Pros

Very easy to use, integrates with our payroll software (Gusto), and even has a scheduling function and multiple pay rates.

Cons

I wish the scheduling function was a little easier to use, it takes a lot of time to add the shifts and change the schedule around.

Nimble really blends the line between the need to have meaningful professional relationships and the workflow that corporations need to have around customers. I really enjoyed using Nimble. I would really like if they have a FREE version of some sort even with limited functionality. However, the price is not bad. The only struggled I had with their configuration was how I made sure that my personal notes with a customer, were not shared with some of my peers. I know is possible to keep those separate, just think it could be a bit easier to configure.

Privacy of personal records is hard to configure No Free version

Pros

Previously, I stored my contacts in online tables, and the data had to be copied and added there manually. In Nimble, everything is clearly organized, contacts are added automatically, and now I can spend more time on important tasks.

Cons

The functions that are in the system are enough for me to solve the tasks. Thanks to the developers for such a modern tool, without which business would have to be bad.

I can do CRM on a very simple and easy way and with the app I always have access to my contacts. Each month I export a selection to YMLP for our newsletter

I like most the simplicity of the platform, the integration with linkedin, app availability and the easiness of exporting the data

I think that the software is quit expensive compared with other platforms.

I now am better equipped to handle any and all storage needs. I have discovered how incredibly easy it can be, and I love that. I used to think all of this was impossible, but with Nimble, it is completely possible! I always recommend it to anyone who is in need of storage!

Pros

I love how this stores everything I need, easily and quickly! It protects my data, and is super easy to setup. I use it for all of my needs.

Cons

There's nothing really that I dislike about this product other than the size. I wish it were a little more... compact. Other than that, this product is amazing as is and should not be changed even a bit.

Pros

A very simple CRM to use , I am able to connect my G suite and Office accounts and import all information needed. The software allows you to import up to 10k of contacts . The software enable users to install a browser extension that helps in updating contact information right from the Gmail inbox , Linkedin and other social media platforms. I like that I am able to view my messages from several sources , all in one screen

Cons

While I like the functionality of the software , I think it may need some improvement .

It's so easy to sync everything! Nimble syncs your contacts, calendars, etc. so it's easy to manage everything.

Cons

The email is a little basic, and you can't really format it or customize it as much as I thought you'd be able to.

Nimble was our storage and backup solution at a school district that I worked at and it never failed us. Easy to manage and configure.

Pros

I like that it interacts with social media. I like that it pulls in contacts. I like that it is easy to use.

Cons

Do not like the limits on emails I can send. Don't like limits of files I can send out. Don't like that I have to send as a group text in order to see when the message is opened. Don't like the limited hours of customer support. When contacts are pulled in through social media and other filtered sources categories sometimes have errors (i.e. Email will be where FIRST NAME should be).

Great for social media integration across multiple platforms. Lacks hierarchy, both in companies as well as people within same organization - "who reports to who"

Pros

No hierarchy, neither between companies (for eg same group) nor people same organization (who reports to who). No way of associating the same person to several companies.

I am a real estate agent and have been using Nimble for over a year now. It has been a great tool to keep all my contacts together and to label them in different categories. It has helped me to do drip email campaigns and is easy to export if a direct mail piece is being done. It is very user-friendly and I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a contact management system for any type of business.

Centralized place to house and monitor my customer/prospect database.

Pros

Love the GMail integration, knowing who opened and when. Also like the ability to send plain text emails to segmented groups. Really like the tagging and segmentation structure. I like the pipeline view in sales.

Cons

It's clunky overall. For example, you get social signals, but you have to manually follow each person to get them. Or if you want to send follow up emails to people from a variety of segments who opened more than one send, there's no way to easily do that. And I'm forever clicking people on or off my lists, even though there is a select all which is nice. Last, there is the sales pipeline but I'm still not getting a good read on signal vs noise in my customer mix.

It was great. I thoroughly their advertising, could relate to it and it gave me a sense of assurance that all will be right.

Pros

It was so easy to use with very appealing advertising. I am not sure but if this is nimble.com.au - I often tried it for small loans. It gave me confidence to tide over small urgent cash needs. I must have borrowed once or twice but it stand out from other similar platforms.

Cons

I can't think of any dislikes except sometimes it was in your face kind of carpet advertising.

Nimble is a good CRM system and I think it works really well for any small company looking for an entry level CRM.

Pros

This is a good system for a company looking to move away from excel sheets or to implement their first CRM system, simply because it is affordable and less difficult to implement than free solutions.

Cons

Lacking in integrations. It can take some time to get your contact list added to the system, therefore it is best for companies looking to implement a CRM. Moving a contact list over to Nimble is a little frustrating.
