Pros

Ease of use and integrations with many different facets of the latest tools for communications i.e. email, social media etc. In addition, the tracking against contacts is helpful for drill down and contact updates. Great for sales and marketing collaboration.

Pros

Ease of use and user interface make Nimble CRM a pleasure to use. The Browser Widget means it's available when I use other applications like LinkedIn and Google Search. The Discovery function means creating prospect records is much quicker because of the support the Nimble app provides. And there are many other aspects I could list.

Cons

Importing files of records and synchronisation has resulted in duplicate records and the system could provide better tools to identify duplicates - once identified the merge records function is very good.

An overall great CRM when it comes to company's organization needs.

Pros

Through customer follow-ups on social networks, we were able to gather client information, and the software reacts fast to the execution procedures in specialized marketing initiatives. It is without a doubt a fantastic tool that affects the dynamics and growth of tactics.

Cons

Even though Nimble refreshes all of our funnel information in real time, it does not permit us to directly compare data.

Helps me be organized, and take follow up action steps in a timely manner, with a ease about gathering and storing customer data.

Pros

I love the way Nimble let's me email customers directly inside the system, and even when I email outside the system these messages get picked up and stored in the customer communication history feature.

Cons

Sometimes the expanded editing fields are not as user friendly as I would like, although there is a new feature that I am excited to try soon for entering data from a new customer that might solve my concern.

Pros

I set up Nimble with my assistant watching. It's a time saver! I am so impressed with how much I learn about prospects and current clients!

Cons

It took me a few minutes to find the email templates but that was it. It is super, super easy to understand, fun to use and intelligent software! So many integrations!!!

Nimble is an incredibly powerful and versatile CRM tool that makes managing customer relationships a breeze. Nimble makes my work life easier. It is as simple as that. Having a central tool to manage all of my day to day responsibilities, whether it is marketing related or just daily work, is incredibly helpful. If i need to track how a campaign is going, I can access this in seconds.

Pros

As the title suggests, Nimble integrates so seamlessly with the tools I already used in my day to day work. I use it mostly with the gsuite of tools and love it. Nimble keeps all of my meetings and tasks and responsibilities front and center. We also use Nimble for email templates for our email campaigns. Having everything managed from one central tool is incredibly important to us and our workflow.

Cons

Our sales rep mentioned integration with iOS software. We have never fully realized this functionality. it is not a huge miss, but I would be interested to see how this would work.

Customer relationship management is made easy; this is probably one area not taken so seriously by marketers but once used you will notice how much you have been missing. Nimble has been straightforward from roll-out through to implementation. Product support is satisfying and encouraging

Pros

For the greater part I am impressed by the dashboard presentation of Nimble; it gives all the needed information at a sign glance, you can keep track of new connections and keep them in the loop. It is well integrated into other productivity applications like G-Suite, LinkedIn and Office 365 among others

Cons

Email limitations may be annoying but then that makes it a business as options are available if you would subscribe to premium priced packages

Our problem with customer database management has been fully solved by Nimble. Thank You Nimble team for this super useful software.

Pros

We are at the Alliance are finding it very useful to use Nimble. We have to constantly relay our new ideas and new developments to our customers and Nimble has helped us to keep track of our contact database and manage it properly so that we have been able to tell every new thing to our customer base at a prompt manner.

Cons

We loved every aspect of it and planning to buy the software once the trial period ends. One thing is, new users can get lost at the beginning but later when you get used to it, Nimble is so helpful and easy to use.

Reason for choosing Nimble

After testing Nimble, it is much more simplistic and useful than others that we have used.

Overview on prospects, overview on offers, easier to do business.

Pros

Links to social media, a lot of options to tag relations and make selections, easy to create mailings and able to see all contact moments/e-mail under 'pending and history'

Cons

Links to social media is not optimal. Would wish to see which relations I am connected to on Linkedin and Facebook. And suggest to connect if that is not the case or other way around (if linkedin connection not in Nimble, auto add). I would like to see social media publications/activity of the relation in Nimble. Ofcourse if FB/Linkedin do not allow, you cannot offer it. Integration with Whatsapp would also be a very huge plus. That opens an extra communication channel for use from desktop without losing time/double entry of adresses and history complete. I am on the original price. Don't know if I would also choose Nimble for the current price. Am small business. Currently sending an e-mail to selection more than 50 people is a hassle or expensive. What I don't understand is why all persons e-mailed are in Nimble. Have 2.000 contacts without lead type. These can be already in (use different e-mail adresses) or can be contacts I don't want to stay in touch with. I am a franchisee of an organisation that operates in 12 countries (30 in NL, 30 abroad) and growing. If Nimble can do an offer I can introduce it to other franchisees an the management?

Recently, LinkedIn and Facebook closed their API so that other 3rd party integration, such as Nimble, are no longer able to integrate. However, you can most definitely download the Nimble Contact Add-in to your browser in order to locate contacts and their information directly within LinkedIn and Facebook and add these contacts to your records within Nimble. Pros

Excellent customer relationship management application allows us to centralize a single database in the cloud to manage the data of all interactions between a company and its customers. It has a very comfortable and easy to use interface for the user and we can easily use it from our computer from your website or from a browser widget or from our phone from your application in google play and in the app store. with the smartfone application we can combine our contacts and calendars and allows us to create a daily agenda of tasks and meetings in an easy and fast way from your application and always be synchronized with our phone

Cons

we can try Nimble for free but it is a paid application and depends on its use it can be expensive, and if we take the contact record in your cloud we will not own them, you should have the option to download our contact list. It should be developed in more languages to keep growing.

### "A Social CRM that Seem Too Good To Be True (and is not) "

As a basic CRM it gets the job done. But it does not integrates efficiently with multiple databases as it claims.

