Pros

Nimble makes you look great online. It tells you when it's time to reach out to someone you haven't communicated with in a while. Cool leads get warm. Warm leads get hot. You get the picture.

Cons

I'd like more set-up instructions on the front end. It's already super easy to use. Having some extra info (based on current situation and future intent) would help me make better decisions earlier and adjust my own workflows accordingly.

Great product.

Pros

Nimble is a time-saver. It gets ahead of by constructing social profiles for contacts and is multi-functioning as it's able to run more than one business and email account from a single database. It allows for advanced vetting of potential prospects.

Cons

Not much to dislike. The mobile app, while it is convenient, can be cluttered and connectivity can be short.

### "The most useful contact and communication manager in the market"

Pros

nimble saves tons of time by collecting data around my contacts and makes it easy to capture new contacts from scratch with some clicks just from any website with the browser widget. Instad of wasting time with data entry and updating data, nimble takes care for me. On top, nimble allows me to use all communication channels from e-mail over social to group mail in the same client and nimble comes up with fresh ideas and new features frequently. Support is great.

Cons

It does not work with Office365 accounts in Europe and it is not prepared for multilingual environments, which is almost inevitable in European companies.

Overall, Nimble is a great platform and works well with apps on both Android and iOS.

Pros

I like that this software allows me to stay on track with what is going on within the business.. from events, phone calls, schedules, activities needing attention, etc. It is all in one place.

Cons

It is not widely used in the business world and is definitely better for smaller businesses that need some help getting organized.

I have had some issues using Nimble. For example, one day I went to log in and all my stuff was no longer available and Nimble didn't recognize my email, username, or anything. I had to get a new invite from my team and start the entire process over, which cost us time and caused some problems as far as leads/communication. This isn't a tool I'd choose to use on my own.

Pros

I like those Nimble captures conversations automatically (well, most of the time) which is then great for my team because we can just read each other's conversations with contacts without having to forward them around.

Cons

It has been seriously glitchy for me. I really don't like using it at all.

Cons

It freezes sometimes but not a problem. The developer may fix this. All and all the program is great in its function.

In the time I have used it, it has come in handy and been a great tool to use.

Pros

\- Integration with Microsoft Office and Google Apps - It's "Today" dashboard, shows you the overview of all activities, deals, tasks etc. - Very easy to use - Can import contacts from different sources.

Cons

It has some small twerks that I am not a fan of but for the most part, so far, I am liking using Nimble and recommend it.

We have used it somewhat for managing our contacts in one business

Pros

Once you become familiar with it, Nimble is easy to use. As an online data base, it does fairly well linking people with their pertinent information. As with all data bases, its success depends on the accuracy and diligence of the users.

Cons

The developers recently nerfed access to what should be standard features, and started upselling them back to their clients. Bad move.

Pros

I like the quick search and being able to find people's social media handles from the Google chrome plug-in. The email templates are helpful as well.

Cons

The lack of prospecting tools could be improved. If there was a way for me to see a prospects email address and phone number, that would be extremely helpful. Other similar tools that I use have this capability.

No Facebook message integration. No email tracking. It is not easy to delete messages, this can be done only one page at a time and could take a lot of time.

Because of a problem with Nimble, I had to reset my Imap account. I then lost all connections to any emails older than 90 days. The purpose of a CRM software is so that you can see all emails related to a contact. Some of my emails go back years.

Overall, Nimble is a GREAT solution for smaller businesses and startups that want a CRM solution that won't give them a headache. It may not be a good solution however for giant IT firms because it doesn't have as much functionality.

Pros

I did a consulting assignment for a client where I reviewed every CRM on the market. What I appreciated most about Nimble CRM was that it was hands-on the best interface and UI of every solution I tested. You could tell that it was built from the ground up with modern tech and was not a legacy product at all.

Cons

Where Nimble fell short was that because its UI was so focused, it didn't have some of the advanced features that my client was looking for. Other CRMs are clunkier but have a gazillion features which cover every IT department request.

Pros

It collects a lot of information. Great way to track if someone has been emailed (sort of). Allows to merge duplicates.

Cons

If you accidentally swipe left it goes back to the previous page and erases everything. Nimble doesn't recognize duplicates (emails, people, social media links) & it collects a lot of incorrect and useless data. The nimble widget broke my chrome browser to the point where I had to delete and re-install. Also, it doesn't properly sync email so when an email is sent to multiple people then it nests all the emails for everyone even if none of those contacts are related. When selecting multiple tags from "show more", you have to click it and then it refreshes and then go back and click one by one (incredibly time consuming)! There needs to be some difference between an individual and company, all look the same and when downloading as CSV the software doesn't know the difference. Please fix!

Cons

In Nimble there is no integration with a large number of other social platforms. I would like to see an increase in the number of settings, and that its configuration was easier to implement.

I liked using Nimble. Most features are self-explanatory and easy to use. Contacts can be segmented via tags and organizations. This can be very helpful when you are running searches within your contacts for several projects. For example, you can search for contacts meeting specific criteria and that work at specific companies. There are some features that I wish were incorporated into the system that would help me track projects in a pipeline view. For example, I would like to see associations between contacts. It might also be that I wasn't fully familiar with all the features of Nimble and that this feature is available. What users need to be careful of is updating contacts routinely and making sure that the data doesn't become stale. Also, tags can start to get cluttered if they are used by multiple people at one organization. Bottom Line: this is a value product.

Pros

Tags feature to organize clients. Organization of the contacts per company.

Cons

"Best contacts" or "most active" contacts at the top in the homepage. Was not able to see relationships between contacts, or create those relationships.

Nimble is ok if it's the best-suited CRM for your needs. But do your research first. I also wonder about the future of Nimble-type services as GDPR/privacy regulations ramp up.

Pros

Nimble does a good job of automating data collection IF your workflow is a good match. And it's a good solution when your goals are focused on user engagement rather than sales.

Cons

It is fairly rigid and lacking in some basic features. Setting it up with WordPress wasn't as straightforward as it should have been. At the time, a paid Zapier plan was the only way to get from point A to B without exporting data as spreadsheets into Nimble. Hopefully, it is better by now, but make sure to research that as a potential added cost on top of Nimble.
