Overall I was pretty happy with the platform. I left the platform because I needed otehr 3rd party services which would be cost prohibited.

Pros

It was easy to use, had many features that I liked

Cons

Did not like the group email function. You were not able to search or sort through the past group emails. Also not able to archive or delete them. I also did not like the fact that it wasn't kind to Office. When I first was using it, email would not scyn with Outlook, but did with Gmail. I also thought Nimble should have a built in email scrubber.

### "Capabilities that Surprise With Every Use"

Nimble has been a joy to use and an increasingly important tool to have for my startup business. As a relative new user, I feel as though I'm unqualified to fully convey all of what Nimble can do, I just know every time I think I'd like some online communications function, Nimble can do it. Nimble is elegant. The tool is very logical to use for a newbie, yet it enables each marketing, content marketing or other marketing workflow modification I employ to improve my overall process. Again, I'm only at this a couple months, but I've been very impressed thus far. Nimble is great!

Pros

Ease of use - just works the way I want to. Social media integration Chrome extension for browser operation Third-party tool integration (MailChimp - works great, trying out Zapier)

Cons

I don't know... I haven't found anything yet!

Compared to similar programs utilized in this business I felt that Nimble took a huge leap in what they can offer in every aspect. Email blasts, social media access, calendars that reflect what is inputted into Nimble which makes the process very fluid and less tedious than other in the market.

Pros

Calendars, tasks and just the fluidity from profile to calendars to assist me with not missing a call, appointment, meeting.

Cons

Some issues with the calendar not reflecting appointments. But It could have also been user error.

I like it. It is versatile and always with me. I use the mail a lot and that gives me the ability to handle it easily.

Pros

The innovative thing about this tool is that everything is in my mail. I like it because it is easier to use and organize, so I like to use it

Cons

What I don't like is that I can't take off for three days from my mail, because I have many notifications. It's hard to keep up all the time.

Pros

The connection with Social Media that populated information found. Helps to have photos added in. Ease of use.

Cons

That the cursor gets stuck in the email after typing the 1st words, returning-- can't keep typing. Need to go back & work with the cursor. Makes me nuts!

Having the ability to effectively, efficiently and inexpensively manage contacts and stay on top of who I need to connect with is amazing. Thank you Nimble!!

Pros

It is a one stop shop for managing contacts and keeping on top of staying in touch with professional contacts. I recommend it all the time to colleagues.

Cons

It should have a native de-duping ability. It seems a bit silly to have to use a third party service. The GUI can get a touch clunky.

Keeps my list fresh!

Pros

I love how much data I can store on each of my clients and how much access I have to their social media streams. I also like that Nimble is regularly adding great new features.

Cons

Searching, cleaning and culling my list is a bit kloogy. BUT once I get in the groove with it I can do it. The automatic connections to my contacts on social media have made my list HUGE so cleaning out the dead contacts is important to make it useable. I like the Safari plugin for Google Mail -- but have not gotten in the habit of using Google mail via web browser. (I use Apple Mail) so I am not using Nimble to its fullest (that's on me, but changing ones workflow is a challenge and anything you can do to ease integrations like that would be TERRIFIC)

Using Nimble, it’s convenient for us to store customer and employee information in one place. Their support team always provides proper assistance and helps with the solution of all the problems that arise in our time in a matter of time.

Cons

I can’t use it offline without an Internet connection and, in addition, the product does not provide us with the ability to exchange messages via Facebook and LinkedIn.

It allows managing the information of our social profiles from a single platform. You can have a repository where all the members of the company have the contacts centralized. Assigns activities of commercial actions to users.

Cons

I could not download the contacts and export the company data to a third-party application. You can not create email signatures with logos.

Pros

I really liked the design and how clean it is. Using a CRM is not always easy, as there are so many things to consider. Nimble allows you to manage all your customers efficiently and fast!

Cons

There wasn't anything in particular I didn't like. It's a good CRM which gets the job done. I recommend it to anyone :).

just tracking the customer records

Pros

Find people on the social network which you could identify their interst first. Sync with Google is OK too. however, I prefer to work on Monday.com as I had a chance to test it and love it. hope you guys create something like Monday.om

Cons

graphics are awful and not attracting, uploading docs has limitations, searching for documents is limited, scheduling the followup is not clear enough. If you could provide a software which you dont need to provide many tutorials or tips and people could work on quickly. the deal board has bad design too and have too many lags.

Pros

I think Nimble is a great CRM for small to medium sized businesses that don't need all the capabilities of a Salesforce, but still need customer management.

Cons

I wish they had more features, like being able to take a picture of a business card and have the information populate immediately, but for what you pay it's a good service

It allows you to manage all your company's relationships and interactions with customers. You can synchronize all of your contacts, histories, events and email inboxes (from multiple platforms) into the app.

My experience with Nimble has been mixed. In particular, the plug-in/widget has not functioned as well as we hoped (when dealing with Arabic text in social media pages, for instance). Navigating through menus to filter for specific contacts is also a bit tedious. It usually takes me several steps (several clicks of the mouse) to search for the information I want to find. I would like the option to do a quick search that brings back the best-guess matches related to the term I enter without having to set the filters up exactly right.

Pros

Secure way to store contacts. Customizable fields.

Cons

Clunky. The updated version a couple months ago lead me to have to click through many more options when searching for a specific piece of information/specific source. Also, the Arabic language features are weak. Finally, the Nimble browser widget does not do a good enough job of identifying existing contacts.

Very simple way to progress on social networks. Also I get easely the information updated from the networks like linkedin. All informations are coming and getting secured into the nimble apps. Gain a lot of time.

Cons

Lack of a CRM to care for customers. I have to have another CRM to be able to do a proposition for a customer and keep data of our company.