Pros

It counts with basic CRM functionalities. It integrates some of leads data from different social channels

Cons

Nimble's promise to effortlessly build a contact database, being the"only CRM that builds itself for you". Unfortunately it was a far-too-ambitious promise and it failed to deliver. Integration with social channels did not work seamlessly. Lead enrichment was limited and almost always ended up requiring manual efforts from the sales team.

Pros

I like how it is easy link contacts to deals to actions. I also like how it goes out and pulls information from online sources.

Cons

Buggy, especially related to contacts... sometimes they are there, sometimes they don't show up in searches. I don't like the lag between updating a record and the refresh in summaries. It can be cumbersome to update records and deals. The over simplified queries mean I'm unable to run the reports I want.

Great! Easy to setup, kind of a set it and forget it system. When you need to manage it it is easy to navigate and use. Very few issues at all, HPE is great about finding potential issues before they become and actual issue.

Pros

Almost everything! Speed, reliability, ease of upgrading, and support!

Cons

Some of the software front end is a bit hard to read. The ability to use it is easy and okay but some of the information is presented to you in a way which isn't the easiest to understand (still way better than other products though)

Similar is performance but the Nimble was more cost efficient

Nimble keeps me organized about people. I add people when I meet them, along with a note to help me remember them, and I can set up a follow up task for the future while it's all fresh in my mind. I'm able to pull up lists of connections to help me with my projects. I love that I've also got their social media connections so I can connect more deeply with the people I feel are important to my business growth.

Pros

I love the way Nimble integrates with my email program so I can track contacts with important connections. I've customized the deals feature so I track activities and people to my business projects and networking strategies so I can see at a glance how effective my actions are, and I can see my progress at a glance. The tags allow me to quickly find people I want to focus on, and makes it easy to keep track of the details about hundreds of people--more than I could ever do if I had to remember these small facts. I love that I can add contacts right from email.

Cons

I love that Nimble interacts with my Gmail and iCloud calendars, but I wish events would show up across my calendars faster. The keep in touch features seems helpful, but I wish there was a way to manage their reminders. I tend to get too many follow up reminders in clumps so large that I can't managed them. I'd like to be able to spread them out more evenly across my weeks. As a result. I end up canceling the keep in touch for many people when I'm overloaded.

Scraping and the ability to keep up with social media profiles in the CRM is my favorite feature by far- it's what brought me to Nimble in the first place.

Cons

The phone app is getting there, but not as robust as the desktop version yet. Some of the email & social media history doesn't show up in the phone app.

Overall, Nimble was fantastic. Learning to use and feel at ease using Nimble did not take me a long time. Trying to run my business without Nimble was not very efficient.

Pros

The interface with Outlook 365 is fantastic. Nimble does not require you to manually enter your information, unlike the majority of other CRMs. The plugins also appeal to me very much. They make the software simple to use, making them my goto CRM. It's incredibly convenient to be able to view the customer information and the calendar simultaneously. This has come in handy for me numerous times. The pricing is the best feature. Given how inexpensive it is and how simple it is to use, buying this option is a no brainer.

Cons

Although I appreciate how Nimble works with my iCloud and Gmail calendars, I wish there was a method to control their reminders because I think the keep in touch tools are useful. I frequently receive clumps of follow-up reminders that are too big for me to handle. I wish I could distribute them more evenly throughout my week.

Nimble helps hold me together. Really, I can be so scatterbrained that I would totally lose track of who I needed to follow up with, and where I was in the relationship building process. But this system makes it easy.

Cons

There seems to never be anyone on live chat for support. But when I leave a message, they always get back with me in less than 24 hours.

Pros

Nimble allows me to combine different client relationship management functions along with the social media and marketing functions. Very helpful in day-to-day operations, saves time and effort. Having the calendar and CRM information in one place is great!

Cons

The email edition feaures are not as helpful as some other apps.

Where nimble really shines is its almost artificial intelligence like ability to mine contact data and organize them. It can even pull info from signatures. It integrates basically into every software imaginable to make it easy to pull contact info, and then makes interacting with subsets of clients (using an easily searchable database) a breeze.

Pros

We are currently testing this software out mostly to track contacts and to better coordinate between project calendars. It was very easy to set up, mostly because Nimble makes it extremely easy to import existing contacts into its system. We originally we're afraid that having info from a variety of different programs that we tried to use in the past, or that different people exported in different formats, could be extremely challenging. Nimbe made it really easy and for those programs that don't integrate directly, there is a fully customizable way to import spreadsheets of information that you can select how to populate each field (i.e. in the old spreadsheet, FirstName column can be selected and set as the "First Name" of your new integrated database. I also like that the dashboard for Nimble summarizes everything going on, including commitments coming up soon, and is fully customizable like the screen of a smartphone. You can adjust what is displayed and what app functionalities are important for you.

Cons

I think the main weakness is trying to get data out of nimble to try and send to others. For example, if I try exporting a subset of my contacts to share with a colleague in another group, it usually comes with extra information and columns that I then have to either delete out myself or just explain to my colleague in person.

Overall is quite a good experience using =Nimble because it's such a good CRM tool.

Pros

Best CRM(Customer relationship management) tool that anyone can get because it has quite major benefits for using it like it is user-friendly and has quite a few social media integration, comes in everyone's budget means it is quite affordable so it's my one of the best CRM tools.

Cons

There is not a single thing that I personally dislike about Nimble.

Pros

Easy access to Contact's social media; calling possible sales deals; visually easy to look at; i like the reminder to check in with contacts feature

Cons

Organization of your tasks -- i wish there was a way to sort into a phone sheet so you can see every major who what phone and a quick mark to complete the task. Some issues with Nimble adding bad data into your contacts. No way to get rid of duplicate entries easily.
