available publicly available).

You can then click a button and it adds them immediately to your Nimble database. It gives the option to add other information you have about them.

While still in say LinkedIn, you can setup a task or even send a message to say their twitter handle if you follow them. Both task and message will display in the record when you open Nimble!

Nimble has similar add-ins for GMail and MS Outlook

3. Having my e mail and calendar and CRM information in one place is invaluable.

4. The ability to easily create lists of contacts based on segments means I can provide more useful information and run small campaigns based on these lists.

5. The "Group Message" facility enables me to send a personalise email to segment lists (as created above) and track the responses. You are able to use specified merge tags such as First name, last name, Company.

The key is the email are seen as being sent from your actual email address not a "mass e-mail" tool such as Mailchimp.

Nimble has all standard CRM functions.

Cons: The email editor is not as good those in GMail and LinkedIn. However this is overcome by using your GMail or Outlook and you have access to the Nimble Add-in for both programs.

While the Group Message function is an excellent feature it would great to see a full e-newsletter campability available from within Nimble.

Best of class CRM hands down.

Pros: Ease of use and overall functionality is great. The ability to learn through social channels more about your client is great. Also, the ability to easily bring all your social and email conversations together is fantastic.

Cons: I'm not crazy about the help library. I just do not find it intuitive enough and a bit cumbersome. I really have little that I find a con for the product. I'm also a Salesforce user and find Nimble to be much less time consuming and fewer clicks of the mouse to get things done.

Pros: The connection with Social Media that populated information found. Helps to have photos added in. Ease of use.

Cons: That the cursor gets stuck in the email after typing the 1st words, returning-- can't keep typing. Need to go back & work with the cursor. Makes me nuts!

Pros: Easy to use. Easy to import/export Information. The ability to mass email and scheduled reminders is great as well.

Cons: In Real estate it would be nice to place both husband and wife on one entry. Also it would be nice if we could choose which mailing address would be on top and that we could override addresses pulled from FB, twitter, etc.

Pros: One of the things I love most about Nimble is that it's such a simple, clean, easy-to-use interface that it doesn't feel like hard work to update my contacts. I pretend it's a game to help make me want to regularly get in there and update.

I think it also feels good to use because the team, from the CEO down to tech support is always so friendly and helpful that it makes the software feel that way.

Cons: I could be picky about a few things in the layout but that could just be me :-) I do find it funny that "social selling" and/or "networking" aren't options in the Lead Source drop down. As I said, only very small picky things.

Overall: I have a database of contacts that I can confident in using because it's updated.

Pros: I like the pricing structure. Some of the other CRMs make it hard to justify using them because they are so expensive. Nimble is easy to learn and navigate. My information was easily imported. I can track my deals and keep in contact with my customers.

Cons: I wish Nimble had a mass email client included with the product. This would make it simpler to operate without having another third party subcription.

Overall: I have always had trouble staying in contact with clients in between their buying cycles. Nimble allows me to stay in touch with them and store information relevant to them.

It's very interesting.

Pros: The unique manner in which you can teach people. I've never come across any program quite like this. It's going to be very beneficial to my business.

Pros: It is online, inexpensive, and ties in some social media. Works reasonably well with Gmail. It is the only CRM that I have really used.

Cons: While you can put in a regular mailing address, there is no way to mail in the app. You have to export your list and do your mail merge with your word processor. Although it integrates with MailChimp, it will not draw my new subscribers from there automatically. I have to export the subscriber list in MailChimp, and import it into Nimble. I usually get my new contacts through email, but Nimble doesn't draw that info from the emails automatically like I had hoped. You can open it up in the sidebar when you're in Gmail and then copy and paste the data into their fields.

Overall: I record more info on my contacts than I did when using Microsoft Access. It is easier to tie contacts to their social media profiles. I can more easily keep track of my past communications with contacts.

I love organizing my contacts this way.

Pros: Very easy to figure out whom I need to follow up with and what I need to say. I also like being able to import contacts from all over social media.

Cons: Not integrated easily with my email service provider. It's also hard to upload the sales pipeline, and the steps in the sales process for prospects.

Overall: It's a great place to tag and track sales prospects.

