Overall, Nimble is great app as it includes multiple useful functionality such as email marketing and ad management, contact management and many more at a single place.

Pros

Firstly, it is easier to integrate. Contact management is quite good as contacts are imported into the CRM.Finally, it is helpful to keep track of each customer and their needs in continuous time.

Cons

Personally, I didn't find any issue using it.

Pros

We just started using Nimble CRM and we're really starting to dig it! The prospector tool is really cool :-) If you are a small business owner looking for an intuitive, powerful and affordable CRM application..look no further! It integrated with TONS of marketing apps like Mail Chimp and Salesforce and also syncs with social media to give you alerts and notifications. Finally the best part is the prospector piece..simply hover your mouse over an email or company name or persons name and instantly get information about them and then optionally add them to your account.

Cons

I wish you had the ability to create landing pages and subscription forms, instead you need to use a 3rd party app to do this.

Not worth your time.

Pros

It's a CRM with full of beautiful UI and features.

Cons

But the main thing of a CRM is used to maintain sales person daily routine and their customer inforamtion. However, Nimble makes it too complicated. As a realtor, I don't recommend. It takes too much time to learn and hardly save the information, sometimes will bug out the new data and gone nowhere and need redo the process again.

Pros

The system is constantly at work for you. After one uploads the contacts, everything is connected and it's really scheduled in how it operates, something I as an entrepreneur need greatly.

Cons

It's sometimes difficult to get customer service on the line for some personal training and the sessions are limited in the amount of time you have with them.

### "Good service, but can be improved"

Pros

I have been using Nimble for 3 years now. With this service, I found several new employees and many clients. What I like most is that Nimble has a handy extension for Google Chrome. With it, you can capture the contacts of users from Twitter from Facebook.

Cons

There are no drawbacks, but there is a wish. You can improve the expansion and add the ability to capture contacts from Slack. I do not know why the developers have not done this yet, since Slack is popular among many companies.

A lot of interesting features that similiar programs don't offer for the same price point. With more tutorials, I would take greater advantage.

Cons

Not very user friendly and lack of easy to follow instructions/tutorials makes the system a little difficult to learn

Ease of use and adding shelves. Training came to town and was very informative. Drives array runs very fast and did what we needed to get required I/O's.

Cons

Cost, The price is very expensive for the space you get. Hard to justify purchase and then to add additional space.

Best Storage Array with snapshot and deduplication features. We never had any issues in last 2 years.

Pros

Best SSD cache, typically see 95% + cache hits daily, Great Support, Cost effective, Best Cloud Management dashboard (Infosight)

### "Nimble is the way of the future"

I have been using nimble for 5 months and switched from insightly. It has been an upgrade with regard to functionality and tools and api integrations. I would like to continue to grow my efficiencies and my company using nimble. I would like to see the following in the future. : 1) More call center integration. I would like to be able to track phone calls and integrate my voip service to dail directly from nimble. I currently have my chrome browser set up to recognize phone number links. Furthermore I use google voice to handle the outbound dailing. 2) mail chimp integration enhancement. I use mailchimp already tosend out my periodic mailers. I wish the mail chimp data set synced with nimble as a last contact stamp. As in when i send a mail chimp campain and my subscribers open the emai, i want nimble to show the person was successfully contacted. That way we can successfully reach out to prospects who opened a campaign mailer.

Pros

The ease of use. Ive manage to build a call center framework. Im still looking for a complete option though

Cons

The integrations dont do much othet than sycronize contact lists. The syncs dont capitalize on data collected from other services. My company runs on google devices, need better integration with tags. On the home page of nimbe system, you need to put customizable widgets because the tags thing is not working and my nimble home page iss pretty much useless. Every time i log in im reminded that it doesnt keep me up with the people who are most important effectively.

I started using Nimble because it was very easy to start using, and after I grew, I evaluated other CRM systems, including Microsoft and Salesforce. For the size of my business, Nimble was a standout. To get the features I wanted in a CRM it would have been hundreds of dollars a month on a Salesforce platform. Nimble is comprehensive.

