They have a very intelligent and predictive platform which enables users to save all the data to the cloud.

Cons

They have sometimes very extreme latency which affects critical releases, i think it might be their server diagnostics issue.

That it is different from other softwares that I have used before and it was easy to use this software.

Cons

That I just recently found out about it because I wasn't aware it existed. It's a little bit more complex compared to similar softwares.

I really enjoyed using Nimble, it worked well and was a pleasure to use. The Chrome App was especially useful. I would have continued to use Nimble but could not justify the cost.

Pros

It works without fuss. Helped me to maintain interaction with my subscribers. The Chrome App is very useful.

Cons

Expensive. I would prefer a 'beginner' pricing level for those of us who only make minimal use of the product

It works and will get you there if you're short on cash. But for companies that can afford to spend a little more, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Pros

It's nice that it has an app and allows you to put in times that you're typically available versus when you're not.

Cons

I found it to lack a lot of the features you might want to see in an HR and Scheduling software. Would have been great if the UI was a little more simple.

Time saving, customer management and improved communication in the company

Pros

Group messaging as I use it a lot and saves me time, CRM features managing customers details mainly, app on phone is very easy to use and light on phone. The tasks management and being able to allocate to others in the organisation.

Cons

Calendar management could be improved or replace existing calendars so we used only nimble, for that would need to improve re-occurrence appointments. And attaching files to emails (no drag and drop or attach multiple files at once)

Pros

Integration with email, deal flow and multiple email addresses. It was a bit intimidating to start but once I imported all my contacts (10,000 plus) it made sense!

Cons

More integration with LinkedIn to see what people are doing with their feeds or their networks. May be some more visual dashboards.

Pros

It completes history you and my contact share. I can send messages from within Nimble or use Gmail. I can take it everywhere my work takes me. I can Set Stay in Touch Reminders to keep important communications . It automatically fills out the record from just a name on my list or an added email. Less data entry for us.

Cons

Its been a great softwear, it's really helped me grow my business. Helped with keeping me on tract.

Pros

With the help of Nimble, we fully cope with the management of contacts, social networks, as well as e-mail on a single platform. The software was easy to install and configure. Convenient to use on the phone.

Cons

The trial period is too short, we also lack many of the functions and integration we need with most other social platforms. Sometimes it starts to work a little slower.

Nice organization tool and a lot of info for a contact all in one place!

Pros

I like the activities and contact tabs the most. It is very nice to have the social sites link to contacts/companies/people.

Cons

The Deals and Reporting, there are not many ways to run reports. There is a filter in the contacts search that does help with that though. Calendar compatibility, it would be nice to sync Outlook calendar appointments to activities in Nimble.

Pros

It automatically pulls in all the associated social information about the contact, and tracks all our interactions. Love it. It is saving me SOOO much time. I also love the daily recap that goes straight to my inbox.

Cons

Honestly, there's not much I don't like about it. I wish it could pull in LinkedIn information, but LinkedIn is being stingy about it not the fault of Nimble.

that it does not update contacts on LinkedIn in an easier/faster way - it takes too much time to update