Nimble is always there and easy to use, the learning curve was fast.

Pros: I don't have to think to open another software while I'm on the web. It's integrated in my gmail and in my browser.

Also:
- able to see social presence with one-click
- I can add my contacts easily
- all emails are logged

Cons: I would love that the app logged automatically the calls in the software. This is missing, so we have to enter the information manually.

Overall: I already know that a CRM is useful. But to get the most out of it, you must use it. And I do, because it's easy.

Nimble has been a great addition to our Top of the Funnel Sales processes.

Pros: Nimbles ability to build a social dossier on leads, contacts and prospects is the strength of the service. The service allows us to identify and learn more about individuals to fine common ground before initial engagement or outreach communications. The ability to work across email, linkedin and other platforms to enrich contact profile information is excellent. We like the ease of integration of Nimble to other platforms like Salesforce.com, 366 Degrees and Google. Nimble powers the enrichment of interactions and engagement across platforms.

Cons: We have specific use cases for Nimble defined in our communication process with leads, contacts and relationships so for this purpose it meets and exceeds our needs. Many companies try to compare to other CRM's like Salesforce.com which is not apples to apples. The power of Nimble is it can be used as SMB CRM or coupled with other larger enterprise CRM platforms for deeper personal communications at an individual level for customer facing employees like Sales or Support to add value through the social dossier views.

Overall: Sales Prospecting, Lead and Contact profile enrichment through social dossier views. We have implemented Nimble across our Sales and Marketing processes through integration with our Marketing Automation Service 366 Degrees and into our main CRM Salesforce.com. Nimble saves us time in identifying, updating information on contacts and streamlines our sales and marketing segmentation for top of the funnel communication efforts.

Now with better integration into Outlook, this is a great CRM for my needs.

Pros: Inexpensive, plugin for Outlook to quickly capture in from email contacts. Group emails come directly from my address, not a 3rd party "on behalf of" so it is less likely to be flagged as spam.

Cons: I wish the monthly subscription included more group email access (like the beta period did). I wish Nimble had 1-way or 2-way sync directly with Microsoft's People app so I could add contacts to one and selectively sync based on something easy to add/remove in bulk, like Tags.

Overall: Tracking notes on specific deals or individuals and having those notes and related emails in one place. Connection to LinkedIn and Facebook.

Pros: The prospecting and finding potential clients, updates on existing clients through social channels is invaluable. Loved it but my business outgrew it and was using too many platforms.

Cons: The mobile app needs development and could use an Ipad version. Without third party could not manage duplicate contacts

Overall: Increased business

Pros: I like the quick search and being able to find people's social media handles from the Google chrome plug-in. The email templates are helpful as well.

Cons: The lack of prospecting tools could be improved. If there was a way for me to see a prospects email address and phone number, that would be extremely helpful. Other similar tools that I use have this capability.

Pros: Very easy to use, I feel the price is fair. Customer support has been great. I appreciate receiving email reminders.

Cons: The only thing I did not like was the attempt to upcharge. I kept receiving emails that I needed to add storage space.

Pros: Ease of use. Reminder and scheduling features. Total platform integration. E-mail reminders. integration with web browser.

Cons: 3 month limited e-mail imports and when you refresh/reconnect you lose 3 months worth of e-mails! Resets to default 'last viewed'. Storage upgrade spendy.

Overall: Getting organized!

I love the it automatically connects to information about your contact that is already out there.

Pros: That it connect with info about contacts already on the web. Love how it works with chrom. That is an online application.

Cons: I do wish the sales funnel tracking was more intuitive and interstate with other tools I use so I don't have to re enter info.

Pros: Browser plugin helps me to get information from a website. There is no need for open CRM while doing that. Most important feature for me. Nimble also works great with different Google products.

Cons: Android App could use a little tuning, but it doesn´t affect me since I use Nimble usually from a desktop.

Overall: A quicker process to get information to CRM.