Pros

It's easy to get started, and the social integration and Chrome plugin is great.

Cons

The interface is often slow for me, and it lacks the ability to extensively customize.

Excellent experience, I was sad when we changed softwares.

Pros

I loved using Nimble, it provides your employees with a lot of info regarding their time sheet, and is of course very easy to use. Everyone has their own personal account per se, to clock in to and review their time card info. You can also use it for requesting time off.

Cons

I believe our owners went for a company that was very similar but a little cheaper.

Keep track of my many many contacts.

Pros

The customer support is awesome and always ready to help. With most companies would take a note from Nimble's page on this. I was looking for a tool that would help me keep track of the 12K or so contacts

Cons

I wish email addresses could be identified and part of the tool. Also, wish that the option to "track" individual emails when opened were part of the actual Nimble tool. You can keep track through g-mail emails, but I work out of the Nimble tool versus my gmail account. In the big scheme of things, this isn't a deal breaker, but would help and make it more UI. Otherwise, great job! Keep up the good work.

Time savings & cost effective pricing, a phone App that I can use to look up sales leads / contacts when I am not at my desk top.

Pros

It is an easy to use software which keeps me on top of sales & marketing efforts. It integrates the social media feeds and allows me to easily track customize the sales calls integrating them with my e-mails.

Cons

The challenges associated with e-mail integration particularly if the connection / integration between your e-mail server and Nimble is lost.

Pros

ease of use, very intuitive, very efficient...the prospect info search is great! The software is very easy to set up. You can be up and running in minutes. I also really like the app on the phone

Cons

I have not found any cons on the software yet. The only function which might be a con may be the business card scan but that is a technology that never seems to work great on any platform.

Very good for quickly understanding whom I communicating with. Had many glitches when I started using this service, but most of them are fixed and the mobile app has improved.

Pros

\-email connection -nimble toolbar widget is pretty good on finding contact information

Cons

\-poor reminder functionality -task editing requires too many clicks when I only change the task date -can't manually (example: log touch) update the last contacted date

I have always had trouble staying in contact with clients in between their buying cycles. Nimble allows me to stay in touch with them and store information relevant to them.

Pros

I like the pricing structure. Some of the other CRMs make it hard to justify using them because they are so expensive. Nimble is easy to learn and navigate. My information was easily imported. I can track my deals and keep in contact with my customers.

Cons

I wish Nimble had a mass email client included with the product. This would make it simpler to operate without having another third party subcription.

Cons

Missing LinkedIn integration but that's not Nimble's fault.. LinkedIn limits who they can work with on the CRM side.

Integrating email and calendar so that everything is connected

Cons

Very click heavy, sometimes glitches, doesn't cancel email group messages when you want it to (I recently had it continuously send when I opened a second tab to make sure after cancelling), no group tag deleting, limitations with workflow.

### "Started out great but a bit downhill now!"

I started using Nimble as a paid user for a couple of years now. As an early adopter, I had great hopes the company would reward early users with new features and benefits. Now I am very disappointed! The price for the service has gone up per month and the features have actually gone down - as the new features get tested on us loyal clients and then taken away to higher cost plans. The most recent issue is a notice that I have used up my 5GB plan limits and need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. I only have 8000 contacts - how could that possibly use up 5GB of data! Well, I found out - Nimble is downloading all of my Gmail messages and attachments and storing them on their server. They then use this data against my 5GB plan! If I delete messages out of Nimble to stay in the 5GB limit then it deletes these from my Gmail account. So Nimble is trying to FORCE me to buy a more expensive plan!

Pros

The Social media integration is a nice feature. I'm afraid to say about other features because they will get moved to higher price plans.

Cons

The Android app for my phone crashes constantly! We're sorry Nimble Crashed message is a constant companion on my phone. Holding my Gmail messages hostage for more money is a real Con! They used me to test their group message feature and then took it away once they got it working.
