Pros

\- It is very easy to keep track of important relationships and to stay in touch with others. -It can pull social and contact information to reduce the amount of data I have to enter manually -It is so easy to use. I am not tech savvy and this is fast, intuitive, and connects you easily. It saves me so much time -customer service seems really helpful and wants to improve company - It helps me stay organized with my information

Cons

\- It only allows 1 pipeline -you have to make sure your contacts are tagged properly before importing. -If using Mailchimp for work, nimble will only upload the email addresses and occasionally the names. There is no robust sync option to allow syncing of schedules and contacts in real time. you need to format your CSV properly to match the way nimble wants it otherwise it won't upload properly.

It's easy to use and allows us the information we need to establish good rapport with our client database.

Pros

It allows you to take a quick glance at what your contacts are doing on social media and that helps establish immediate rapport when you reach out to them. By doing so, the research is already done for you.

Cons

The app could use some work for it to be more effective on-the-go and on your mobile device. Maybe can integrate more features so I don't have to use any other communication software apart from it.

Pros

Nimble is one of the most effective CRM tools out there. It allows for intergration with certain social media sites and effectively makes customer satisfaction easier to monitor. There is also access to real time data and the marketing department can maybe be better optimised by using this information.

Cons

I didn't feel the entire selection of tools offered by nimble were fully utilised. I see CRM tools not yet fully accepted by some work forces and this leads to their inefficient use.

I am in the process of understanding this whole platform, because its robustness translates into some complexity, but it is a well recommended tool for the management

Pros

Run a complete business, involves managing tasks, meetings, social networks, sales and more. By having everything in different places, you need a tool like these to easily summarize the activity of all this.

Cons

The integration of all the platforms in one entails by nature an incompatibility, and this happens with some tools that the software does not support.

Pros

The software developed really good, after takeover it has become hassle, competitor have been taking over the market

Cons

The features and bugs is becoming hassle with regular update needed, with less support. The slow upgrades are problem.

So far it has been good and I'm considering sticking with it even with the limitations it has. I d' recommend it to people just starting like me but only if you have a big bag of contacts and commissions you really need to keep track of.

Pros

I have been using Nimble for practice in class. It's something the teacher suggested us to do to keep track of contacts and commissions for Marketing and Advertising. I've been enjoying how intuitive it is to work out, it's easy to set the tasks and add contacts and it also has the opportunity to set up an email with the Nimble Account so it's even more connected.

Cons

I don't like how you can only message a limited amount of people at the same time when you need to reach more if it's an important message about date limits or something of similar urgency. Also some contacts are not updating properly and it can be kind of slow depending of the internet and capacity your laptop has.

Some months my credit card are not available, and the method for use PayPal dont work. I have the money but he say I need a credit card.

Pros

I really (REALLY!) like that I am able to incorporate all agent social media profiles and email accounts into this CRM. I cannot begin to explain how much time this saves me - especially with the email templates. The integration features that Nimble provides are absolutely a lifesaver for me. As someone who handles many agents at one time, I am so grateful that we've found Nimble!

Cons

It is a little difficult to learn at first - I had to learn this CRM myself, but with time and persistence, I was able to learn it well.

Cons

Initially, we had some difficulties using Nimble, but when we contacted, the support service provided us with all the necessary assistance. Too complicated navigation.

This platform makes creating a database of clients and leads extremely easy and intuitive. There is always a trail to see where you left off and it's incredible to have the ability to see when your leads have accessed an email.

Great, it's an easy-to-use piece of software.

Pros

Most of the features had a great impact on my business, I started making sales almost right away the best, i love how the software can be used across most social media platforms. It has a great multi-channel dashboard which allows me to add other freelance workers to if and when needed.

Cons

You've only a limit of 25 credits each month and also extra people cost money

I'm a self-employed solopreneur who's tried other CRMs before, but honestly, nothing beats Nimble for its price, functionality, and ease of use. The ones I tried before were more expensive and clunky, but Nimble is not only more affordable but also easier to use & with better functionality. Highly recommend it.

Pros

Easy to use, integrates with social, automatically tracks interactions & notifies you when to get back in touch - lets you track in-person meetings manually. Allows you to track potential deals if you have a long sales cycle.

Cons

I can't really think of anything to be honest.

Pros

The focus on people and relationships is the strong point reporting is a week point. Also, the ability to quickly send e-mails and makes contact is helpful.

Cons

The social auto fills is a bit cumbersome to undo if incorrect. I would love to see a more robust reporting platform. Also the ability to when an email is sent, have the system monitor if there is a response, and if not create a task reminder.

Pros

I love that Nimble pulls all my contacts into one location so that I can see the full person and my relationship with them. I also like that Nimble keeps me organized and that I can like, follow, respond and communicate on several platforms from one location. I like being able to quickly scan notifications and see what is happening in my network. I also like being able to see profiles and Klout scores without actually visiting a person's page. This helps me know how active that person is on social media and their location. I have also had wonderful experience with their customer service and social interactions.

Cons

I wish I had learned about it earlier. I have a large list of persons that I have to tag and organize retroactively, which I wish I had done as I followed or liked them.I have not been able to use all the features offered yet and need to set aside time to learn about upgrades.

Overall, great! Saves a lot of time searching this information up everywhere.

Pros

I love that it's so detailed about the people that I want to look up. It even pulls details from articles they wrote or were featured in! All I need to know (and what I never thought I should know) is available in one spot. The Chrome App is great and works almost magically in adding and updating my contacts.

Cons

I would say that the information from the LinkedIn profile pages could be more accurate. Editing the information does waste time for the users.

This was used for staff schedules. It was a pretty decent experience. Unfortunately, my department was experiencing high turnover so I was unable to benefit from setting up templates and using them.

Software calculated staff hours scheduled per week.
