Pros

Nimble is outstanding. It is complete CRM tool. With the help of it we can automatically extract information from social profile, which is great. It helps to manage CRM and sales request in various ways. I like Nimble because of its excellent user interface which is easy to use and is simple.

Cons

I am still learning and getting used to the software. As much as I have learnt about this software,it is difficult to criticize it. Till now I haven't found any drawback.

Pros

The feature I like most about Nimble is the email tracking feature. It lets me know when someone opens my email.

Cons

The software is not very intuitive. I use to use ACT and it was very intuitive. I would like Nimble to be more like ACT.

### "Nimble-The Social CRM"

Nimble has many upsides as a CRM. It gathers content from the web and attaches it to contacts that you have put in. That is very helpful. I also liked that we could see our team and their developments as they interacted with our customers. However, we were disappointed with the lack of being able to categorize our contracts in the manor that we wanted. Although the tags worked it was quite a tedious project to classify 1000's of contracts. It ended up getting too complex and we went another way. I would like to see Nimble come up with a new way to upload our contracts into folders without having to use the tags.

Cons

Would appreciate additional integrations. Would be nice to have the possibility to customize emails a bit more

I have been using Nimble for years, and for the most part, it's my favorite CRM. However, it lacks one critical feature that I can no longer do without... the ability to link families together (people who are married or at the same address). As a Realtor, it's important to know, and when printing out labels, I need the system to be able to connect them. Also, the email and address default to work, and it has made it difficult to do mailings. So not the best system for Realtors who need to do mailings, but other than that, it's good for just keeping up with people online or via email. Reporting capability is OK, not great. I think with some additional features, it could be one of the best.

Pros

I like to use Nimble because it allows us to conveniently track email and potential customers of our company. Easily import information for clients from social network accounts.

Cons

I would like to see an increase in the number of functions in the mobile version of the application. The search option does not always work properly. On weekends, it’s difficult to contact customer service.

This software is very user friendly for users / Administrative Team. We have been able to set up the software to annually reflect our Strategic Goals and Objectives and then we tie the employee objectives to the Strategic Plan.

Cons

There are a few limitations but the Company works directly with the Organization to identify issues and work towards a solution.

I like the fact that Nimble maintains our company data in an organized way, and also reminds me of important notes, messages and allows you to automatically fill in all the required information about contacts.

Cons

I had to spend some time studying the mobile app. Only 30 people can attend group meetings. The interface is not convenient enough.

Nimble CRM provides a full view of each contact including their profile information, social media profiles and contact history. It makes it easy to get a complete view of contacts and make a smooth communication with them.

Cons

it has slow loading times sometimes when I use the software but it's just a minor issue. Nimble CRM is a good software

As long as it is not asked for more than it is capable of offering, Nimble fulfills the role for which it was created and it does it in a simple and effective way.

Pros

It has a very simple design that makes learning very fast and the initial configuration is very easy to do with the tutorial videos. It also has integrations with other platforms (such as Google Calendar, Gmail) that are key to make the user experience very comfortable. Adding new contacts is a task with few clicks.

Cons

When not being in essence a tool of processes automation, it can happen that whoever use it for the first time takes a dislike, but the reality is that it is a tool that facilitates the contact with the user, but does not do it as a robot.

Pros

Easy to use and if you put the time in doing the upfront research, it is very easy to generate a list of qualified sales leads.

There are some general UI issues...quite a few actually. There are some things that I strongly dislike. I've actually tried to submit a few over time but the online suggestion page didn't seem to be working or was quirky for me; not sure if it was on my end. There are a lot of features I simply do not need which "get in the way" of me fully utilizing what the software offers.

Pros

The tagging feature. Basically, I use it like a very powerful contact manager.

Cons

A lot of things. The social stuff is a bit hit or miss, there are features that I would never use, Know way to undo some things which can be scary when you import a bunch of info or accidentally change the company name of everyone.

It is pretty simple to use. It's GUI is quite friendly. No issue in navigation or loading. Pricing is Okay. Overall satisfactory software that will suffice your most of the requisites from CRM software.

Cons

Its home page could have been better if you compare it with other CRM software. Also, there are limited features in the nimble contact.