Pros: 360 view of of contact's social profiles and activities, past communications visible on the right hand side of our our gmail

Pros: Nimble is a true Godsend. Nothing else even comes close to it. Yes, it is easy to use, it connects with everything out there, it has a fast and intuitive interface, and more. But what I like most is how it saves me COUNTLESS of hours, because it does all the research for me, and some of the data entry, building complete client profiles in seconds rather than hours. Literally saves maybe 30 minutes of agony, per contact. With thousands of contacts, thats like saving a lifetime. Its like being the superman of contacts. I also like how I am able to keep track of who to contact, who I contacted, etc, so easily, so easily. Overall, this thing is making my life super easy, and making it super easy to make money through finding and nurturing key partnerships and relationships. Nothing, nothing, comes close.

Cons: The Deal Management aspect is really, really weak. Really. At the very least, allow us to create categories for pipelines. I mean, I have like 5 different types of deals. Each deal type needs its own custom pipeline because the processes are all different for each deal type. But we are given the ability to only have one pipeline, and somehow make all the different deal types work. Thats crazy :)

Overall: Nimble is a true Godsend. Nothing else even comes close to it. Yes, it is easy to use, it connects with everything out there, it has a fast and intuitive interface, and more. But what I like most is how it saves me COUNTLESS of hours, because it does all the research for me, and some of the data entry, building complete client profiles in seconds rather than hours. Literally saves maybe 30 minutes of agony, per contact. With thousands of contacts, thats like saving a lifetime. Its like being the superman of contacts. I also like how I am able to keep track of who to contact, who I contacted, etc, so easily, so easily. Overall, this thing is making my life super easy, and making it super easy to make money through finding and nurturing key partnerships and relationships. Nothing, nothing, comes close.

Pros: I like that it interacts with social media. I like that it pulls in contacts. I like that it is easy to use.

Cons: Do not like the limits on emails I can send. Don't like limits of files I can send out. Don't like that I have to send as a group text in order to see when the message is opened. Don't like the limited hours of customer support. When contacts are pulled in through social media and other filtered sources categories sometimes have errors (i.e. Email will be where FIRST NAME should be).

Overall: Cost effective

Pros: Group messaging as I use it a lot and saves me time, CRM features managing customers details mainly, app on phone is very easy to use and light on phone. The tasks management and being able to allocate to others in the organisation.

Cons: Calendar management could be improved or replace existing calendars so we used only nimble, for that would need to improve re-occurrence appointments. And attaching files to emails (no drag and drop or attach multiple files at once)

Overall: Time saving, customer management and improved communication in the company

Pros: I started finding opportunities that I'm already connected with on social media immediately. Nimble let me communicate with prospects across email and social channels seamlessly.

Cons: The interface was well organized but a bit outdated. I would really like to see more support for website and email interactions.

Overall: I discovered ideal prospects that were already following me on social media. This tool helped me discover previously missed opportunities and gave me context to connect.

Pros: Mobile app, tags, tasks, searching, pipeline, image capture, messaging are the best parts of the app

Cons: missing: it would be great to be able to link contacts to each other (or even to generate an org chart or tree). Also, it would be great to link people to multiple organizations with a designation for that link, such as: prior, spouse, reports to. In fact if these can be customized as drop downs that would be great. For reference, Daylite has this functionality in place (we moved from Daylite to nimble after years on that CRM). On other fronts, it's important to synchronize with Google contacts so that iPhone contacts can recognize caller ID. Currently we use PiSync for this, but if it were native, that would be better.

Pros: Tagging and export to MailChimp if we can trust it works. That you listened to suggestions in the beginning.

Cons: That we cannot trust the tagging and never knows when we can export to MailChimp. Also pretty irritating that I have suggested changes to the usability that is neglected. Do not ask med to spend time on describing the things that irritate me every day and then do not bother to at least give me an explanation on why it is not being solved. Some of it have worked the way I want it and you just change it without notice and I only hear that it is in the pipeline - and have been it for about two years.

Overall: All the benefits are gone with no real connection to FB and Linkedin and that we cannot trust the tagging and export to MailChimp works.

And I'm not sure that we are allowed to use your software when EU/GDPR General Data Protection Resolution will be enforced in May 2018.

Pros: It is so easy to use. I discover a lead and in a few moments I've added them to Nimble and launch a prospecting process. Helps me stay connected with existing clients to build better relationships.

