### "Really wanted to like Nimble"

I want to like it, I love the social media expanded data, but there's something missing.

Pros

I like the social media data added to my contacts. The fact that I can see what they are posting about on social media while I make a cold sales call is awesome for building rapport.

Cons

I find that it's just hard to use. I have tried 3 times to use this software and it's never really stuck. I still feel like this is not quite setup for B2C sales.

Hard to track business. I originally got it to help me track development of business, but I found it too cumbersome or not relate to the law practice.

Pros

The application has a good level of security protection, access to files is provided only via the HTTPS protocol. Excellent opportunities when working with e-mail, comments and search filters.

Cons

When working with the program, sometimes there are difficulties in the form of freezing of the computer, backup is not available in several places, there is no free trial period.

Pros

In my previous work with Nimble, we organized many stages of work, which is especially important for an IT company. In fact, with the help of Nimble our management managed to optimize the work, fairly distributing the tasks and their payment.

Cons

The last time I worked with Nimble was 5-6 months ago and then there were too few integration possibilities with third-party services. As far as I know, the situation has not improved.

I've been a faithful customer for nearly 3 years (according to my estimation), yet I have but fully engaged nor unpacked the full capacity of Nimble. It's been helpful in keeping track of my clients and some transactions, but a greater understanding on my part will enable me to do much more than that simple thing.

Pros

It helps me keep track.

Cons

Not as tech savvy as I'd like, I often find it difficult to navigate the system in order to maximize its capabilities. I'm looking forward and need to know how to fully engage Nimble as I grow my company to the next level.

Pros

I like the ease of use of this product because it is a very simple CRM. It makes it very easy to train people on it and have them start using it immediately.

Cons

The program is very rudimentary and lacks high level and indepth reporting. It's hard to manage task and doesn't have prompts reminding you when things are due. Integration with other applications would be great for managing leads and sales cycles.

Nimble has kept our organization agile with the ability to monitor and create volumes on the fly. It's integration with VMware is excellent as well.

Pros

Nimble and HPE InfoSight make the process of creating volumes and monitoring them very simple.

Cons

Integration was somewhat complex and we used a third-party vendor to install and replace our previous system.

Through Nimble, I have the ability to automatically and without any difficulty import contacts from any social networking platform, as well as conveniently track progress in all the necessary transactions.

Cons

In the mobile version at the moment there are no many functions. On weekends, I almost never manage to contact customer support. Search does not always work well.

Absolutely love that Nimble integrates with BOTH Office 365 and Google G Suite. This provides clients that flexibility of using either email and collaboration system.

Cons

Nimble Contact does not permit Group Messages or Sales Forecasts & Reports. To have these important features you must upgrade to Nimble Business.

Sometimes not all notifications come to my smartphone. The functionality of the mobile version is not too impressive, and I hope that soon they will be a little bit, but expanded.

We use it to host our local network storage and it is robust. Support has also been great and over night shipped us a new hard drive to replace a failing one that they noticed before we ever did.

We use Nimble to host much of our local network storage. It works great and was easy to setup and use.

Very powerful, but very pricey. There are less expensive alternatives available to those who want to look.

I would like to have an alternative option to identify a deal other than expected value. As a lawyer, most of my work is on an hourly basis, with a few flat fee engagements. So placing a dollar figure on a potential deal is often arbitrary. Also, I would love to see a revision to the interface so that it is more streamlined. Also, the limitation that you can't create mailing labels directly from Nimble is frustrating.

Pros

Comprehensive nature of it, integration with Outlook and ability to capture data through Outlook and the browser extension.

Cons

The interface. A lot of information is available, but I would like a better, streamlined interface.

It's easy and I was able to add 10 contacts in about 18 minutes

Pros

It's easy to put in information. You don't have to search and look for multiple menus. I like that when you go to information on the web Nimble wants to add these prospects information to your list. Price is very inexpensive.

Cons

I wish it could do more multi-level stuff, it's CRM only. Other platforms have auto-dialers.

Pros

Ease of use out of the box. Unlike some CRM solutions, it is pretty easy to jump in and get what you need done. There's also plenty of support to help you with some of the trickier tasks.

Cons

At times tools or options can be hard to find, but this becomes a non-issue with all the of the support readily available

I am using this to manage client information and interactions between a small team.

Pros

A fun to use CRM makes people actually want to input data and be involved and I think Nimble fits that. It's so simplified in it's design and setup that it's not a chore to use. That's what I think is best.

Cons

It is easy to use, cost efficient and not a chore by any means. I don't dislike it at all.

Pros

I like the ability to look at all of the social media informaton on a person and capture it in one place. Sending out group messages, leveraging templates and tracking messages is eay to do.

Cons

It would be nice if there were ways to have Nimble be more integrated with things like LinkedIn or email providers so I don't have to keep updating it via spreadsheet. Would also like to be able to take a list of people that I sent a group email too and export it to excel. Adding and changing people on the group email could be an easier process. The back and forth to the contact screen is a bit challenging.

We used nimble to contact and keep track social media influencers we sponsored with products. Easy to use, great to see the status of their work and take actions where needed. We had to be "creative" with some fields that were designed for other purposes and adjusted them for our needs... I personally loved the function that permits to send bulk personalized emails. A bit pricey for our "not intense" use.

Pros

That I can find all my prospects and contacted influencers methodically without going through my emails: If I need to find

Cons

As we do not use it as a main work marketing tool, but just a few days a month, we find it too expensive for the use we do.
