Cons

### "If only it had....."

I started using this for a client. It's what they wanted. I have seen much better CRMs than this...this one still has some "growing up" to do.

Pros

I like the interface...I like most of the features. The price is reasonable for what i offers even if not as fancy as some others.

Cons

Creating tags is a key function...i found that it was confusing when trying to use a tag that already existed it acted as though I had to create it NEW each time. Also, I do not like that I could not remove tags from multiple contacts at the same time. Its strange how I can ADD a tag to multiple but not the other way around. This feature needs to be fixed.

I've been following Jon for a long time. When he started Nimble I knew he was on to his next big thing. He has a unique platform that can work for big and small companies alike. Having your email social communication in one place makes your communication more productive. Having all of that alongside your pipeline makes it easy to stay in touch with your prospects and close more deals.

Pros

It is great for the small businesses and startups I work with because it is easy to use and affordable. The training and customer service are great.

Pros

Love the feature that when you input a database information into the CRM, it pulls their social media information. Not sure how accurate that is.

Cons

It functions the same as most CRMs within its category but not enough integration with most SaaS we use.

### "Great value and easy to use"

I've been using Nimble for over four years and it keeps getting better. It provides an easy to use interface which keeps my most important contacts in front of me. It ensures that I always know what it going on with them and that I have something relevant to talk about when I reach out. There is no better value for a social CRM that I have encountered. It does have some shortfalls, namely the opportunity management, so I use it in conjunction with other tools for that. But for social relationship management, it is my go-to.

Pros

easy to use, keeps relevant info up front

Cons

opportunity management is a bit simple

### "Nimble-The Jorney"

Back in 2014, I started a new business and I was looking for a CRM to assist me in my needs to reach out to people, I tried several but took a deeper look at NIMBLE. I hired 2 very competent people to help in setting it up and getting it going, took about 2 weeks, then our first email, well out of 2000 plus emails sent out 20 % came with a please do not send me any more email, the balance was no response at all. We tried once more and using everything we could to make it the best possible mail out just did not open any doors. So what went wrong, well the system is not that easy to navigate, it leaves out some components such as do not email this person, the follow-up is not that great and honestly I am no expert, it's why I hired people to do it for me, but in the end I was just able to do it on my own. I am still looking for the system to take care of my needs.

Pros

It promised the ability to make things seamless, but in my opinion did not deliver.

Cons

It was very difficult to navagate

The software works fine, but a lot of the functions are not exactly intuitive. It seems like there was much more time put into the features like the Gmail sidebar function (which is pretty cool) than some of the basic functionality, which at times can be confusing or clunky. But overall, a nice product and the price is right.

Pros

Easy to work collaboratively with other team members.

Cons

Could stand to shore up some of the basic functionality.

Overall, it is a decent program with decent features.

Pros

This is a decent software program for this day and age. It has accessible features and it's really easy to use.

Cons

However, there are some bugs that I came across. Technically it's sound but I had to reach out to tech support.

### "Really great CRM"

Pros

Software: That it draws from multiple sources for each contact and makes it really simple to see all online information about a prospecrtive customer. The company has been very responsive when I have questions and the occasional glitch occurs.

Cons

It did have glitches fairly regularly in the past but it's been rock solid recently.

I use this software mainly for our sales contact database. It is relatively easy to navigate however the search feature could be improved. I don't seem to get any notifications when a contact with a linked in profile moves to another job? The export feature could be improved when exporting to a CSV doc.

Data enrichment i would say has been my major turn on with Nimble. Also, it is healthy for leads and customer management, as it provides a mobile platform to work with even on the go.

Pros

Many CRMs are cumbered with a lot of unnecessary things and bloated features that make customer usage to be a bit overwhelming, but Nimble provides a cloud based service that affords the simplicity of use and operation.

Cons

The records of usage regarding accounts and previous operations are not satisfying, also, I feel that its choice of android platforms is a little limiting to the full scope of its functionality, and doesn't perform as the regular CRMs.

I enjoy using this program and it has reay helped me maintain great relationships with my customer and has kept me organized.

Pros

This software is very clean and easy to use. I use this to store all of my data in a secure place, I like how I can easily access all customer information and how it keeps track of everything. I use this weekly at work to stay on top of my clients. There is a lot of great tools to take advantage of with this program.

Cons

Theres quite a lot it has to offer but it can get overwhelming because at my particular work place I don't need every single tool they offer.

Pros

In our company, Nimble has been implemented for 3 years already (since the application entered the commercial market itself). We use it to track activity and send personalized emails. Work turns out very quickly thanks to the extension for the browser. And in case of problems, support is always trying to help.

Cons

There were no problems to track the activity, but there are flaws in the mailing list. It restricts attachments, so I can not attach multiple folders to the message.

Bought Nimble to replace existing CRM; sought centralized database with smooth Gmail integration, and catch-all for reminders, tasks, to-dos.

Pros

Good - Very Good Gmail integration. Have fixed some bugs since we onboarded. Great concept

Cons

Overly complex UI / UX Glitchy in: -add note ("enter" closes note) -Tasks (poor reminder functionality)

Really pleased and learning how it can enable my business do more and keep track of things

Pros

Its straight forward and is easy to use, it integrates with a whole bunch of other software too

Cons

I had some issues with getting setup on the free Microsoft trial which was annoying, but all credit to the Nimble support teams we got it up and running

Reason for choosing Nimble

There are so many different CRM software options out there, all trying to do too much and overcomplicate things. We just wanted a simple, straightforward solution that is easy to use and would enable our business. Nimble does all this.

Great for what we need it to be but doesn't provide a one stop solution for all uses.

Pros

Provides us the tools for tracking an opportunity from start to finish. Provides enough information from the interactive tools that we can use it for our weekly meetings.

Cons

It does not link with other software quite as well as some of the more costly options. The interface is not as detailed or customizable as other solutions.

### "Has helped tremendously in getting me organized, but.........."

I might be overlooking a feature, but the one and only thing from making this absolutely perfect for me as a user is the fact that it doesn't seem to be able to let me see the last communication I had with a potential client, making me have to go back to Gmail and Sent Mail to find out what sort of conversation I started. Otherwise, it has been the best per month subscription I've ever spent!

Pros

Goes to great lengths to organize the unorganized

Cons

As mentioned in the review, the fact that I can't keep track of the nature of previous conversations.