Cons: I would love to see some training to take advantage of the advanced features. I when I type in a new first and last name, I'd like to see the software start a new contact and insert the names in the form.

Overall: Nimble dramatically cuts the time it takes to conduct lead generation as well as managing the touchpoints I need for lead nurturing. The Today Page presents Engagement Opportunities when I'm just too busy to figure out who I should connect with today.

Pros: Love its clean interface. And each screen is compact enough that I do not have to scroll forever to get a larger picture of things. So easy to see my contacts and their info. And managing my account is so simple. Nothing is hidden.

Cons: Nothing against Nimble CRM except that it was hard getting used to its simplicity. Plus things work together so well that it is hard to get used to after using other CRMs.

Pros: Not having to worry about when I should be contacting my leads and clients. The notifications speed up my networking time. I also love the ability to have email templates ready to go.

Cons: Some of the features aren't the most user friendly. It took me some time to figure out how to narrow down my searches, for example, just having a list of my contacts with a "lead" status. I also wish the was a "6 month" option for contacting clients.

Overall: It's easier to gather and maintain leads and clients, therefore I'm more likely to book jobs, which equals more income.

Pros: I like the fact that you can track any opportunities through the sales cycle, quickly see all communications and tasks, and customers most recent social media posts before you follow-up on a call with them. The Group Messenger feature allows you to send emails to a group - which is very helpful.

Cons: I wished that there were an easier way to know who received a group message without having to tag the individual client record and sort them out with reports. I wished also you could see activity on emails within the client record.

Overall: I was able to get up and running on the platform fast and start using it right away.

Pros: It tracks my emails nicely and gives me a central contact record for each contact. Really nice features for "segmenting" a large contact list based on specified criteria.

Cons: No longer pulls data from LinkedIn (although I appreciate the reasons why). But this makes it less useful. Also, at times Nimble has the feel of "beta software": I'm sometimes not sure if it's working in the background, and what's actually going on. Sometimes it just times out on requests, which is frustrating. And I wish it could look at emails by domain and apply those to Companies, so I could see all of my emails with a company. And there's no way of converting a Person to a Company (or vice versa), which makes imports from places like Twitter unusable. Wish I could turn off the "Is this contact important?" feature. Wish I could choose other options for how often to be reminded to stay in touch, other than the defaults. I could go on

Overall: Finally got me into CRM and showed me what it could do, though I'm no longer sure it's the right solution for me.

Great integration with email and social media, Packed with great features.

Pros: The social media, It was easy to integrate our data. Goldmine and Quickbooks and facebook were easy. We came over from Goldmine. We have held classes recommmending Nimble. it would be cool if we could just Import straight from Cam card another program we use.

Cons: You can not export out your records with notes. We are pushing up against the 30 records. It would be better if we could have more.

Overall: We have 2 users that us it every day.

Pros: The ability to gather not only social but contact information for people I am interested in. I have been able to grow my database with useful information quickly. What would take hours of searches across browsers & social apps can be accomplished very quickly.
I also very much enjoy the flexibility Nimble has to fit my business and mode of work. I am not a marketing expert, so I appreciate Nimble being able to let me work into that role.

Cons: As good as Nimble is, there are a few, small things that I would like it to do better. The Nimble Contacts Widget could be better at gathering info from a web page. There are other small improvements I have already sent to Brian Bagley via his email address such as:
* It would be wonderful if Nimble could normalize names, emails, phone numbers, etc.
* I would really like the option of choosing bi-weekly as an option in the Stay In Touch drop-down
* It would be helpful to be able to add more than one company per person
* In the Nimble Contact app, all phone, address, URL, etc should default to Work
As you see, these and others I noted are minor issues that could really make the daily interaction with Nimble a little more polished.

Overall: A very comprehensive view of people are my prospects, my coaches & other businesses that support mine. Plus a large amount of data is gathered for me from several different sources.
It helps me organize & inform my interactions with others which can only help increase my revenue.

Pros: Nimble is a useful go-to CRM, easy to use on the whole, is reliable and I have never had to contact customer services.

