Pros

It's an effective tool for customer handling, especially for a small business. It offers calendar syncing, contact managing and other tools. It definitely raises the level of customer satisfaction through its efficient use.

Cons

I didn't quite find it's mobile application as enjoy to use as the desktop version

Cons

There are many updates so we often have to restart. Other than that, nothing!

Pros

There are multiple reasons but I would start off with saying that the functionality of Nimble is great! I also like the ability to add contacts from email. This saves me so much time.

Cons

I wish the mobile app was more "robust". However, Nimble gets better every update!

Our company is looking to build relationships while marketing. Their slogan is what made me do the free trial because it is right up our alley.

Pros

I have started the free trial to just "see" what Nimble is all about. As a business leader it is important to be up to date with new marketing strategies. I am definitely going to sign up after the free trial. I have been extremely happy with the software so far. They teach to build relationships not spreadsheets which in today's world is so important. We need to find the right mix between social media, cell phone use and personal relationships.

Cons

I have not found anything yet that I am not happy with. The customer service is great.

Pros

Nimble incorporates many of the social and business apps needed to manage relationships and brings them inside Gmail for easy access

Cons

There isn't much to dislike about Nimble. It's useful as a standalone CRM for me, but it may not be robust enough for enterprise teams

Pros

I love its integration with other apps that allows us to automate a lot of our processes. We use this as a database for our customers with Zapier to take our email contacts to MyEmma.

Cons

The email function is not the greatest. We don't like to write email through Nimble because it doesn't save drafts and we have lost entire emails due to this. That makes the time we spend writing those emails a waste if we have to start over when things bug out. It would be great to have auto-saved drafts.

Pros

With Nimble you can collect Data of prospects from any social site or website, manage and follow-up it from anywhere through your laptop or phone. Also I can manage my contacts from my Gmail Account, Outlook, LinkedIn, Facebook and so on. Very cool!

Cons

It is a little bit uncomfortable for me to use as I cannot set the language to German.

We moved from Salesforce to Nimble as it offered better pricing and a more simple interface. The software served us well though there were some navigation features that could be improved. Nimble is a product worth. A careful review for small to mid-size organizations.

The setup and integration was very simple as we use Google Chrome and Firefox. The fact that they continue to make changes and add more features give this software a plus. The add-ons are great as well, they let you stay up to date and message someone with 1 click

Pros

Nimble’s integrations were the key for me. And seriously? If you’ve been scared off by the prices of Marketing Automation, this is your low-risk introduction to the new marketing.

Cons

Need to enhance the mobile app because it only has a subset of functionality and I wish every column in the Contacts view could be sorted and filtered.

We can easily find key prospects online using keyword searches on the major social networks and tie all communications into my Gmail account.

Cons

I would like some additional features, such as a more robust "ToDo List." For example, I am a BIG Apple user, and I use a Mac and an application called "Things." I love this application.
