Pros

Easy to manage tasks. Helpful to increase business efficiency. Group managing interface is useful to keep in touch with different groups at same time.

Cons

Sometime having some problem while adding new contact of same name as already added in the contact list.

I like the ease of use and customer service support available. It helps keep conversations and contacts in one easy place.

Cons

It takes a little while to learn to use the software but once you do it's smooth sailing from there.

Pros

Ease of use. Automatic ticket opening process for technical issues that occur. Fast. Provides charts for management. Built in snapshot replication.

Cons

Very limit feature set and built on custom supermicro chassis.

As a manager, I often have to deal with the company's customers. I negotiate through Nimble: I connect to e-mail and follow important contacts to which you can attach information about past transactions and agreements.

Cons

It would be worth adding more features to work with contacts: the division into subcategories, an increase in the number of possible electronic messages to send. Traffic is not enough.

I've tried many CRM systems and very few have delivered value. Nimble works how I work, integrated with social media at a much deeper level than others, and easy to integrate into our other workflows. The browser plugins make it effective wherever I am, and that's a big bonus.

Pros

Ease of use, Integration with browsers, shared information with team. Easy to store additional data and pass information and tasks to team.

Cons

iPhone app is slightly limited but that's trivail

I teach and train on LinkedIn, and with all the new changes and limitations, I literally could not do my job without the Nimble CRM! The customer service is amazing, Nimble is easy to use and I think should be in every business owner's arsenal. Even if you already use a CRM system, I recommend using Nimble to supplement your information.

Pros

It's easy to use and with the mobile app and Chrome extension is literally with me wherever I am in the digital space.

Cons

I'm probably not using all the features that I can be.

It is simple to navigate, easy to read, and managing people and settings is simple. Nice interface and lots of room to customize the GUI

Cons

Some of the menus are a bit difficult to find without doing a bit of digging, but other than that, it is a good program for tracking timesheets/schedules

Excellent management with contacts of the company and helps us to have everything at hand when we need it. thanks to the templates

Pros

It is an excellent complement to google chrome, specialized and detailed searches, excellent templates with labels, maintains a good relationship with your contacts, is easy to use and very useful.

Cons

To be perfect it would lack an integration with Slack and a more understandable start interface. It is usually a bit complicated to understand.

### "CRM Starts with Nimble"

We have used Nimble to automate some sales processes and to find and filter local leads. We have also used it maintain the contacts and all particular information to our centralized database.

Pros

We have not tried many CRM platforms, but Nimble is one of its kind. It offers a whole lot of features and integrations across many software platforms, like Office, Gmail, MailChimp, and lot more. It helps us to manage and view information directly through the contact cards and is great for searching businesses over a varied domain.

Cons

Although there is very little to dislike Nimble, one of the most irritating ones is even though Nimble provides integrations over many software platforms, sometimes it just stops working. Although retrying works fine, this particular issue is fairly common.

Pros

The pricing of Nimble is very simple because it has one plan and it is the Business plan. It really unifies all the tools that are needed in able to manage our work easily.

Cons

I would like to see a more comfortable and adjusted interface to streamline in various functions.

Nimble has combined social networks and CRM into one seamless tool. Great functionality and value for the product. New Nimble browser app plug in allows automatic viewing of contact history within CRM or the ability create new record from web screen with 1 click. Very slick when prospecting.

Pros

Browser plug in for record viewing or new record creation with a click. Social CRM was better before linkedin updates.

Cons

Reporting is horrible on my reps activity so it has been hard to enforce them to log all activity tracking without measurements I can pull. Hierarchy of users permissions also an issue. Give them all or none rights to review basically.

Pros

We use Nimble with a small team of developers. The platform helps us not only to communicate on business issues, but also to track results using sales reports. A separate plus platform - it has the capabilities of CRM.

Cons

The developers have lowered integration with LinkedIn (this is a social network for communication with entrepreneurs). We used this feature, but now we can not. I would also like the developers to better consider the system of transactions. Now we can choose only one type of transaction, regardless of the number of projects.

### "Not enough built-in notebook or task list"

Pros

Our company actively uses social networks for promotion. Nimble helps us with this task. He gave us the opportunity to work with social networks on one platform.

Cons

There is always a lot of work, tasks need to be recorded. Now I use an external notebook for this, but this is inconvenient. I believe that in Nimble there are not enough tools to create a task list or at least your own notebook.

Pros

this is smart-ware, it's designed to be intuitive and to anticipate what you need to do to communicate with prospects. Integration into Google Suite and mobile features are essential for keeping a CRM front and center in my day.

Cons

A couple things I'd like to see would be batch scanning business cards on the mobile app, an AI feature for filtering dead or unused emails and an integration with personality profile building tools

A quicker process to get information to CRM.

Pros

Browser plugin helps me to get information from a website. There is no need for open CRM while doing that. Most important feature for me. Nimble also works great with different Google products.

Cons

Android App could use a little tuning, but it doesn´t affect me since I use Nimble usually from a desktop.

Nimble allows you to work remotely or on the go. This is good for a company that employees that work remotely or are on the go for meetings that need to access nimble.

Pros

You can access emails, meetings, conversations all from your mobile app. You can search new contacts and scan a business card to create a new contact.

Cons

It is user friendly but takes time for you to learn the mobile app.

Love the ease of use and the ability to breakdown the details of the servers and see the operations with each servers and alerts that immediately go out if something is wrong

Have had few times where the nimble servers have lost communication with the host but support has been great to respond and fix the issue

We have 10,000 customers in our database and this is by far the best solution to staying connected with them. Fantastic integration with GMail.

Pros

We love the custom data fields and having all communication (Twitter/email) in one place.

Cons

Customer imports create a lot of duplicate customer profiles if an email is different. Also, there is no field for customers who use middle names or middle initials. If this product could segment those we follow on Twitter, to see current status updates, it would be phenomenal!

We recently updated our CSV Import Process to include an option to merge duplicate contacts on name if there is no match for email! Additionally, you may use our Segmentation feature to search for Twitter followers, and each contact record displays that person or company's most recent tweets. Cons

That sometimes it pulls up the wrong contact and or I forget to add people I need to my client list. I'd like it to do that automatically :)