Cons: Nimble is not as intuitive as it could be and therefore I am sure I am not using all the necessary functions. Yes there are videos and dial in's to help with this but frankly there is not time to use this facility. Overall I like the product very much, have been using it for at least two years now and will continue to do so.

Pros: Social media integration. It really gives a great snapshot of my contact. So when I call them, I have every latest detail right in front of me. This helps tremendously with conversation starters.

Cons: A little confusion when adding new People/Companies. This is mostly with the extension for Chrome. I wish you could convert a people contact to business and vice-versa.

Overall: CRM without the extreme complicated interface of Salesforce

Pros: I love how much data I can store on each of my clients and how much access I have to their social media streams. I also like that Nimble is regularly adding great new features.

Cons: Searching, cleaning and culling my list is a bit kloogy. BUT once I get in the groove with it I can do it. The automatic connections to my contacts on social media have made my list HUGE so cleaning out the dead contacts is important to make it useable. I like the Safari plugin for Google Mail -- but have not gotten in the habit of using Google mail via web browser. (I use Apple Mail) so I am not using Nimble to its fullest (that's on me, but changing ones workflow is a challenge and anything you can do to ease integrations like that would be TERRIFIC)

Overall: Keeps my list fresh!

Pros: It is an easy to use software which keeps me on top of sales & marketing efforts. It integrates the social media feeds and allows me to easily track customize the sales calls integrating them with my e-mails.

Cons: The challenges associated with e-mail integration particularly if the connection / integration between your e-mail server and Nimble is lost.

Overall: Time savings & cost effective pricing, a phone App that I can use to look up sales leads / contacts when I am not at my desk top.

Pros: The customer support is awesome and always ready to help. With most companies would take a note from Nimble's page on this. I was looking for a tool that would help me keep track of the 12K or so contacts

Cons: I wish email addresses could be identified and part of the tool. Also, wish that the option to "track" individual emails when opened were part of the actual Nimble tool. You can keep track through g-mail emails, but I work out of the Nimble tool versus my gmail account. In the big scheme of things, this isn't a deal breaker, but would help and make it more UI. Otherwise, great job! Keep up the good work.

Pros: Whether you may be a one person business or have many team members Nimble can provide the integration and easy access to every touch-point ever made with your contacts. Nimble can also easily grow with you as well.

The Customer Support group is there for you no matter what your questions, concerns or ideas are. Lastly, I love the way Nimble can obtain information for you whenever you are using either Safari, Firefox or Chrome browsers - it does an incredible amount of searching for information automagically. Nimble can also be used within other CRM applications like Salesforce, Infusionsoft, and many others. Take some time to play with it and discover how it can boost your daily productivity and keep your communication efforts at a peak level.

This well priced and ever expanding tool with new integrations coming out to continually are powerful reasons to make this a part of your customer and prospect engagements. Nimble is a very productive revenue building tool. The incredible and built in Contact Search and Segmentation management function allows you to create and save the very specific company or personal contacts into groups that provide a simple way to market to, reach out to or improve relationships with clients.

Cons: My honest appraisal of what Nimble has grown into and is still maturing year after year has resulted in only one con. It is the real truth that I wished my discovery of it was much sooner than 2+ years ago.

Pros: I like how easy it is to put information into Nimble. It works seamlessly with Gmail to add contacts and edit them on the fly. This way it's easy to see at a glance who your contacts are and where they are in the sales cycle.

Cons: I would love to be able to design better-looking email campaigns from Nimble. That feature would be worth the price of upgrading.

Pros: Template emails and connections to social networks. Connections via Zapier to other software is nice for automation.

Cons: Images aren't always right and hard to change. Lots of manual merging of contacts from multiple sources. Would be nice if suggested. Auto adding companies as contacts is sometimes premature for our use case.

Overall: Organize contacts, candidates and leads. Find out more about them via social and consolidated view of interactions.

Pros: I am in professional services in a narrowly defined niche. The ability to customize the product to the specific needs of my business and industry is crucial to successfully delivering brand awareness and thought leadership.

Cons: 1. Only portrait views available. Landscape views seem more efficient.
2. Not sure there is enough training material suitable for my particular learning bias (a combination of written instructions combined with video instruction) that I need for reinforcement.

