Pros

I like the fact that Nimble is always stable, and in case of any problems I can easily contact his support service. The interface is intuitive, so the study did not take much time.

Cons

The mobile application needs some improvements, because now there are not too many functions in it. The search option does not always fully work.

Pros

I really like the fact that when you import new contacts Nimble can start searching the internet for social accounts and more by using whatever information you provide.

Cons

I don't really like the overall look of the program, it seems there is no hierarchy and there is a lot going on. So it is difficult to know where to start. It seems a little complicated especially for less tech savvy people.

Previously we used Salesforce for CRM, as a small software company it was far too complicated for what we really needed. Track our sales pipeline, contacts, renewals and give us some basic reporting on sales cycles and booked revenue.

Pros

The interface is simple and sets up like an agile board with multiple status streams. Because this layout is familiar to everyone it flows nicely with the other departments development and project tools. It helps us all work the same way regardless of what area of the company you work in.

Cons

A feature to set a deal as reoccurring for subscription renewals would be nice. This would cut down on data entry for customers that renew software annually.

Pros

Pros

I just got back to freelancing and I wanted to use a CRM software that would offer quick ramp-up, ease of use, rich profile discovery and connectivity to Google Apps as well as my Invoicing/Project Management tool. I've been evaluating Nimble as well as a couple of other competing services, and so far, I'm very pleased with it. The Chrome Extension is also super handy and I used it extensively to quickly build & enrich my contacts profiles. The Today tab has become the first thing I check in the morning.

Cons

Once a lead is confirmed, I would like to create the client and use the info as a starting point to define a project in another service (for invoicing and project management, namely Xero). Maintaining contacts synced between various services is becoming a challenge - with Google Apps it works relatively well when using the recommended PieSync.

I am the IT Manager and Business Manager for a couple of nonprofit organizations and used to run an online company. Every few years I am tasked with reviewing all of the CRM options on the market, for features, usability, support, and of course price. I was astounded by how awesome Nimble is, and how integrated it is into your email and social media. I selected this for our organization this time around. While I love it, one word of caution for anyone implementing a CRM: the biggest problem with any CRM is getting people to actually use it. It could be dead simple and full of useful features, but if you don't have the plan to include it in your workflow, people won't use it. As we are bringing on more fundraisers, and building out a consultancy, later on, I believe we will start to use it more often. I wish it was a little more affordable, especially for nonprofit organizations, but overall it's about on par with other solutions (maybe a bit more, but it's marginal), and it packs some very impressive punches with a constant schedule for innovation. I look forward to harnessing its power. I recommend Nimble to colleagues. :)

Not much to dislike except the price but when you compare to other options, you realize storage is pricey.

Pros

In addition to the classic functions of CRM-systems, Nimble has the ability to integrate with social networks, from which all data from our users and colleagues is easily taken. The system is simple, easy to understand, using access to automatic mode, user profiles are filled very quickly, which saves a lot of time.

Cons

I still have some doubts about the performance of some modules, and the technical support service does not always respond quickly to requests.

We are currently using Nimble for our sports marketing business. We tried using other CRM tools such as Zoho, vTiger, but we find them a little complicated to use especially for small businesses. Nimble helps us capture leads and build a profile from their social networks. It helps to give us an idea of our customers. We can add tags to our customers for segmentations. We can communicate to our customers within Nimble. We can export customer segments for import into our email marketing campaigns. We can also track simple sales pipelines.

Pros

Simple and easy to use.

Cons

Nimble though simple and easy to use, the pricing needs to be lowered to attract small businesses.

so far, it has been useful for our company to track, manage and optimize membership packages.

Pros

Great idea, and nimble is salesforce compatible which makes managing sales accounts easier in salesforce; also since it's an open platform, it allows custom optimizations to improve the product. Analytics features help to see sales trends.

Cons

While the idea of managing membership is great, nimble software lacks some features : ease of manipulating dashboard data. Visualisation is also not the strongest point of this software, sometimes it's easier to export data and analyze in other software packages.

Using the product for about a year. Love how it helps you with data entry by pulling info from social Websites. Drawback is that your information is only as accurate as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Nice program with no major complaints.

Pros

Tags, Lead status built into the main screen

Cons

Can't easily customize fields ... have to scroll and click to see customizations.

Pros

Nimble is easy to use. They make it simple and effective at finding for us to find out clients' social media pages. They make communication simple and inviting. The app is simple and intuitive to use. They like the ease and efficiency of pulling their clients social media information into the platform and communicating with them through social media channels using Nimble.

Cons

Sometimes customer service does not seem to be on the same page. Perhaps their training needs to be updated.