Pros: Importing Data/Tagging data. Syncing with social media accounts. Contact people multi channel when necessary. Great price. Sending group message through personal email account.

Cons: Can be a bit confusing. Would love to set up some email campaigns or have that ability (it might already).

Overall: I recommend it every day. We coach individuals about making money and Nimble is the software I recommend for anyone with a smaller contact list of up to 25k. Easy to use. Inexpensive and solid reputation.

Pros: I like that it makes it much easier to get thru my day, and has made my marketing and communication efforts way more productive.

Cons: there is really not too much that I don't like - the task area should have a way to drag and drop tasks to different dates -rather than having to go into each individually to change the date -this helps when you fall behind.

Overall: Nimble has been a great took for me to get organized with contacts, as well as establish and maintain communication with contacts, leads, clients, etc.

Pros: Versatility. Ease of contacting people via Social Media.
It's very organizing and helpful. I like being able to make groups. Widget feature (hovering), intuition, aggregated info for clients.

I love the new photo/camera feature for taking pics of business cards.

Cons: Can only send 100 emails per day on my plan. I'm not using it enough (my problem).
I don't have enough cons to submit my post. How funny is this!

Overall: I have been a big fan of Nimble since it came on the market.

I like keeping control of clients, potential sales, email, social media contacts, being able to contact people as soon as I enter them in my database.

I love that it integrates with all of my contacts across networks and adds them to my data base.

Pros: Links to social media, a lot of options to tag relations and make selections, easy to create mailings and able to see all contact moments/e-mail under 'pending and history'

Cons: Links to social media is not optimal. Would wish to see which relations I am connected to on Linkedin and Facebook. And suggest to connect if that is not the case or other way around (if linkedin connection not in Nimble, auto add). I would like to see social media publications/activity of the relation in Nimble. Ofcourse if FB/Linkedin do not allow, you cannot offer it.
Integration with Whatsapp would also be a very huge plus. That opens an extra communication channel for use from desktop without losing time/double entry of adresses and history complete.
I am on the original price. Don't know if I would also choose Nimble for the current price. Am small business. Currently sending an e-mail to selection more than 50 people is a hassle or expensive.
What I don't understand is why all persons e-mailed are in Nimble. Have 2.000 contacts without lead type. These can be already in (use different e-mail adresses) or can be contacts I don't want to stay in touch with.

I am a franchisee of an organisation that operates in 12 countries (30 in NL, 30 abroad) and growing. If Nimble can do an offer I can introduce it to other franchisees an the management?

Overall: Overview on prospects, overview on offers, easier to do business.

Pros: The social connections are better than any other system that I have experienced. The ability to add contacts from web browsing and email is a serious time saver and means that you do capture contact details which you might otherwise not bother with. The ability to connect with multiple email addresses is, I believe, unique. What I would love would be to have a different email signature available for each email account in the system as it only allows one at present (I use my work one and have to delete it for non-work related emails).

Cons: The email limit is restricted unless you upgrade which simply means that some of my emailing takes place using other systems rather than upgrading my plan for something that I only use occasionally. The automatic reminders to get in touch with people are a good concept but in practice become overwhelming. The system seems to propose social accounts as possible matches even after you have rejected them (I guess it has to do that to trap new accounts in future but it is still annoying).

Overall: I have always used CRM but Nimble has become my only CRM because I can combine my business and private contacts into the one system, run groups using tags (I help administer several Not For Profits for instance), and save time using the unique features of the system.

Pros: The Nimble SCRM application is simply amazing. It's so easy to use and the Social Selling capabilities are unlimited! Now, with Nimble, I can tag my key contacts and prospects and build trust over a period of time... I just love this app!

Cons: I wish there was a task summary page that would allow me to see, sort and edit my tasks all on one page. I love this function that is available with the Apple THINGS application and find this feature to be very useful.

Overall: It's my Social Selling secret weapon... I can keep track of and in touch with my key contacts and prospects that I find and connect with via Social Media. I can build trust over a period of time by seeing what's going on in their social world and taking an interest in them via Nimble. Love your app!

Pros: Its keeps on adding further information to your existing client list. One can do alot of things with just one click

Cons: Most of my contacts are in vcf format and on outlook. I could not upload them from outlook in VCF format. It can take one contact at a time but that is too much of a task.
It would be fantastic if you can have a feature where contacts can be uploaded from outlook in VCF format.

Does a decent job of identifying contacts social media accounts... etc. Enough integrations to make it appealing. Using it to house data already collected through opt-ins as more detail is compiled before moving the contact to our SAP CRM system.

Cons: Using the software for marketing. Would like to see more customization allowed. Would love to do more things 'in bulk'.

Overall: It provides an easy to use 'storage' database of contacts having minimal information. These contacts can be 'completed' over time allowing us to move the contact to our main CRM system.

Pros: Nimble is great at incorporating social media connections for my contacts. I may find someone in Linked-In, use the Chrome plug-in to add them to my contacts, then Nimble helps find the Twitter, Facebook and other profiles for that person. Really helps to connect with a prospective client.

Cons: One challenge is that when I check the prospective Social Media profiles, I will use the X to say that this is not the person. The next time I go to that contact, the same profiles, that I have already dismissed will appear again.

Pros: The integration with gSuite is great; its also pretty easy to create contacts and find their social profiles (linkedin, twitter etc.) Very easy to see past emails, schedule tasks and reminders for followups. Finding/Segmenting customers is good.

Cons: People join companies, leave and go to a new company. As such its important to see your personal relationship with that person across all the companies they have worked. Unfortunately there is no way to mark emails as "archived" so you don't really know quickly (without reading a bunch of history) that the email you selected is the wrong email.

Also with the smaller version you are limited to the quantity of group emails you can send to 50. I find it cumbersome to select a client segment (such as inviting them to a training class) and tracking who I sent emails and where I left off... so if Nimble isn't going to do emails and you need to use something like mailchimp, that's great, but Nimble only has one-way integration...you can send emails to mailchimp...but you can't then see inside Nimble who received a mailchimp email.

Overall: Just getting all your contacts into one place with social profiles and email history is a great. The amount of data entry is significantly less than other products (like Sugar CRM) that i have used in the past.

I feel like I cant get a hold of it yet because it has a lot of functions foreign to me.

Pros: Looks good. Fairly easy to navigate. I love the widget and how I can easily use it to identify what social media a contact is using and easily integrate that or create a new contact that way. I like videos for learning.

Cons: I want live customer suport. I need notes and a few things much more easy to get to. I want a place to create action plans for future tasks, calls, emails, etc. So customizable action plans that can be overlaid each contact type so things are auto sent to them based on the action apln that I assigned them.

Overall: I want to keep track of contacts and implete action plans.

Great experience, I love his flexibility and suport. Help me grow faster than I can, I´m grateful.

Pros: I´m start a new service entrepreneurship until a year in my country Santiago of Chile. When I study a CRM to help my new business I decide to use Nimble basicaly for his performance whitout expectation. In a weak a learn to used the app it´s very friendly and organize my sales strategy. Now after a year I have to stop to sell cause a over sell. The app exced my expectation and help me to grow my sales from cero to more than US$ 10 millions in a year. I´m realy grateful to Customer support representative and his team.

Cons: I hope more integration with external apps like trello, or more functionallity to follow the closed contract strategy and his track steps implementation.

I use Nimble mainly to follow up the deals flow. Recently also the group message and mailchimp.

- Collaborative between several people.
- Excellent Chrome app to capture the customer profile from the Google email or the social networks,

Cons: - To put tags in a selected list: I only know how to add a tag lead by lead.
- No able to put priority 1, 2 or 3 in the deals.
- My assistant cannot read the emails I send to the customers
- The mobile app does not include the deals table. It is not related to contacts.

Pros: It's about ten tools in one. It helps you connect to people more easily and authentically. It helps you cut time corners but still allows you to be authentic. Its a hybrid social selling system and it has too be to not automate everything as you need to make genuine contact at some point with anyone you are selling to.

Cons: Because it does so many amazing things it takes a while to work out how to use everything. It took me a long time to look at how it actually helps me and not just play with all the cool things I could do with it.

Overall: Much better social selling

Mostly a good experience. The mobile experience is not so great.

Pros: The auto integration of things ... Adding the new business card scan is a great example of stuff I love.

Cons: Mobile - Why do you make me hit EDIT to see a contacts spouse/children's names. If I am at an event and see a client across the room ... I need to get to this info fast. This is a frustrating user experience.

If I put in a business address for an Account ... I would like it to be easy to copy over the address at the contact record level. I realize not every contact is located at the corporate address ... but for the people I call on ... most are located there.

Overall: All social interactions in one place ... As our office goes to Office 365 ... hope to integrate further ... but IT might not allow.

The platform is not very intuitive.

Pros: The feature I like most about Nimble is the email tracking feature. It lets me know when someone opens my email.

Cons: The software is not very intuitive. I use to use ACT and it was very intuitive. I would like Nimble to be more like ACT.

Pros: I love the ability to follow up automatically with clients and to stay on top of current clients and prospects. Additionally, the social integration allows me to know the temperature of my client before reaching out to them. This is also one of the lowest cost CRM's I've seen on the market.

Cons: I'd love to see better native integration with an inbound marketing software package. There is decent integration now to Mailchimp and there are some 3rd party integrations. I'd love to see one where sales and marketing could be on the same page.

Overall: We uncovered opportunities from clients based on the excellent follow-up capabilities of this application. We rarely "forget" about clients because of the keep in touch feature which we love.

I am delighted with this system - I enjoy the results I get and the professional level provided.

Pros: I like seeing a broad picture of my contacts - the background data instantly helps me know them better. That of course helps me to establish common ground or even a more accurate picture in my mind of what they might be bringing to the table. It takes my connection game to another level.

Cons: I don't always have 100% success using the Nimble app. About 25% of the time when I hover over a Facebook picture, I do not always capture all the information and I end up having to type in the data, thus creating extra work for myself.

I didn't like it much. It's not of much use to me.

Pros: Small teams so you get to be involved in the entire life cycle of the software which is an excellent experience. Creativity and independence are encouraged. Management is easy to talk to and everyone is very friends with each other. Keeping software up to date with new platforms keeps your skills up to date.

Cons: Pros usually offer contracts instead of full-time employment (could be a pro as well).

Customer rep has been AWESOME to work with. Very helpful with getting started and questions I've had.

Pros: Love that Nimble merges contacts from LinkedIn as well as other social media sources saving time lots of time of having to manually build your business data base.

Pros: I like the activities and contact tabs the most. It is very nice to have the social sites link to contacts/companies/people.

Cons: The Deals and Reporting, there are not many ways to run reports. There is a filter in the contacts search that does help with that though. Calendar compatibility, it would be nice to sync Outlook calendar appointments to activities in Nimble.

Overall: Nice organization tool and a lot of info for a contact all in one place!

Pros: I like how transferrable it is from the app to using the desktop version. The team customer interactions were also helpful.

Cons: For me, I didn't necessarily need all of the bells and whistles of all of the social media apps. It seemed a bit much for what I needed.

Pros: Easy integration with Google Apps and other social media tools. I've used several CRM tools and this is my favorite by far.

Cons: Missing LinkedIn integration but that's not Nimble's fault.. LinkedIn limits who they can work with on the CRM side.

Pros: I like that it captures so much information so quickly. I don't have to do all the research and clicking around to find the person's info.

Cons: It doesn't work with POP email. With IMAP its great, however, GoDaddy wants to charge an arm and a leg for IMAP which doesn't work for me.

Overall: Keeps me aware of all my contact with my clients. Love the running thread it gives me to remind me of our conversations.

Pros: I like the ability to look at all of the social media informaton on a person and capture it in one place. Sending out group messages, leveraging templates and tracking messages is eay to do.

Cons: It would be nice if there were ways to have Nimble be more integrated with things like LinkedIn or email providers so I don't have to keep updating it via spreadsheet. Would also like to be able to take a list of people that I sent a group email too and export it to excel. Adding and changing people on the group email could be an easier process. The back and forth to the contact screen is a bit challenging.
